Good location. Good hotel with nice little pool and gym. Safe parking. Red light area is one block away but not outside hotel and didn’t feel unsafe walking through the area to get to the main central shopping area which is a 10 minute walk away as is the victor hugo food market which is epic and should not be missed.

The hotel was close to the railway station and shops, bars and restaurants but also to some adults only clubs, although it wasn't an issue. It was disappointing that the swimming pool was closed as I had emailed the property a few weeks before and it was confirmed that it was open May to October.

The hotel is very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious and with kitchen. There is a microwave with oven function, dish washing machine and a dryer in the restroom. Very close to Toulouse train station , just 5 minutes walk. Surrounding environment are safe and clear, with lot of restaurants and grocery store. About 15 minutes, you can reach Capitol of Toulouse. The hotel is the center of Toulouse, you can easily go to the parks, shopping area. If you have time, take an hour leisure walk in Canal Du Midi , where you can really enjoy the beautiful scenery of Toulouse.

My stay here was very nice. The room was clean and had a lovely little kitchinette area. I didnt utilize it but it waa stocked with basic pots/pans and utensils. The front desk was responsive and it was helpful they spoke English. I also sampled their breakfast on one day and it was good. I ended up just stuffing myself with croissants in my room so I only had it once. The area around the hotel might make you feel a little unsafe but I had no issues. A few hundred feet down Rue Lafon you're on the main street. As a solo traveler it was a fine stay and let me walk to all the major sites in Toulouse.

Appart hôtel idéalement situé, chambre très spacieuse, bien aménagée, type petite suite, literie parfaite et propre mais beaucoup trop de défauts qui font de l'ombre au standing que se donne l'établissement. La chambre comportait une immense fissure au mur entre deux pièces, à la cuisine la vaisselle - bien que largement fournie - était mal lavée, la poêle était extrêmement abîmée et le lave vaisselle ne lavait pas, malgré tous les programmes essayés. Dans la salle de bain, de nombreux joints manquaient ou montraient des signes d'usure important, le jet de la douche fonctionnait mal et le robinet n'était pas adapté au lavabo. Globalement, les lieux manquaient d'un peu d'entretien mais aussi de nettoyage (beaucoup de poussière). La boisson de bienvenue promise ne nous a jamais été offerte malgré une réclamation à la réception. Cependant le séjour était agréable et la chambre était particulièrement fonctionnelle malgré les défauts.

Not only was the property accesible and convenient, the personnel is extremely kind, accomodating, and friendly. They also have bilingual and trilingual staff, which is really helpful for foreigner tourists. I'd absolutely come back.

Spent 3 days in Toulouse for Rugby 2023 World Cup the place was perfect. Quiet Clean. Bed was comfortable. Area was great with plenty restaurants and places to see Guy at desk was nice and great communication picking up key after hours.

Hôtel bien, à distance de marche de la gare et du centre-ville. Employés accueillant et nous ont fourni recommandations sur ce qu’il y avait à voir à Toulouse. Déjeuner sur place cher que nous n’avons pas pris. Nous devions avoir un ‘peaks’ que nous n’avons pas obtenu. Chambre bien pour une petite famille mais quelque peu bruyant.
