The staff was excellent and always available to help. We traveled with our kids and used the indoor pool twice and thought it was in ok condition. The double room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was fresh and had a nice food selection.

Clean, big room, nice shower. Only one elevator so we kept taking the stairs which wasn’t an issue for us. Easy parking and great breakfast! We would stay again!

Staff on dury was attentive. Room floor had drips of food from prior guest. Barhroom had hair. Toilet seat had yellow grime in hinges. Edges of floor spiled with brown/yellow grime. Bulb out in room lamp. Furnace filter jam packet with dust. Shower was excellent and tub drained well. Not a single table in dining room wiped in the hour we were there during breakfast. Only one staff visibly present for breakfast service. Overall: Front staff friendly, but property not being cleaned well or maintenenced regularly.

Friendly staff. Room had a bit of a smell like it had been smoked in. Beds were okay, Bathroom had pink mold around the floor tiles at the tub and sofa comforter had tons of holes. Pool temp was cold and had lots of rust on door closures and doors.

Room was not clean. Hair in the shower. Baseboards missing in the bathroom. Mold in the shower. I don't think the floors have been washed in a long time. I've stayed here a number of times and have never had this experience before. I hope it was just a one time thing.

The staff was great and the room was very clean. The included heated breakfast was very nice. Our main problem was the noise, but not all of that was the property. The person staying above us sounded like an elephant pacing back and forth until after 11pm. For the property, the room doors slammed, the hvac(?) unit in the room was very noisy, and we could hear adjacent rooms water running.

Could use one more comfortable chair in the room. Prefer to have soft closing toilet seat that don't bang shut when you put the toilet seat down. The dining room could have a few more tables and chairs. We noticed families going back to their room because there wasn't any room for them in the dining area. Our bed was very comfortable. The room was very spacious. There was some highway noise, but only heard it in the morning.

Amazingly attentive and kind staff, both the lady at the desk who checked us in, and the manager and his team who were so gracious in the a.m. Also the nice lady serving breakfast who was so kind and helpful. All were friendly, professional, and made us feel so welcome. The manager took time to ask how our stay was and if he could give us water or do anything else for us. Excellent service!!

I travel often and I have never been more please with a hotel. Especially the friendliness of all the staff from the front desk to the breakfast workers to the room cleaners. I also got a call from the hotel 6 hours after checkout that I forgot a few things in my hotel. I've left things before but have never had the hotel call to tell me they are saving it at the front desk. I will use Holiday Express for other travels in other cities. THANK YOU for making my vacation better because of your great service!

From the start ( fast, friendly, efficient check-in, and 2 bottled waters) to finish (Fast, friendly, easy check-out) our stay was perfect. The bed was comfortable, room was clean and spacious. They truly care about how guests feel, and it shows. We didnt use the workout room, but I loved the available free weights.Nice place, near some decent restaurants too. We'd stay here again!

Our experience could not have been better! :) We arrived later than we expected due to unforeseen difficulties and I was both tired and frazzled from driving. We were the last check-ins of the day and the lot appeared full except for reserved spaces. Ashley greeted me warmly with a smile and relaxed me and smoothly checked us in and gave me a prime parking pass out front. She is a superstar and saved the day for us. I often stay at HIE's and have always been pleased but our stay here was above and beyond even my high expectations.

Convenient stop right off of I5 to get to sea tac the next morning. Although near the interstate, we didn't notice any highway noise when inside. Was clean and comfortable, nice breakfast. No walkable restaurants, but options to drive nearby.

Easy to find. Right off the exit. But bc it's close to highway, you do hear some noise. Hotel itself was good. Room was clean with nice amenities including microwave and mini fridge. Breakfast options were also pretty decent. Overall, would stay here again if in the area.

Beautiful hotel, good rooms with comfortable beds, friendly receptionist, has all facilities. Convenient location. Recommend this hotel! The only thing I wish they would put more food at breakfast, we came at 9 o’clock for breakfast and it was almost nothing there left :(

Despite notices around the hotel, sadly a lot of hotel guests did not observe the polite request to keep noise down between 10pm and 8am. We had children from 2 other rooms on our floor making noise outside our door as early as 4am, the parent of one joining in! This aside, the room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Breakfast was good although not enough tables at times and ran out of yogurt on day 2
