Grei beliggenhet, rett ved strandpromenade og offentlig strand. Noen minutters gange til den delen av stranden hvor man kunne leie solsenger. 15 minutters gange til stort kjøpesenter. Mange restauranter langs promenaden. Rom med sjøutsikt, uten veranda (familierom). Lite bråk fra promenaden, men bølgebrus. Rommene var ekstremt enkle. De eneste løse delene var telefon og hårføner. Ingen glass, kopper, opptrekker, papir, blyant el. Greie senger og god rengjøring. Frokosten var veldig enkel. Ferskt brød var et pluss. Enkelt pålegg (ost og kjøttpålegg) samt yoghurt og litt frukt. Ingen grønnsaker bortsett fra noen hele tomater som ikke så veldig innbydende ut. Tallerkener og kopper hadde flekker og var svært lite innbydende. Frokost var kl 07 og kl 09 og det var til tider kø for å få bord. Frokostverten var en hyggelig fyr som gjorde sitt beste. En annen hyggelig fyr var badevakten og bassengområdet på taket var fint selv om bassenget var lite og det kun var 9-10 solsenger på terrassen. Personalet i resepsjonen framsto som lite imøtekommende, men svarte på enkle spørsmål om taxi etc. Ok treningsrom. Vi kontaktet hotels.com etter et par dagers opphold med ønske om å avbryte oppholdet, men hotellet imøtekom ikke dette ønsket.

I stayed for 11 nights in December in both a superior balcony room (7th floor sea facing), and a classic room without balcony (6th floor also sea facing). There were some issues with the loss of water supply over the first two days. This was intermittent and outside the control of the hotel, but nonetheless did spoil the experience and cause a lot of aggravation. It's also important to know that the balcony room wasn't really worth paying extra for - I was on the 7th floor, above the swimming pool solarium area. But there was zero sunshine on the balcony for the whole time. I assume you'd get some sunlight in the summer months but if booking in the winter, be aware you might be in the shade the whole time. It did look like the balconies on the very top floor (8th) get lots of sunshine. The rooftop pool and solarium area is nice but quite small - the pool is very cold and not really worth much. It would be better to have more space for people to lie down - there are only 6 sunbeds so you have to grab these early, before the sun comes round. If you're not in a superior room but on the front, be aware that there are lots of lively bars and restaurants immediately beneath the floors. I was lucky to get a 6th floor room, away from the bars to avoid noise disturbance. Also, the water flooded the rest of the bathroom floor in room 709. Overall, once the issues highlighted above were resolved, I was happy to extend my stay over Christmas and would stay here again.

Wir waren für einen Kurzurlaub von vier Tagen vor Ort und das Sercotel hat uns supergut gefallen! Die Lage war perfekt für alle Unternehmungen in Las Palmas, sei es Strand oder Stadt. Das Hotel ist neu renoviert und wirklich sehr modern und stylisch - nicht zu vergessen die tolle Dachterrasse mit Pool. Beim nächsten Besuch in der Stadt ist das Sercotel mit Sicherheit unsere erste Wahl, vielen Dank nochmals an das Team vor Ort.

Nous avons changé de chambres des l’arrivée car les chambres du premier étage au dessus du restaurant sont très bruyantes. Nos nouvelles chambres en étage étaient très modernes et spacieuses. Manque cependant une bouilloire. Le parking n’était également pas sur place et cher. La proximité de la mer, de Poema del mar et l’accès à la Vegueta en taxi sont des plus.

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt an der Promenade. Der Pool ist klein, aber mit einer tollen Aussicht auf den Atlantik. Aber unbedingt ist das herzliche und liebevolle Personal hervorzuheben. Angeführt von einer tollen Hotelleitung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

En general, todo muy bien. Muy bien la recepción, personal muy atento y amable. La habitación, genial, con una gran vista. Lo único que nos gustó menos es el tamaño de la piscina y del gimnasio, en ambos casos, demasiado pequeños. Pero todo lo demás, genial. Muy buen desayuno. Y muy buena ubicación

I really enjoyed my stay. I had a superior sea view room, which had fab views. Huge very comfortable bed, modern bathroom. I didn't try the restaurant. Staff were friendly, but we did have quite a wait to check in, as there was only one member of staff. The pool is very small with only 6 sunloungers, but if you can get a sunlounger, it's a lovely place to relax. My one negative comment, the room had a Nespresso coffee machine but only paper cups...a proper cup would have been good.

