Et okay hotel der godt kunne trænge til en opshinning. Rigtig lækker og fredelig pool. Hotellet ligger nogle kilometer fra alting dermed godt de har deres bus service 3 gange om dagen ind til stranden. Rengøringen kunne godt være bedre.

Common parts are modern and well maintained. We had a standard room which was dated and needs refurbishment. Room doors and corridor doors are noisy and disturbed our sleep. Perhaps fit self closers or refit. Ground floor rooms - parking is just outside, a definite plus.

Very clean tidy hotel. Very relaxing and quiet with a good pool options. Immaculate and modern bar area with a good range of drinks. Cocktails were very nice and fresh. Photos don’t actually do the place justice. Would stay again for sure

They need to improve the breakfast. They bring all things with the lowest quality. The coffee machine bearly gives you hot coffee or hot water for tea. the tea was very low quality and foods in general are not the best for kids. Another thing was good. The room was spacious and clean. Parking is available and the swimming pool was lovely but for adults or babies. Not for 8 to 10 years non-swimmer yet.

An absolute gem of a little place! Sadly, only got to stay for one day and night but had a great experience. Welcomed by Ana, who was friendly and very helpful. Left our cases in the luggage room and spent a very hot but relaxing afternoon by the pool. The pool was surprisingly large and appreciated in the heat. Thoroughly enjoyed the buffet style food in the restaurant in the evening, plenty of choice - fresh salads, hot options of fish, chicken and pasta and tasty desserts. A bargain at €17 each! As we had a very early start for the airport, a packed lunch was ready and waiting for us when we checked out at 3.00am - much appreciated. Would recommend!

the staff where incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. the pool was lovely. breakfast buffet was great. its for sure out of the way of, but it was quiet and the hotel has a free bus and local area has a free bus that picks you up down the road outside a Lidl. really enjoyed the stay. would go back again.

I am never a complainer but please read the points below before booking here: 1. Terrible location: The location of this hotel is legit close to nothing at all so be prepared to spend a lot of money on Ubers and taxis. Also to get to your room it’s like a 10 min walk from reception going through the crystal maze. 2. Unfriendly staff: The reception and kitchen staff are very unfriendly I went to go ask for cutlery and the man chased me out the restaurant telling me I have to pay for some food to use the cutlery. 3. Hygiene: Upon entering all the towels were dirty they had makeup on them and there were ants crawling around on the floor in the room. Our bed was also broken and the fridge was not working. After telling the staff about this they told us to come the following day at 9am to check if any different rooms were available and there was none. The pictures on here also look nothing like the hotel I would never even tell my worst enemy to stay here

Our bed and floor was infested with bugs. Management did not care, nor were they helpful, nor were they willing to rectify the situation. We left our stay early and took an L to stay somewhere else. Would NOT recommend this place!

Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage zum erkunden der Algarve mit Mietwagen. Der Pool ist nett, wir haben ihn aber nur einmal genutzt. Wir haben uns sehr eohl gefühlt und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir waren eigentlich nur zum schlafen dort und haben es sehr genossen.

The room was meh, beds not comfortable at all and tv was super small. The location was decent, shuttle bus to city was great except latest pick up in the city back to hotel was 5:45pm. Uber only 5 euros one way to the city so that was helpful. Hotel grounds was nice, very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Das Hotel ist ein gutes 3* Hotel. Man sieht, dass es in den 80ern erbaut wurde und erinnerte uns an ein Krankenhaus Flur. Die Zimmer aber ganz oke, einzig die Toilette hat etwas gerochen. Generell sehr ruhige Lage, aber ein Stück vom Strand entfernt. Frühstück und Abendessen waren oke. Beim Abendessen wurden wir leider etwas verarscht. Er hieß es, unsere 3 jährige Tochter zahlt nix. Nachdem wir gegessen haben, wurden uns 11 Eur für sie berechnet..

Prima locatie om een paar dagen te verblijven. Verre van modern, maar alles is aanwezig en de mensen zijn vriendelijk en het ontbijt is prima. Nadeel is de matige wifi en de luide airco op de kamer.

Struttura ok se accendi l’aria condizionata in camera altrimenti scappi dopo un minuto che l’hai spenta. Se non avete la macchina e non avete voglia di stressarvi a guidare per fare aldilà di cosa NON scegliete questa struttura. Poche spiagge e si va solo in macchina o con navetta agli orari stabiliti da loro, zone passeggio e ristoranti a 6Km dalla struttura….rifletteteci

Heerlijk rustig, vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers en gemoedelijk klein. Door de ligging, 40 min lopen naar het strand en 10 km van het centrum van loule is eigen vervoer wel fijn. Hoewel de hotelbus 4x per dag eeb goede oplossing is naar het strand en de ueber betaalbaar. Wij hebben genoten.

Ein sehr komfortables Hotel mit Außenpools für eine perfekte Erholung im Sommerurlaub. Das Personal ist ziemlich nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Das Hotel liegt nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto vom Strand.
