There was work being done at the entrance and we were asked to use the side door, which was not a problem. There was pressure washing at the side door. Should of kept one entrance clear for arriving guests

Staff said the pool has been closed since 2018. Maybe the picture should be removed from Expedia so ppl don’t get a false impression on a 90 degree day after a long motorcycle ride.

Everything was great. The only thing that I would suggest to them is to expand the parking lot a little. But for as many people as we’re staying there I had no problems with noise. Cleaning staff did an amazing job with my room. Defiantly will stay there again.

Pleasant staff and doable for one night. The pool was closed for the season which was disappointing for our son. Other hotels still had their outdoor pools open for Labor Day weekend, especially since we are still in August. There was no indication of this when we booked. The room had a faint odor that was slightly musty. Not terrible, but not pleasant either. The bathroom door handle was broken, but at least the door closed fully. The breakfast was good. I'm not a very lucky person but i probably would not stay here again.

The staff was very pleasant. The room was clean and large. The breakfast area was very clean and there was a great breakfast's selection. The hotel is going through a remodeling, so be prepared to walk under scaffolding at the entrance.

Parking lot isn’t very big from what I saw, but thankfully they had some up front curbside spots left to park. We checked in late in the evening and there were events in the area so it filled up. Staff was very friendly at check-in & check-out. Used their Latte machine in the libby which is a nice feature and it could make a variety of hot drinks including tea. My only complaints were the fridge in our room was making a very loud humming sound in the night which I notified them about and the base to the shower was very creaky, & pillows a bit too soft for our liking, but everything else seemed fine. Room was clean & tidy. Good stay overall.

They were doing renovations so there was no parking and all I heard was machinery. I understand they need to do renovations but they should have stayed that when the reservation was made.

The hotel deserves high marks for cleanliness, friendliness of staff and spaciousness of recently renovated rooms. A special praise for a very comfortable bed. The only thing I would fault is the breakfast, which was limited even by the usual standards of chain hotel complementary breakfasts. The surrounding area had nothing to offer, with all due respect to the area's residents.

The refrigerator is convenient but very noisy. The room felt and smelled musty, the bed was average but the pillows were very uncomfortable as if they were empty, more full pillows would help a lot, darkness of the room for sleeping was wonderful. Room was clean looking just smelled and felt damp.

We enjoyed staying at this location. Room was clean, staff provided new towels & tidied up our room while out for the day. Breakfast was very nice with lots of options (coffee was delicious-and Im a little bit of a coffee-brat). Thanks for the cable-movie channels!

This property is far from a Best Western Plus and not worth the room rate. Old building with a fresh lick of paint on the outside presenting itself as something it’s not. Interior is dated, furniture old and grimey.

Bambi at the front desk was excellent! Very friendly and gave us a lot of information about the area. Breakfast was great with hot options along with muffins and cereals. Only draw backs were noisy guests above us who got up a lot during the night and the room was very warm we had to turn on the air which was very loud when it would turn on and off. Otherwise we would definitely stay there again just maybe request a top floor room.

This hotel was just recently renovated with all new furniture and carpeting. The bathrooms have been updated as well. It is VERY NICE! The bed is super comfortable. The Flat screen tv was huge. You can still smell the new carpet smell. I would definitely recommend and will be back again!

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in and out was quick and painless. The smoke detecteor was hanginging from the ceiling by one screw. The toilet was a very old style and very low to the floor. These are sometimes difficult for the elderly.. There seemed to be missing furniture (there was only one chair other than the desk chair.) Lastly, the door rubbed on the floor so hard it wouldn't close on the automatic closer and the lock on the door was extremely difficult to use.

They did not have our reservation and we had to scramble to get a room for 2nites at the cobblestone. Our bill was $700. Expedia should pay the amount over the best Western reservation since they failed to submit the reservation. Jeanine Mance and Tom Kelly

We were told the pool was closed when we checked in. We expected to swim while we were there. This information should have been listed when I made the reservation. There was an indent in the floor where I walked in our room and I almost tripped a few times. Asked for more towels, didn't get. Only 1 wash cloth was in our room. We booked as 2 people. Breakfast was great. Won't return.

My room was booked on the second floor and at the end of the hall. When the front desk person saw me struggling to walk while having a broken toe, he immediately suggested a move to the first floor and close to the main doors. This was unexpected and very much appreciated. The stay was very pleasant.

Stayed for a weekend. Room was clean. Free breakfast was very good, with two hot items that changed daily (bacon and eggs Saturday, biscuits/sausage gravy and mini cheese omelets Sunday). Items available each day included bagels, English muffins, make-your-own waffles, fresh whole fruit, yogurt, cereals, instant oatmeal, danishes and more, along with a variety of hot and cold beverages. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would certainly stay again.
