When I made my booking I noted that the reservation was for 5 people. Upon checking in I was charged an additional $14 per person totaling $70. I’m not sure if their policy was to charge per person, or what the point in noting it in Expedia was. It just seemed unusual. The parking lot had maybe 6 spaces. The shower head looked as if it was falling apart and the water pressure was almost nonexistent. They didn’t have any washcloths in the room. The WiFi didn’t work and we had gotten 3 different codes to use. I had left with my family for an afternoon out and when we had returned, a staff member was right at my window before I can put my car in park to ask if we had reservations. I tried to say that we had checked in the day before and he kept rudely cutting me off to ask if he can help me. I would not be staying at this place again.

Charge for parking, we didn't even stay, we have to find another hotel in the area.

Good walking distance from Hollywood walk of fame and shops. Felt a bit unsafe with people yelling just down on the street, extra door lock would be good. Small carpark and extra cost was unfortunate but they are clear about that on the site. Very loud machine starting up noise outside my room, on for 15 seconds off for 40 seconds constantly, made sleeping quite difficult. Got a smoke smelly room but hotel changed it for me when I asked and also stored my luggage the next day.

It is not a great place to stay in and will never come back...parking is terrible and charging customer for parking is rediculous. Random people going in and out of the property.

Their "supplemental parking" is a row of impossible concrete spaces that destroyed the side of my car. And then they charge you for it.

This is my second time staying here,there’s no microwave in the rooms which sucks,the room stayed cold even trying to turn the heat on didn’t work,the guy at the front desk tried to make me pay an extra $60 after my room was already paid in full on Expedia

Our power went off to our room so we decided to leave and they refuse to reimburse us back our money. They also charge 18 dollars a day for parking in a crappy ass parking structure with only 7 parking spots. Dont go here...watse of time and money

Water pressure is good. They have soaps for you and a mini fridge. We booked a king bed but they gave us a double. Paid extra $18 for parking for one night. The parking area is very tight. Bed sheets are like hospital sheets so very thin.

Parking is super tight can’t get out or get things in without pulling out first, plus have to notify manager to be able to park inside every time you leave and come back in because the gate is locked at all times, hotel had no cable but manager was able to fix it, wasn’t like the photo we signed up for, the photo we liked had nice flooring & good view, the room we got was a smelly room with dirty carpet. We only stayed to sleep anyways so can’t expect much. It was ok overall.

Smells horrible. Bed frame had hand stains from someone doing the nasty. Sheets looked like it had blood stains. Bathroom fan didn’t work so it would get water on the ceiling and wet the whole floor. AC/heater would leak on floor. Had to call numerous times to get the parking open so I can get in with no answers. Key card constantly stopped working. Cable was blurry. Nothing but homeless all around the property.

When we arrived, they asked us to wait while they finished preparing the room. When the staff came back to tell us the room was ready, we saw the staff holding a Febreze bottle and a very dirty cloth. Upon going into the room, everything was soaked in febreze. The tiles on the floor & shower were wet, carpet and bed were damp and the smell was so strong we had to prop open the window/door. We took one of the towels and wipes the tiles dry so we wouldn’t slip, and the towel was quite black.. which tells me they haven’t properly cleaned the floors in a long time. When we left later, we realized why they sprayed so much febreze. Upon returning back, the room had such a musty odour and was super humid despite it not being super warm outside. The following day, they came in to clean and once again doused everything in febreze. It was very evident that there was water damage on the wall behind the shower, so I believe they just haven’t properly dealt with the issue.

This place had horrible reviews but for the location and price i gave them a chance and a great time. Water is hot and the heater and TV works. But this is a super cheap motel. Room was big and bed was comfortable. I didn't see any bed bugs on my stay.

It was convient for where I was going just to be local so I was not looking for luxury. $18 parking for a 6 spot parking lot and the room was not clean at all. No soap and the shower water was not hot at all so dont look foward to a nice hot shower in the morning.

I do not recommend staying here, not on was one of the staff members confusing he was also extremely rude. The room was not clean we had a drawer with an unknown white dried substance, bugs crawling on the ceiling and there were stains all over the bathroom. The chain lock on the door got stuck multiple times and we almost had to break to break it to get out. the air conditioner was not clean and we couldn't use it due to the dusk build up in the machine. Parking was inconvenient, as the parking spaces were tight and my partner when parking in the lines couldn't open the drivers door, when we parked slightly over as there was on other car in the lot the entire time we were there we were yelled at to move our car. Gate to get back into the parking lot would not open unless we went around to talk to whoever was working so getting back after a night out at HHN was more difficult than it needed to be. I'm honestly glad I didn't bring a black light to check the bed because I probably would have lost my mind I was bit in a few spots throughout the evening. I hate to leave bad reviews as I feel all places deserve a fair chance but after the photos of the rooms didn't match up and one of the managers was rude and the room was uninhabitable I'm going to try and prevent this experience from someone else, I get a budget hotel not being the greatest but for more than 100 a night the room should have been at least clean.

