Llegamos al hotel casi a las 11 de la noche por un tema de retrasos de vuelos, cuando llegamos genial porque había un buffet frio. Durante la estancia comprobamos que el cambio de toallas de la playa tiene coste, coste el parking, coste bebidas que otros hotels que hemos estado son gratis. en fin quieren cobrar por todo. El último día quisimos ver si podíamos quedarnos dos horas mas en el hotel y fue un no rotundo, en fin la experiencia buena, pero no repetiremos

Aging and a bit rough around the edges, but convenient location for walking around. No parking on site but they “offer” regular price public parking nearby. There is much cheaper public parking (with free EV charging) a bit further away, next to the aquarium and cruise terminal. Breakfast was decent. Hair drier was broken but they fixed quickly, and of course the card keys failed a couple times. Gym is around the corner in another nh hotel that looks nicer.

Love this hotel, have stayed here a few times. The location and views cannot be beaten. The complementary drink in exchange for not using housekeeping is a great ‘green’ initiative, and greatly appreciated. Delicious breakfast buffet.

Svært sparsommelig og ekstremt overpriset frokost. Det er mange gode og mye rimeligere frokoststeder i umiddelbar nærhet. Vi droppet frokost siste dagen, selv om vi hadde betalt for det. Veldig sparsommelig utstyrt rom. Ingen muligheter til kaffe på hotellet, med mindre du henter i frokostsalen. Det krever at du har betalt for frokost (ble spurt om romnummer). Rent og ryddig hotell med svært varierende service avhengig av hvem som stod i resepsjonen. 10 Euro for fungerende Internett. Gratis for ekstremt lav hastighet. Kommer ikke til å bo her igjen.

Superior værelserne med ballon har en suveræn udsigt. Hvis man en dag springer rengøringen over får man en kupon il en drink. Eneste minus er, at der ikke er stillet en elkedel til rådighed, så man kan få sig en kop kaffe når man sidder og nyder den fantastiske udsigt.

Check in told me that she could not find my booking but 15 min before that her colleague found the booking when my spouse was asking for a parking card. She told me the booking was in my spouse name which was not true. Also I had to give my phone number and also my spouse even though I 2 days before had registered everything by an email and got room 412 allocated to us. When I mentioned this she told me they had a different system!! 30 min after we reached the room after check in a cleaning lady entered the room saying she was going to check the minibar!!! I told her we just arrived the room so she did not have to check.

Muy desilusionado con este hotel. era nuestro aniversario y lo primero que encolntramos al llegar una habitacion con dos camas individuales y las vistas a una pared de un patio interior cuando yo habia solicitado una cama doble y con vistas al mar La recepcionista del hotel me dijo que yo solo hsbia reservado una habitación sencilla y que tendría que abonar 64 euros mas para que me cambiara la habitación por otra con cama doble y vistas al mar y para colmo en la nueva habitación que nos dieron estaba mi mujer en el baño y de repente se le subieron por los pies unos insectos parecidos a las cucarachas matamos algunos pero vimos que el cerco de la puerta tenia varios insectos llamamos a recepción y nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación pero mi mujer ya no durmio bien en toda la noche tenia miedo de que aparecieran mas insectos yo creo que un hotel de 4 estrellas como este no debería pasar esto lamentablemente mi experiencia ha sido muy negativa

Perfect view and location, very clean, friendly staff. It was my second stay and I will book again. Just a personal remark about sustainability: the message in the bathroom about protecting the environment is senseless when housekeeping replaces even the towels hanging on the rack every day. (Housekeeping did a great job – cleanliness was outstanding – it’s just this small detail!)

The Premium Room with Terrasse(which was expensive enough for what it was), was a shock! The room smelled strong like cigarettes! The painting on the wall was falling apart. The airco was extremely noisy. The room was unclean. The staff at the reception was so unfriendly and terribly rude!!!

The reception staff were excellent and very helpful. The room we had was perfect we had a lovely balcony overlooking the beach. The bathroom was modern with a walk in shower. The only thing missing was tea and coffee making facilities.

We stayed here for eight nights on holiday. It is a very nice hotel with very attentive staff. We had a sea view room with a balcony, which was definitely worth the little bit extra. The staff mostly spoke very good English and were very helpful. We opted for breakfast, which was continental buffet and had many choices. Probably next time, I would choose room only, purely as there’s so many places around to try. The bed was comfy and the blackout curtains worked a treat!

The hotel was in a great location, very clean, very good staff, nice big room, but… I probably made a mistake in booking an interior room. There was a very small window to an outside courtyard so very very little natural light and just not enough lighting in the room. I mentioned it to 2 different staff and they both smiled and said oh yes, we’ll do something about it but I doubt they will.

Hôtel situé sur la plage donnant sur une zone piétonne très animée. Les chambres avec terrasse vue mer sont exceptionnelles : bonne literie, grande, grands placards, coffre et très bien insonorisées. Un petit plateau de courtoisie serait le bienvenue mais le mini bar est très appréciable Le ménage est remarquablement bien fait Le personnel quel qu’il soit est adorable Nous avons demandé une nuit supplémentaire et ça n’a pas posé de pb ! Le petit déjeuner est très varié et les produits de qualité A recommander vivement !

NH Hotels are usually very friendly and practical. I will be back to Imperial. Thank you to the staff. But at the breakfast, the staff is very noisy. They clean and take things very loudly. When the pile the plates and glasses and they talk loudly. But overall I enjoyed my stay.

Location was amazing, overlooking the beach. Access to the beach and walking on the boardwalk. Close to Supermarket, Laundromat, and lots of Restaurants around. Felt very safe. Lisa at the front desk was very polite, and helpful. Will go back for sure.

You will not regret a stay in this hotel. It was great. Clean, friendly, great breakfast, perfect location - right on the beach, etc. The staff were amazing, friendly, knowledgable, etc. Overall, one of our best stays of our 2 week trip to the Canary Islands

Went for the carnival and had a lovely room with balcony on 8th floor facing the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is ideally situated for beach, bars and restaurants. Just two matters that could be improved: 1. No tea or coffee in the room or reception area. 2. Breakfast is £31 per night which is far too expensive. Better to find a local cafe on the beach front.

We stayed for a week just after Christmas and through the New Year. The weather was excellent 22-25c, a nice break from UK winter. The hotel and staff where superb, they really made our holiday one to remember. The staff on reception were so helpful, recommending restaurants, attractions and always greeted you warmly. When you opt for room cleaning, the staff always managed to clean our room when we went to breakfast, so on return, we had an already refreshed room, really nice service. Breakfasts also very good, with a nice choice. Hotel is well situated for restaurants, shopping, beach (just 1 minute away) and general day to day activities. We can highly recommend!