Très cher pour ce que c'est... Aucun endroit pour la voiture pour l'arrivée et le départ pour débarquer les valises. Assez bruyant la nuit si on est face à la mer car on entend tout le monde sur le boardwalk sur les bancs etc. Aucune machine distributrice donc si besoin de bouteilles d'eau ou autre en soirée ou la nuit, aucune possibilité dans l'hôtel et autour proche. Ils nous disent que le minibar est gratuit ce qui est vrai mais il n'est pas rempli lors du ménage. Même chose pour les cafés. On a donc demandé à la réception un café et il fallait le prendre dehors au grand vent. On a aussi demandé un autre jour si on pouvait nous réchauffer un burger dans une boîte au micro ondes 1 min. Le gars à la réception nous a dit oui mais il est revenu en nous disant que le chef ne voulait pas car cela ne venait pas du restaurant de l'hôtel et que c'était la loi espagnole de salubrité... Aucun micro-ondes disponible nulle part. Les photos montrent des chambres avec balcon mais très peu ont. Très très déçu. La piscine est chaude même en hiver, car peu profonde, mais il vente tellement que nous y sommes allés qu'une fois.

The hotel location is perfect, the design is good, but we had to change 3 rooms before finding something ok for our needs. The staff was very nice and tried their best to help us on our stay. In my opinion breakfast wasn’t good enough, no healthy options. Unfortunately it didn’t reached my cleaning requirements.

Good location, very good breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed 4 nights, bed sheds never been changed and balcony nebus floor never cleaned. Cleaner thinks is ok to clean just a room floor but not balcony’s floor. So if you eat in a balcony and drop something after you will have a pegeons in it

Sehr schönes, modernes und sauberes Hotel in absoluter Top Lage. Wir hatten ein großes (Familien) Zimmer mit Meerblick. Das Personal war insgesamt sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Supermarkt (Super Dino) und aufgrund der unmittelbaren Nähe zur Promenade entsprechend auch diverse Restaurants, Geschäfte, etc. Trotz der Nähe zur Promenade (ca. 5 Meter) war es dennoch sehr ruhig, so dass wir bei geöffnetem Fenster nachts das Meeresrauschen hören konnten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, frisch und lecker. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden es wieder buchen.

The wifi works pretty well, and the bed is supper comfy, if you want a great night sleeping is a great choice. The rooms in front of the beach are great and have very good views. We had a room in floor 8 and elevators only take you until floor 7. For long stays, We had to ask for clean sheets and towels because the cleaning wasn’t cleaning our room for 3 days and we were suffering the consequences being so near the beach. Also we never had coffee or tea in the room once we finish it the first night. But the staff was very responsive and everything was solve.

For long stays, We had to ask for clean sheets and towels because the cleaning wasn’t cleaning our room for 3 days and we were suffering the consequences being so near the beach. Also we never had coffee or tea in the room once we finish it the first night. But the staff was very responsive and everything was solve.

Ingen grønnsaker bortsett fra noen hele tomater som ikke så veldig innbydende ut. Tallerkener og kopper hadde flekker og var svært lite innbydende. Frokost var kl 07 og kl 09 og det var til tider kø for å få bord. Frokostverten var en hyggelig fyr som gjorde sitt beste. En annen hyggelig fyr var badevakten og bassengområdet på taket var fint selv om bassenget var lite og det kun var 9-10 solsenger på terrassen. The hotel location is perfect, the design is good, but we had to change 3 rooms before finding something ok for our needs. The staff was very nice and tried their best to help us on our stay. In my opinion breakfast wasn’t good enough, no healthy options. Unfortunately it didn’t reached my cleaning requirements.