Management was rude and very unhelpful. My room’s TV did not work. There were dead cockroaches in the bathroom. Area surrounding is very poor, parking situation is a mess as well. Only stay here if you absolutely need to or want to save money.

Room was dirty. Stains were on the sheets. Cockroaches galore. At night time there’s nothing but homeless and crackheads yelling outside.

I was pleasantly surprised by the the space in the room. The bed was comfortable, although a thicker blanket would have been nice. The area where the hotel is located isn’t the best. Use common sense when traveling about. I did experience issues with the key card for the door. At least 3-4 times a day in had to ask the person at the front desk for assistance. A minor nuisance. My biggest gripe was the WiFi. I tried connecting to it my entire stay. The only time it remained on is if in was nearest to the office downstairs. I was in an upstairs unit. I ended up having to go outside and stand by the stairs for a signal. In the rain. There were things I wanted to complete for work and could not do them at the hotel. That was the point of having a hotel with WiFi. I ended going to Chic-fil-a or Taco Bell for a more stable connection.

Neighborhood was not good. Wifi was extremely slow.

The service was very nice, but the WIFI could only serve for one device and the parking fee was a bit high.

Impossible to sleep, as the beds are horrible, all night long there are sirens and cars revving their engines and doing burnouts. Booked two nights, but left after one, no refunds given. Do not stay here unless you are desperate.

Asked the clerk for wifi access he stated "ok I\'ll get you access. " it never happened. Parking is a disaster, area is so tiny to even pay for parking and it still didn\'t make me feel safe.

My room is nice and comfortable. Only downside is the amount of noise from Sunset Blvd.

I was in LA for a concert, so this was a good location close to the venue but the rooms are very loud. I had a room towards the back but i could still here everything on the street with the windows closed.

Horrible staff

The staff was exellent. I had trouble parking on the back and staff guided me atb4 am in the morning. They were concerned I do not damage my car. They cleaning ladies offered me clean towels without even me asking.

The staff at this establishment went above and beyond. I’d definitely book this place again on my next visit in Hollywood.

The stuff are all rude and not professional. They think all the customer is their friend . And they treat us like a people don’t have. Place to stay and to beg them staying .also about the parking even tho u have to drop off your suitcase they tell u to pay for the parking and u can park at there . I really have a big fight with the parking. The Guys that work on that night is really rude and really cursing on me. Used the F words and put His hand on my face

Rude staff

My stay was good until I wanted to extend and the person at the front desk tried to make a copy of my credit card number not my Id saying it was hotel policy. There was no sign saying that , only signs saying the card and identification must match . After i refused he offered me to pay in cash but I just left because I’ve never had a hotel take a copy of my card information I felt like they were trying to commit fraud with my info.

One of the front desk staff or owners went in my room without my permission and is very rude.

This is not a 5 star hotel but for the comparative prices and the area, it is all you need. Whenever there was an issue, the staff were very friendly and responsive. For example, our toilet was leaking and they got us a brand new toilet within hours! The motel room was clean and comfortable and not tiny. It did smell like cigarettes, but again, for the price (comparatively) it was all you need. Walking distance from Hollywood Blvd, we went there every day. 15 minute car ride to Universal Studios. I would definitely recommend this place for people who are trying to save their money and are ok with the bare minimum.

A nice old place. Needs a little updating, but the manager (or owner) was very friendly and accommodating. His helper on the other hand- not so friendly.. This place is very well located if you want to walk the Walk of Fame, and be within a couple of blocks from many Hollywood landmarks. Parking is tight but very safe.

Convenient and walkable

The place is perfectly located. It’s 10 minutes walk to the walk of fame in Hollywood. The only thing is the homeless people literally outside the property so it makes it a bit unsafe and uncomfortable. Nothing against the place tho. The staff was very friendly and the place overall great.

Property was fine for the price. Location was good for Hollywood, but the homeless people in the street outside the hotel was worrying, whilst not the hotel's fault, it made the location seem unsafe and dirty.

I liked the price, the room was a little small but the area made up for everything. Super walkable right next to Hollywood Blvd, train stations, and bus areas. I wouldn’t mind staying again.

The best location

Everything was good. I especially liked how close it is to Hollywood Boulevard, which has everything you could want depending on your taste to eat. It's also super close to the bus stop, which I rely on.
