The price is great!! The lady whom checked me in was great!! I asked if the pool was open. She said yes. The pool was the only reason I booked. However. Two hours later as soon as the next front desk attendant came in, the pool was closed. At 5pm. I really only wanted to tan. It would have been nice to dip in the pool. But I just wanted to lay in the sun. The guy said , who knows when it will be fixed. Idk when the person will come to fix it. Which is true. But , he really didn’t do much to make me happy about the situation. I was not happy. Still not happy. The towels were stained also. The room was spacious. The room was clean. The bed was super comfy. The first front desk clerk was as great. Price was good. Location from the interstate is beyond amazing. Landscaping and outside maintenance needs a little help.

The hotel staff were very friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable. The only thing that stood out as could be improved is that the ice machine on the main level did not work. This was an easy fix though, the machine on the 2nd level worked great.

Perfectly adequate if you have to stop off the road, and there is absolutely no other reason to stay there! I booked it because it advertised a pool. There was in fact a tiny pool, but it was padlocked due to "the weather we\'re supposed to be having" (partly cloudy at the time. Some light rain when I left at 6am). Vending machine food only. One machine out of order. A Sheets across a street too busy to cross on foot. I got some rest but nothing else.

The staff were kind and willing to help but you had to ask . Ice machines were broken or out of ice on each floor but 2 floor. We had to ask if there were any machines working. There were people smoking weed and cooking out in the back parking lot where we were told to park the first night. The trash can was over flowing by the back door . The Inn needs some TLC. We will not stay there again. The price was triple what it was worth. We were very disappointed.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the room was discusting. Curtains were torn so bad what was left of them was tied up. Handles broken off drawers. Towels had stains on them. Carpet in room was covered in stains as well.

Was disappointed based upon the positive reviews. Hair on sheets. Cockroaches. Toilet seat was missing attachment pieces and half disconnected. Dropped earbud and found garbage / debris under bedside stand and under bed while looking for it. Tub / shower and bathroom sink didn't drain properly. Room had a funky smell. Overall wouldn't stay again.

This was not a pleasant stay. While the front desk person was very nice, the room was just gross. I have pictures and video I’d be happy to provide. This should actually warrant a refund. Dirty bedding, major build up of dust/mold, etc.

Hotel is infested with bed bugs and roaches. The people behind the counter seem to not speak the best English. Make sure that you CHECK YOUR ROOM before bringing anything in. Roaches on walls, bugs under mattresses and beds. We even found a roach in our freshly bought pizza my kids, wife, and I were all eating from. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Staff was great. Room was pretty disgusting. Cobwebs all over. Dead bugs in the shower. Pee all over the toilet. Stains and stuff on the bed skirt. Stained towels. Just overall pretty disgusting. Bed sheets were clean so that was a plus. It’s older with some carpet stains which was no big deal but the room was filthy.

Got here past midnight no issues checking in. Got to the room and the unit for the air conditioning/heat was set to 85 degrees when we entered. Took a little bit to get the room cooled down to about 70-73 degrees. The water pressure in the bathroom was poor.

Noisy dog was barking numerous times all night. No breakfast in lobby. Only 1 packet of regular coffee. Cable TV only had a dozen useless non-movie local channels. Bathroom was way too small, bathtub was dripping constantly. Toilet seat was broken. A/C unit was extremely loud and emitted high-pitch squeal. Found trash behind nightstand. Only 1 outlet for TV, microwave, and fridge (which froze all my food). The bed was too high and box springs creaked every time I moved. Pillows were too lumpy and thin. Carpet had numerous stains. View outside was very unkempt trashy yard.

Room was good, pillows were kinda hard. My biggest complaint was the people in the room above mine (I was in 139). From 11 PM to 4:30 AM, I think they were running a marathon in the room. Constant footsteps and furniture being moved and dropped. Probably should have contacted the front desk ( the gentleman on duty told me that "I would have stopped that in five minutes "), but zi was too tired!!! Still got up at 5:45, because it started all over sgain!! Other than that, the stay was rather nice. Wish the TV had better channel options, though.

Our second stay here. A weekend couples trip. Room clean and bed comfortable. Felt safe. Very reasonably priced. The only bad thing was finding a pair of men’s underwear stuffed between the mattress and the wall on our last day there. Kind of gross. Wish we’d have noticed the first night. Besides that - good location, easy on and off to 81. Close to many restaurants and attractions in Bristol.

2 times now we have stayed here but never again.rooms are spacious but wifi both times major issues,tvs dont work because wifi doesn't work,you cant link your phone to TV and when you ask staff for help they say don't know what the problem is or how to correct it so good luck and have a goodnnight. 2 stays months apart and same issues and same disregard for accommodation

The hotel staff definitely made the stay a great experience. They were very welcoming and it was a fast and easy check in. The hotel was clean and smelled nice(not like cheap cleaner). The room was decent for the price, it was big, and comfortable. The room was clean and well maintained besides the dining table. Other than that hiccup, which the staff handled. It was a great stay for one night. We would definitely stay again.

This person at the front desk charged me twice for my stay on two different cards. I tried to call them to get it straightened out. The manager argued with me and hung up on me. It was also very dirty in the room. I will never stay here again.

Staff was polite, room was clean with the exception of a small area of mildew on the bathroom ceiling. Checked for bedbugs, no problem. Sheets were clean, bathroom clean etc. Nice area, right across the street from Sheetz which was super convenient. Good selection of restaurants very close.

I would definitely stay there again. It was clean and a convenient place to get into in the Bristol area. Staff was pleasant as well. They don't do breakfast and I didn't know that the pool was seasonal.

We had a nice overnight stay. But I asked to get a couple of glass glasses from the kitchenette and they didn't have any they offered stirophome cups also there was no hot water ready for tea on the morning but the man at the front desk went in the back and got me some. He was very nice,but very disappointed that there was no breakfast of any kind offered. 😕

If you are traveling and need a place to stay for the night; without spending alot of money; this place is GREAT!On line reviews gave this hotel a 9.0; and that is the reason I chose this hotel, The hotel its self was really nice for a quick overnight stay, the hotel offers no breakfast (which we didn't mind) the hallway walls could use some paint and the carpet replaced but it didn't bother us. The room was nice and roomy with a microwave and awesome fridge. The bed was excellent but it could use some new pillows as ours were FLAT! The carpet needs to be replaced as it was very worn and the bathroom; this was the one thing that was awful about our stay. It was the size of a closet, you could barely open/close the door it was so close to the toilet and there was mold on the tub and shower walls; bathroom sure does need an upgrade. The staff was awesome!!
