Bra hotell med god frokost sentralt i Las Palmas. Bassenget på toppen var ganske skuffende og treningsrommet var meget begrenset og dårlig utstyrt. Flott utsikt over byen fra de øvre etasjene. Gode senger og rene bad, men tok tid å få varmtvann i dusjen. Litt for mye klorlukt på rommene og i gangene. Hyggelig betjening.

Everybody I was in contact with were very courteous and nice, the place is incredibly clean if maybe a little dated. Restaurant window seat are spectacular as it’s on the 23rd floor 2 floors below the swimming pool and sun deck area. Food was great service also. Proximity to beach and cruise port excellent would I stay here again? 100%

The hotel is located about a 5 minute walk from Santa Catalina bus station, which is a great way of getting to/from other parts of the island. The area around the elevator on the 14th floor smelled of dampness and mold but there was a sign indicating that they were resolving an issue. Aside from that the hotel and the room were very clean. The room was a good size and had a balcony with an amazing view of the city and the ocean. The fitness centre was small but had enough equipment to work with.

God beliggenhet, tilnærmet defekt aircondition, klaget og de sa de hadde fikset men ingen kjøling så måtte ligge med terrassedør åpen som ga mye støy. Ikke oppvarmet basseng som er minus! Men flott takterrasse. Hotellet ville ha 45 euro for 2 pers pr døgn som er drøyt! Mange fine frokostrestauranter i nærheten!

The property is well located between the beach and the cruise port with wonderful views from the higher floors. The immediate area around the hotel is a bit run down and crowded with noisy traffic. The desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The cleaning staff could be more thorough and consistent. We stayed for 12 nights and our bed linen was only changed twice - when requested.

etablissement tres bien situé, proche de la corniche et de la plage Las Conteras, proche de l'arret de bus qui desserve toute l'ile. grand inconvenient: une odeur insupportable dans les couloirs des etages et dans les chambres. nous avons eu une chambre au 12eme etage que nous avons tout de suite demandé de changer a cause des odeurs insupportables, ce qui nous a été sytematiquement accordé (vu que le personnel connait le pbm j'imagine). au 11ème étage, l'odeur demeure toujours mais mois concentrée. j'ai demandé un désodorisant, que la femme de chambre nous a apporté tout en étant surprise de notre demande car selon elle, il n'y a aucune odeur désagréable!! je pense que les odeurs arrivent des conduites de canalisation et d'aération, ce qui était vraiment TRES TRES désagréable, a tel point qu'on fermait les nez pour ne plus sentir ces odeurs désagréable. sans oublier que l'eau n'était jamais déposée systématiquement dans notre chambre, il fallait appeler la récéption chaque soir pour en demander, la même chose pour le svaon, cleenex et autres....!! donc pour Un Marriot classé 4etoiles, cet hôtel laisse vraiment a désirer et je ne le recommande à personne!!

Al acceder a la habitación, aunque estaba limpia, daba la sensación de que fue asignada alguien, no le gustó y se fue. El WC no tenia que indicara que se había desinfectado, los rollos de papel no estaban doblados como se suele dejar y encima no había gel de ducha. Además, la puerta hacia la terraza no cerraba correctamente. Tras mi primera noche, dejé la habitación en torno a las 9:00AM con la camarera de pisos precisamente en el pasillo. Al volver a las 17:00 el piso no había sido limpiado, y no , no había dejado la etiqueta de no molestar. Tras la segunda noche, entré al desayuno a las 7:45, me senté en la barra con vistas a la ventana. A mi lado se notaba que alguien ya había desayunado y no habían recogido. Al salir del desayuno, aún no habían recogido ni limpiado el puesto de la barra a mi lado. Cancelé la última noche.

Que me gusto la localizacion del hotel porque todo bien comunicado, opciones de tiendas, restaurantes. La habitación estaba todo bien, pero el baño...que servicio de limpieza que dejo toallas, que vacio las papeleras...pero nada mas que eso, no limpio el baño. Que escobilla del baño , que no tienen. Que las cafeteras de la habitacion vasis de plastico, que los vasos debieran ser de cristal que para eso pago ahi lo que he pagado.

