From the warm friendly reception welcome, to the decor, food and facilities - this is beautiful hotel, run extremely well with guest satisfaction at their heart. We arrived off an early morning flight and the hotel had no problem in providing us with an early check in to our room. Bikes are free to use and the location is great for the town, where the beach and restaurants are lovely. Rooms immaculately clean and beds are super comfy. The pool, leisure and spa facilities are immaculate. The staff are extremely attentive, from the moment we arrived Gabriela on reception was super friendly and helpful. The management and staff provided an outstanding personal touch to your stay remembering finer preferences. A huge congratulations and thanks to the management and all staff of Vila C Boutique hotel, a place I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay again.

Fantastic place. The staff was very friendly, and you immediately felt welcome when entering. The place is bright, clean, cozy and has a nice open area where you can sit for coffee or a drink at night with large windows. The pool, sauna and Turkish bath is great and clean, just what is needed after a long day. I can highly recommend this place for anyone - and for people like us who are on the Camino journey! The spa is incredible. Pedro is an absolute master, and the sole reason i hope to return! The hotel tries hard to be 'upmarket', but it's not pulling it off!! At a 'boutique hotel', I expected high standards. This is offered in some parts, such as the glass bottles of water replaced in rooms daily. I booked a superior deluxe room, but I struggle to see how this is what I received. No robe, stained pillows, having to run the shower for at least 5 minutes to get hot water and then the temperature varied constantly whilst showering, Conditioner not topped up despite being completely empty, cheap plastic bathtub in a marble-tiled bathroom... The restaurant is cheap with great pizzas, most of the staff are friendly. But in future, I will book somewhere else to stay and book into the spa separately.

We were in Vila do Conde for a wedding on the beach. This hotel was convenient to get ready for the wedding. We didn't have time to use the pool or spa. It was a 16 minute walk to the beach.
