Every detail at 4 Seasons is excellent! The beach chalet is right at the beach with beautiful gardens leading to the beach. The chalet is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The hotel is magnificent!!

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel exilent choice clean rooms, delicious breakfast, evening coffee shops, very secure and lots of things to do swim in beach or swim in one of the 3 swimming pools, play squash, use the fully equipped gym, sauna, jacuzzi and much more. The hotel has access to nice three floors mall.

Service, location,. facilities and food were all excellent..we ended up not leaving the resort the entire time. The easy safe beach access was really fun for the kids. The mall access from the hotel was a fun surprise!

This hotel is worth every penny - the spa, tennis courts, the gym, the pools, the private beach, the breakfast, the restaurants. The staff were all so lovely, attentive and hospitable. We were upgraded to a pool terrace room which was enormous, with high and Roman style bathrooms. Would stay here again!

This place was truly amazing. Aside from the top notch luxury of the hotel, it’s wonderful to be right in the middle of the city while having a completely quiet private beach and different pools to choose from. Mall right in the hotel for shopping, Food was great and so was the staff at the fish restaurant, Moustafa, Malala, Yara, and Nivine. Also the bar by the salt water pool by the beach was such a nice place to hang out at with great service, Ramy Zaky, Ibrahim and Martina and all the staff there made us feel so welcome, comfortable, and having the best time while there. Their kindness, professionalism, and pleasant demeanor really made us fall in love with the hotel even more. My family and I decided after this trip that this spot will be our yearly summer vacation spot. It surpassed our expectations and anywhere we went to before. Keep up the great work

This hotel seemed slightly older, but was very well kept. The hotel was clean. The beach and pool areas were very nice. The staff was top notch and the service was consistently excellent. Our only complaint was that we found every meal to be of poor quality: soggy lettuces, stale cereal, old eggs, everything seemed poorly and out-of-date in every dining venue. On the last day I became very sick. If you stay here, do not eat here.

I have been to San Stefano 4 Seasons multiple times within the last few years. It's pretty much the only choice if you are visiting Alexandria. Location, Amenities, Hospitality of staff, food...etc are all excellent. The view is just charming. Very well maintained. Highly recommended.

This is a lovely hotel in a lovely location. The staff are very friendly and helpful, but, and I hesitate to say this, no matter how nice the hotel, there will always be something off because it is Egypt. I love Egypt, but they are not a service oriented country. Oft times there are policies and they are not enforced…it seems local Egyptians can do anything. Example: there are not supposed to be children in the spa area (because people pay lot of money to try and relax) and there was a child making a lot of noise…I asked three different people if they could address the problem and no one seemed to do anything…they were like “the mother is just showering and it will only be a minute…”. There is a day care facility directly across from the spa (yet no children were ever in it during my three day stay). Instead, two nights of my stay a child was screaming in the hallway outside my room. But, seriously, do not break the rules even for one person, no matter what the reason…we all pay good money to stay there…I want to relax. If kids are not allowed in the spa, then absolutely do not let kids in! Also, they messed up my laundry request and it seems some of the things in the hotel need updating/maintenance (eg. The ceiling fan in the room looked like it was about to fall off, it was so wobbly when it was on). The restaurants are absolutely wonderful and they service at all the restaurants is perfect. The hotel is lovely, there just need to be a few improvements. Thank you.

The exterior facilities of the Four seasons are all beautiful. The beach area and the outdoor beach restaurant magnificent. My only complaint down grading my stay is the rooms are a bit tired and in need of a refresh. We looked at a beach villa and that to had a dated decor.

As soon as I arrived and got out the car a child from the street grabbed my arm the staff did nothing but luckily the driver I was with spoke to the child. We went into the hotel the receptionist informed us breakfast in dollars. No one asked to take our luggage to the room and so we were about to take it our self’s then noticed there was stairs so we asked someone to do it for us. Our room was fine even though the technology was outdated in terms of the tv being blurry and no usb plugs. We tried the Spa which I wish we hadn’t my mom got burnt in the steam The staff gave her cream and said they would follow up with a call to see how she was but they didn’t. I did speak to reception about this situation he also asked how was our stay. I explained that no one called to see how my mom was like they said and that the tv in my room does not work and I said technology was outdated. A electrician came he was not able to do anything because the Tv was ancient he said he would get a new one but he didn’t come in the morning. We had someone playing music in the room above at 2am in the morning I called room services and no one resolved it then had to call three other times for it to be resolved. There was no apology from the staff again. We did however go on there restaurants boat which I would highly recommend to have dinner as the staff are lovely there and a car will pick you from the hotel. All in all this hotel does not reflect the four season standard so I would avoid.

The beach villa was wonderful. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The view was directly on the beach and the lovely gardens leading to it. The service was a little slower than in the tower. Love the Fiur Seasons! My hotel of choice!

This hotel is A-mazing!!! The Four Seasons never disappoints, but the staff here take the experience to a whole new level. The front desk and hotel staff are very attentive and the staff, food, and decor of the Byblos restaurant is a whole new definition of perfect! The view is heavenly, the hotel is in a great location, and the rooms are super comfortable.

Wow and amazing as words to describe the experience at this hotel. From day 1 you are treated like family. The staff is clearly engaged with you to improve your comfort the entire time you are here. Over and Above are good words to describe the amount of effort. Expect to tip the staff, but you don't have to give an insane amount, they act happy for anything you give them. It's not the cheapest option but it's worth all of the money that you spend!

Mohannad, in particular, took the extra step of recording my son’s nut allergy in the Four Seasons system and personally ensuring the chef was informed, which gave us great peace of mind. The hotel is located in the heart of Alexandria. There a really good shopping mall attached to it with some of the best local brands and restaurants. Althought itis expensive but this is by far the best hotel in Alexandria.