First of all, the room was NOT Ocean View. It was just "Partially Sea View". To see the ocean I need to stay at the corner of the room or need to go out to a narrow balcony. So the room was absolutely not correct. And the bathroom was uncomfortable at all. It was so small and the Water Closet is very close to the wall. I am just 180cm tall but I was not able to sit in the water closet. My knees were pushing against the wall and feeling painful. I talked with the front desk clerk but no solution for the issues. I had to stay in Partially Sea View Room and I got knee pain in two days in this room. Since the 1980s I have been staying numerous times in Marriott Hotels around the in all six continents of the world and never been i a Marriott like this one. Uncomfortable bathroom and non-friendly front desk clerk. No more Marriott in the Canary Islands.

Flott hotell med super beliggenhet. Ventilasjonsanlegget bråket så mye, så sov nesten ikke noe første natten. På natt 2 så skrudde jeg av ventilasjonen. Utenfor er det mye trafikk, så å åpne balkongdør var ikke løsningen. Sov bedre uten bråket, men ikke god luft å sove i. Ellers var alt perfekt.

Overall a nice place. Good stuff: The beach was only a 4 minute walk, also short walks to bus, grocery store, taxi stand, and many restaurants/stores. Annoying: we had to sit sideways on the toilet due to close proximity to the wall, and we are average height. A little strange for us (Americans): no washcloths nor top sheet on the bed (only a comfortor)

Property is old. Elevator from street level to lobby is very hard to use. Elevators inside hotel are old and slow. Several guests were checking in at the same time. Our person was more worried about others than us and took longer than normal because he kept jumping into their conversations. Bed comfort level was superb! Unfortunately after we were asleep, we were woken up by room service trying to deliver someone else's order. No apologies received. I would stay here again for the price paid.

Et fantastisk hotell. Resepsjonen er full av vennlige, smilende serviceinnstilte mennesker. Vi hadde balkong og kunne nye fin utsikt ut over byen. Rom og seng særdeles bra, samt bad med badekar. Nydelig frokost. Hotellet ligger fint til med kort avstand til butikker, strandpromenade og badestrand.

Great hotel! Just got back from AC Tower, I’ve been upgraded to a balcony room ( as a member ) without even asking, thank you. Fantastic facilities, food, building, service, and location. 5 minutes to a buzzing beach with everything on your doorstep. Lovely breakfast and staff. Really enjoyed it. Would love to return.

Room and location were great. Very close to the port and a nice mall. Had to carry suitcases up a flight of stairs to get in; elevator from ground to lobby was not obvious and then wasnt working. Staff probably would have helped if we'd asked; they were very nice. Not a lot of variety in the restaurant for dinner but lots of good restaurants nearby on the boardwalk.

Es war mein vierter Aufenthalt vor einer Kreuzfahrt in diesem Hotel. Bin wirklich enttäuscht. Hat insgesamt nachgelassen. Wasserdruck im 8. Stock gleich null. Restaurant erst ab 20.30 Uhr geöffnet. Frühstück mit 34 Euro/Person total überteuert. Für die Kaffeemaschine nur zwei Kapseln Kaffee, eine davon entkoffeiniert. Und das für zwei Personen. Personal an der Rezeption total freundlich, dass muss ich sagen.

Dålig städning, en lins jag tappade som låg synligt på handfatet var ej borttorkad. Okända hårstrån osv. Karneval utanför flera dagar utanför inpå småtimmarna. Oisolerade rum så det lät som man låg i en bas. Bra frukost men middagen var så dålig. Rå hamburgare kalla pommes frites. Skickade ut rvå ggr men hjälpte inte. Dock bjöd de då på notan.

Nice breakfast and skybar at level 23. Rooms okay but dirty wallpapers. Reception desk helpful. The so called sea view from our was not much to pay for. The panorama view from sky bar fantastic but curtains were not separated in the afternoon.

El hotel está muy bien situado para conocer la ciudad, acceder desde el aeropuerto o ir a la playa. es muy tranquilo, las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas e incluso nos dieron una superior a la que habíamos reservado. El personal de recepción de diez, pero el desayuno era un caos, falta de organización, no había de todos los alimentos, tardaban en reporner... creo que faltaba personal.
