Everything was perfect, we had stayed the year before when it was the sleep inn and it is so much better that before. We loved our room, the breakfast, just everything. Only down side was no pool, we had seen on the listing when we booked that they had still had the pool. But that didn’t ruin the perfect time that we had. Can’t wait to go back.

Vincent at the front desk was amazing. He helped us get into the new gym because the door wasn't working and then, we had to move rooms because of a flapping vent and he was very apologetic and quick. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The hotel is 100% smoke free. The breakfast was good. Lots of choices. The pool was closed. That's a bummer. Overall good stay. Would stay again.

This was a nice property with a great staff and clean rooms. Nice breakfast. They also had coffee, water and cookies available all day. Had a very nice stay our 4 days there. Would recommend and stay there again.

I booked this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub. Unfortunately the note on the note on the door read “Pool closed until further notice”. Very disappointed. On the other hand, I left an electric toothbrush in the room when I checked out. I got a call that afternoon informing me of that. Fortunately I was still in the area and retrieved it the following day.

Property was clean and staff were very pleasant. The only reason why I picked this hotel because it was close to the concert venue plus was advertised as have a pool. When we got there was told immediately there was no pool. Had I knew that ahead of time I would never had booked a 3 night stay. False advertising and pictures online

Don't bother if you have younger children. Everything in the room is 5x more noisy than it should be. Even footsteps from a two year old are harmful to some patron's ears. The front desk called up because we were "stomping". Also, the maid service doesn't run everyday. So, there's trash piled in the halls every morning and if you need new bedding or towels you have to get them from the front desk. Also, if you need a crib, they just give you a run down pack and play. But, the coffee was ok.

The room looked clean, but I found hardware on the floor. Where did that come from? The bathroom had black mold on the ceiling and the base and runners around the shower needed a deep clean. The bathroom door was a slider with no lock. Extremely noisy from the side rooms as well as upper floor. My husband couldn’t sleep it was so loud. The breakfast was ok and the staff seemed friendly.

Great hotel at an affordable price! Visiting friends who live nearby & wanted an affordable place to stay overnight. The Garner by IHG surpassed my expectations! Great front staff, very clean, nice sized room, nicely appointed room. Do not hesitate to stay here in the Derry/Londonderry area!

The hotel overall seemed basically clean and current - commensurate with the price point. But we were in the room nearest the side exit of the building, which resulted in a never-ending VERY LOUD source of noise from early morning, onward as guests exited using the pushbar door unlock and the following door closing. Ugh!

The location of the hotel was great, right off exit 5 I93. The hotel served a continental breakfast of yogurt, cereal, toast, muffins, bagels, scrambled eggs, sausage, coffee and juice every morning between 0600-0900). Plenty of restaurants and 5 minutes to the Mall of NH. My only negative was this hotel has thin walls and you can hear everything. I stayed 4 nights and could hear everything from next door and across the hall, so not a great hotel for a light sleeper

The room was clean. The beds were very firm. The bathroom was a little bizarre with a wooden sliding door. There wasn't a closet, and the dresser that had the closet bar in it didn't have enough space to hang anything long in it. I was annoyed that I ordered two rooms at the same time, and they put us on separate floors, despite there being adjoining rooms in the hotel. We talked to them, and they ended up putting us across the hall from each other. At least they worked with us, but if that was available, I'm not really sure why we were separated in the first place. The breakfast was very good. We were please with it. Overall, we were content with it for the price and would stay there again.

We had to change rooms three times, they never cleaned our room, we went to the desk said we need new sheets and towels, we came back thay night, nothing was done. The guy at desk was extremely rude and disrespectful. My father is 82 years old, this was elder abuse. That guy that works rhe front desk should be fired. He said it is our policy, we do n ot clean rooms here. I am going to file several more complaints, we should be refunded for rhe room charge

Accommodations were good and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had difficulty adjusting the room temperature and the evening supervisor came to our room to help us out. Our favorite acquaintance was the woman who set up the breakfast area and always had things replenished quickly and could answer every need. She was wonderful.

Property is nice! And rooms are too—beds super comfy and furniture suitable. Bathrooms could use a little improvement (paint, fixtures), but not bad. A little disappointed in the breakfast—would’ve liked to have different options day to day, but the coffee was great.
