I’d like a refund primarily due to the condition of the bathroom

Clean room nice staff

We arrived after 3pm and our room wasn’t ready. We get to our room and it was extremely warm in there. We turned it down to the lowest setting and in 7 hours it never cooled off in our room. The couch was stained with little white stains all over it. When we opened the couch to pull it out, there were items in the cushions. Maybe that’s not gross but it lets me know the cleaning crew didn’t open the fold out. Then when we opened the fold out, there was a huge yellow stain on the mattress. I felt really disgusted with the room in general but that mattress stain was disgusting. We ended up checking out and driving the two hour drive home at 10:30pm.

Room was clean, check-in was easy, breakfast was ok; items were replenished as needed.

Bed sheets covered in hair and pillows cases had stains. Pretty obvious cleaning staff just made the bed and didn’t change the bedding! Gross. Bathroom needed a deep clean too. Only decent thing about this place was the front desk staff! Breakfast sub-par!
