Great place to stay . No pet facility which I really appreciate since I have allergies. Very clean and updated. Bed super comfortable. Very quiet . Convenient to 24 hour quickie mart . Loved that the room had a tub so I could soak after a long travel day .

I liked the staff and the smell of the clean room and sheets. Also, the comfort of the bed and pillows was perfect for me - best I’ve had anywhere. Very decent morning breakfast which is free. I didn’t like the bird poo on the window and one of the treadmills didn’t work properly.

The room was far from clean and had a nasty smell. The carpets were very very dirty and appeared to have not been cleaned for some time. The towels were old and worn out, like drying off with sand paper. Even though we were only there one night I had to get cleaning products and sanitize our room because of the awful smell.

Filthy. We got the suite and went to room and bathroom toilet had period blood and poo on it. Made me think nothing was cleaned properly they changed our room but at that point wondering if this room was gross did the maids really clean anything properly? Property should have refunded room rate instead they took $15 off room. NEVER stay at an IHG property again!

the stay was great! what was not great is the foot traffic on the first floor early AM! i was in room 106 and you could hear all the traffic from the elevators and breakfast area! And specially the cleaning staff! other than that! i loved the room and how clean it was!

Great location. Easily accessible. Good size room to spread out to relax and still get required work done. Bed extremely comfortable with lots of fluffy king size pillows. Probably my only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower. Free breakfast was a nice addition. Check in was a breeze and they even allowed an extended check out time which allowed me to take six more conference calls. Made the entire 3 day trip way more enjoyable!

We checked in ok, but when we got to our room we noticed that the Sade over the only window was broken and wouldn’t open. So the room was very dark. We called the desk and one person said that there was no maintenance person there until the next day. I said we were checking out the next day and asked for a discount, he said, “hold on”. Then a lady got on and she said she would send someone up to fix it. No one ever came. I feel like they were just being rude and trying to get us off the phone.

The heater did not work in the first room. I did receive help from the front desk girl after a bit. She came up and tried to get it going. She then called the manager, who gave her tips to try, then advised her to give me a different room. The heater did work in the second room! Yay! (The toilet did run all night, but I was not going to say anything--just happy that I had heat!!

The bed was broken so it had a sink in the middle so I was up about 10 times in the middle of the night woke up with my back hurting. There was a wedding reception in there and I was on the first floor so I heard people walking constantly through the night as well as the upstairs neighbor Moving around to about 2 AM in the morning

Room was nicely updated. I thought I had lost my credit card but the front desk had it for two days and never contacted me. They had forgotten to give it back upon check-in. Had I reported it lost, it would have been a huge hassle to correct the account. Simple courtesy would have been to contact me to come pick it up.

I stay here multiple times per year. I have never had a bad experience. This trip was excellent as well. The quality of the breakfast is very good. All staff are helpful. I had a last minute business meeting and I was allowed to extend my checkout without any issue.

Will be staying here again. Can’t say enough about the staff. They were very attentive and friendly. Checked ID when a new room key was needed (safety first) and that was a major bonus for me because I travel for work alone, a lot. Very clean, safe and quiet. Great hotel.

Staff was very friendly, especially at check in. The gentleman that checked us in was very accommodating and really helpful. We got there a little earlier than normal checkin time and he was able to get us to our room fairly quickly and on the same floor as our other family members. Breakfast was decent, glad to see there was hot food options and my kids loved the pancake machine. Thank you!

During our stay we found a used vape in room told girl at front desk and she didn’t seem to worries about didn’t even say sorry On say of check out I had tag on door do not disturb while we were loading our bags in vehicle had our breakfast in room and lady’s walked in room and started cleaning I went up to front counter told girl it front desk and all she said that weird I told her I need to speak to manager and she said he was not in she gave me business card I least him a message and no call back from Paul the manager I plan on reporting this on to corporate

Some kind of construction going on and heard vehicles backing up all night. May have been the Walmart distribution center across the way by the traffic and backing up vehicles (with beeping alert) were noisy. Otherwise it is a nice hotel for the price.

This place was really nice. My only criticism is of the breakfast. They didn’t have 1/2 & 1/2 for the coffee (minor) AND they had the serving spoons for the food items inside of the chafing dishes resting on top of the food. This is so unsanitary and gross!!

Disappointed that the pancake machine was out of service on Saturday morning and 2nd fl smelled like marijuana Saturday night. Our sofa bed had stained sheets. Plus they’d ran out of juice on Sunday morning!