I stayed for 11 nights in December in both a superior balcony room (7th floor sea facing), and a classic room without balcony (6th floor also sea facing). There were some issues with the loss of water supply over the first two days. This was intermittent and outside the control of the hotel, but nonetheless did spoil the experience and cause a lot of aggravation. It's also important to know that the balcony room wasn't really worth paying extra for - I was on the 7th floor, above the swimming pool solarium area. But there was zero sunshine on the balcony for the whole time. I assume you'd get some sunlight in the summer months but if booking in the winter, be aware you might be in the shade the whole time. It did look like the balconies on the very top floor (8th) get lots of sunshine. The rooftop pool and solarium area is nice but quite small - the pool is very cold and not really worth much. It would be better to have more space for people to lie down - there are only 6 sunbeds so you have to grab these early, before the sun comes round. If you're not in a superior room but on the front, be aware that there are lots of lively bars and restaurants immediately beneath the floors. I was lucky to get a 6th floor room, away from the bars to avoid noise disturbance. Also, the water flooded the rest of the bathroom floor in room 709. Overall, once the issues highlighted above were resolved, I was happy to extend my stay over Christmas and would stay here again.

Nous avons changé de chambres des l’arrivée car les chambres du premier étage au dessus du restaurant sont très bruyantes. Nos nouvelles chambres en étage étaient très modernes et spacieuses. Manque cependant une bouilloire. Le parking n’était également pas sur place et cher. La proximité de la mer, de Poema del mar et l’accès à la Vegueta en taxi sont des plus.

This is a Hotel in the center.of the city, dont expect it be surrounded by clean streets. Through the hotel on clean and the rooms are also clean and spacious, one day some electrical line was down and the AC was not working, problem solved the next day as well as the water skewer in the shower was clogfed and they did their best to solve it. Breakfast included was exceptional, the restaurant had really good food if you opted to dine in, price is just, based the area and the location of the city you are in. Parking was not an easy task, you had to park a few blocks down a d it was 20 euros per night, if you were lucky enough to fibd a spot in the street then you saved extra bucks there. Overall I believe is a good hotel to stay near the center, but if you are looking atmore beachy tourist places, then you would have to look at the aouth.

Loved the hotel & location was brilliant. 2 small criticisms. A hot water urn at breakfast would be great to save us tea drinkers waiting at the coffee machine for hot water. No drawers in rooms! Even a bedside compartment would be nice. We will certainly return to this hotel as pretty much perfect 😀

The hotel has an on-site restaurant serving excellent food with a wide selection of chef-quality choices ranging from Spanish, European and Western dishes. A breakfast buffet is provided with a broad selection of foods ranging from juices and cereals to a broad selection of pastries, tortilla, and waffles. 5-stars. The room was spacious with a view of the ocean and modern, eco-friendly furnishings. Very clean and accommodating. Again 5-stars. There is adjacent parking along the street and a taxi right outside the hotel. There is a supermarket next door and modern Laundromat within a block. A taxi ride to the airport takes about 30 minutes. There is a Hop-on Hop-off stop within a ten minute walk of the hotel. The bus enables site-seeing of Las Palmas' numerous cultural and historic locations. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

We arrived early well before check in so were surprised when the friendly receptionist said our room was ready. The hotel has been tastefully renovated and our room which was the cheapest was clean and spacious and modern and very good value for money. Playa Canteras itself is a little run down and dirty so we were glad we were only staying for 1 night post cruise

Très cher pour ce que c'est... Aucun endroit pour la voiture pour l'arrivée et le départ pour débarquer les valises. Assez bruyant la nuit si on est face à la mer car on entend tout le monde sur le boardwalk sur les bancs etc. Aucune machine distributrice donc si besoin de bouteilles d'eau ou autre en soirée ou la nuit, aucune possibilité dans l'hôtel et autour proche. Ils nous disent que le minibar est gratuit ce qui est vrai mais il n'est pas rempli lors du ménage. Même chose pour les cafés. On a donc demandé à la réception un café et il fallait le prendre dehors au grand vent. On a aussi demandé un autre jour si on pouvait nous réchauffer un burger dans une boîte au micro ondes 1 min. Le gars à la réception nous a dit oui mais il est revenu en nous disant que le chef ne voulait pas car cela ne venait pas du restaurant de l'hôtel et que c'était la loi espagnole de salubrité... Aucun micro-ondes disponible nulle part. Les photos montrent des chambres avec balcon mais très peu ont. Très très déçu. La piscine est chaude même en hiver, car peu profonde, mais il vente tellement que nous y sommes allés qu'une fois.
Très cher pour ce que c'est... Aucun endroit pour la voiture pour l'arrivée et le départ pour débarquer les valises. La piscine est chaude même en hiver, car peu profonde, mais il vente tellement que nous y sommes allés qu'une fois.

