Hilton Garden Inn Mexico City Polanco

I liked the place in general. Good location and has parking and valet. Very practical if you travel by car. Breakfast is good and the view on the floor 10 is incredible.

No me gustó que el gimnasio estaba en mantenimiento.

Este hotel está muy bien ubicado en la zona de Polanco, lo que facilita es llegar a restaurantes, zonas comerciales y financieras de la Ciudad De México. Lamentablemente, cuando fuimos estaban reparando el restaurante terraza que tiene vista hacia el castillo de Chapultepec.

Muy cómodo y seguro, la vista del restaurante es fenomenal.

Very old and bad hotel, rooms are dirty, poorly maintained and equipped. Showers don not work correctly, AC is old and noisy.

Los productos que dan de cortesía como jabón, shampoo, etc no los administraban dijeron se habían agotado los jabones y ante nuestra queja fueron a comprar uno de fuera. El café de la habitación, bolsitas que generalmente te otorga el hotel aquí tienes que pagar por las bolsitas. La comida del restaurante de mala calidad y pues el último día no pasaron la escoba.

Excelente ubicación podes ir caminando a chalpultepec, museos, palacio de bellas artes a 25 min vehículo, muchos lugares cercas de comidas, súper, farmacias etc Limpio,olia rico, buen precio, restaurante con bella vista, personal súper amable,muy recomendado

Estuve hospedada 4 noches, estaban haciendo remodelaciones y había mucho polvo y suciedad en el lobby. El aire acondicionado y el internet fallaron varias veces durante mi estadía

Our two night stay at this hotel was great! It is very close to the Chapultepec park, castle, zoo and museums as well as many restaurants and other monuments within 15-20 minute walk. The rooms were large and very clean.

Smells bad, floor was clean but old, bed was ok, and air conditioning was either full on or off.

The room was old and very dark. The bed was small and the towels were very old. Hotel needs to be remodeled; it didn’t meet our expectations.

El aire acondicionado de la habitación no enfriaba, lo reportamos la primera noche pero no hubo ninguna diferencia.

En general bien, solo temas con la tele ya que ningún canal se veia nitido.

El hotel esté muy bien ubicado, habitación amplia y cómoda y el servicio es muy bueno, la vista desde el restaurante me encantó.

Muy buen servicio

When we checkedin, the bedsheets had stains but was quickly rectified by the housekeeping staff. Overall we had a good experience.

I think the check in experience told us exactly what we needed to know at this property. At check-in, agent couldn’t find our reservation. Instead of communicating what he was doing, he just stayed silent and we were left confused what was going on. while we were waiting Another guest jumped in front of us and he assisted her and that was really rude because we still didn’t know whether we had a room or not. When we got to our room, there was dust bunnies and stains on the sheets. Throughout our stay in the room, the AC said it was cooling, but it never did leaving the room dry and hot. Because of this everyday, I woke up with a bloody nose. The plugs would go in/out and so we couldn’t charge our devices or use our hot hair tools. one of the guest in the room with me had to check into another hotel because of how uncomfortable it was leading us to waste more money on rooms for our trip was an inconvenience. When we went downstairs to what was going on no one cared. We were told the manager was in a meeting and we could wait for him but again that was an inconvenience. We were not allowed to get more than one key for the room, and there was three guest, again an inconvenience. Just felt that the entire state of this property no one had urgency to help or any customer service skills. With that being said we will not be returning to this property or any property under this brand. The only perk of this property is the bellman BRYAN who was angel and very helpful.

Great hotel at the entrance of Polanco. Close to all the fun yet fairly quiet in case you need to sleep well. Plenty of restaurants and easy access to public transportation. Front desk was very attentive and friendly! Room was clean and taken care of.

El personal es muy atento y el hotel está ubicado muy cerca de Reforma, se puede llegar a pie muy rápidamente. Frente al hotel hay lugares de comida casera muy accesibles y muy rico.

Our stay was pleasant from check in till check out, I wish we could've stayed longer. This hotel is centrally located and if you enjoy nice walks in the evening walking from here all the way to el zocalo takes about an hr 15 minutes, you will be able to see the angel of Independence, the revolution monument, bellas artes, latin american tower, casa de los azulejos and enjoy street vendors all the way (you can always come back on an uber) highly recommended. Also, steps away from chapultepec castle and good restaurants. I will stay here on my next visit, hopefully soon!!!

Excellent location and good sized rooms. Hotel felt a bit dated, but was undegoing remodeling. Great access to tourist areas, very walkable.

The location is not Polanco, misleading, price is high for poor area smelly bathroom and lobby areas. Hard pillows, difficult sleep with them. Air conditioning warm in room that has controlled temperature and can not be lower. Really bad experience

I didn’t get any type of welcome benefit as a VIP member, the front desk was very curt and to the point. However, the restaurant staff is absolutely fantastic, the food and drinks were great. They were extremely welcoming. The view of the castle is a plus. Thank you!
