Very nice place, well located. The Air conditioner broke during our second night so it was hot in our room but outside of that, very very good quality/price ratio

The only reason I scored the way I did is because the room I was assigned to I could not get in and finally after trying severely a young man came to the door and said no this my room I showed him my details! I tried over a hour calling the contact number and of course kept going to voicemail. The young man suggested going from door to door to try my code and it finally open up door 1! So at this point I call again to get a new code because I’m a single female alone there in Miami and it just kept going downhill. The property is in a great location and is very clean but the owner definitely need a new company to represent him and have an emergency number in place so things like this can get handled quickly.

Was amazing! Definitely will be staying again.

It would be nice if there was a refrigerator and a microwave in the room