The hotel is modern, clean, comfortable, and located right on the beautiful beach of Las Palmas. The staff was professional, informative, friendly, and helpful. Everyone spoke excellent English. The hotel has an on-site restaurant serving excellent food with a wide selection of chef-quality choices ranging from Spanish, European and Western dishes. A breakfast buffet is provided with a broad selection of foods ranging from juices and cereals to a broad selection of pastries, tortilla, and waffles. 5-stars. The room was spacious with a view of the ocean and modern, eco-friendly furnishings. Very clean and accommodating. Again 5-stars. There is adjacent parking along the street and a taxi right outside the hotel. There is a supermarket next door and modern Laundromat within a block. A taxi ride to the airport takes about 30 minutes. There is a Hop-on Hop-off stop within a ten minute walk of the hotel. The bus enables site-seeing of Las Palmas' numerous cultural and historic locations. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

Sehr langer, umständlicher Check-in. Das könnte definitiv kundenfreundlicher gestaltet werden. Sehr laut an der Rezeption durch den offenen Frühstücksbereich. Dort ebenfalls sehr laut. Zimmer sehr schön, allerdings lassen die Fenster jeglichen Straßenlärm durch. Abgenutzter Teppiche auf den Gängen. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt völlig ok.

Frokosten var under lavmål, det manglet hele tuden enten kopper, glass, bestikk eller mat. Spiaesalen var også under ombygging slik at 1/3 del hele tiden var frastengt. Og: håndtverkerne jobbet mens vi spiste med pussing slik at det var støvete.

L hotel juste devant la promenade et la plage est un emplacement tres pratique. L océan juste devant la chambre dormir avec le bruit des vague a ete un bonheur Par contre a part le plge et le surf peu de chose à voir et faire a las palmas. En general, todo muy bien. Muy bien la recepción, personal muy atento y amable. La habitación, genial, con una gran vista. Lo único que nos gustó menos es el tamaño de la piscina y del gimnasio, en ambos casos, demasiado pequeños. Pero todo lo demás, genial. Muy buen desayuno. Y muy buena ubicación

We stayed for two nights at this hotel. This is the second time I’ve used this hotel. This time, there was a very pleasant male receptionist, but otherwise, I didn’t feel very welcome from those working at the reception or in other positions at the hotel. The breakfast was completely out of toppings/glasses several times, and there was a strange atmosphere among the staff that wasn’t very pleasant. I travel a lot for both work and leisure, but I have never been asked to leave the breakfast area just two minutes after 10:30 AM. At 10:32 AM, we were told to go outside without finishing our food. The location is very good, but there is a lot to improve for the staff to create a more welcoming atmosphere among the guests.

I stayed here for a week with my parents and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is situated in the heart of Las Canteras beach, with a huge mall nearby (Las Arenas C.C). We paid extra to have the breakfast included and were very satisfied with it. The receptionists were so courteous and were super friendly. I arrived later than my parents around 01:30 am and was met by a very polite and friendly male receptionist who set the bar very high! We are ever so pleased with our stay here and cannot wait to be back again!❤️. Housekeeping was superb and the customer relations lady was such a lovely person who gave excellent suggestions as to what to do in the island.

The peers at the front desk are amazing, Unfortunately I don’t recall their names but they make me fall in love with the island. The whole front desk staff are awesome and very helpful. Will definitely come back, also Vanessa the housekeeper; was very kind and helpful at all times.
