Lovely property that feels very private and has everything you need. The property is pristine and boasts a nice art collection throughout the common areas. Service is excellent from front desk, bar, breakfast area to everyone you’ll encounter. There is a pool, gym, bar, restaurant and plenty of common areas, all well appointed and maintained. Rooms are spacious, beds and pillows very comfortable and linens are crisp. Whether traveling for businesses or pleasure, this property is excellent.

I’ve stayed here many times and what brings me back is the service all around. Front desk is fantastic as well as anyone I’ve encountered working at this property. Located near woodruff road, shopping, dining and Whole Foods. They also offer complimentary bikes for an hour with your stay so you can explore the vicinity.

Really nice hotel with friendly staff and amenities. Really clean and spacious rooms. The pool was really clean and nice. There was a nice bar in the lobby so thats aways a plus! It was also located in a perfect location. Close to everything. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Modern clean room and general facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Decent but not fancy dining available in the hotel. One minor issue is that there are signs everywhere that say no parking, but staff says you can park basically anywhere. Very convenient drive to Greenville-Spartanburg airport.

A pleasant hotel to sleep in, helpful front desk reception staff. Room service is on demand only, which I found odd, so don’t forget to ask to have your room cleaned when you leave for the day. The big downside is dining at the hotel, both evening meal and morning options are limited with slow service. As there are dozens of alternatives nearby I’d recommend any of those instead as that’s what I did after my first couple of meals. Generally the room was spotless but I did find an old sock and dust under my bed’s mattress.

I had a comfortable stay overall. However, I did encounter an issue with the cleanliness of the sheets in my room. Unfortunately, they appeared to be stained and not freshly laundered. Everything was okay but very noisy banging on walls could hear everything through walls. Could even hear noise over the tv. Complained first morning, and then got worse the next night. Did not get very much sleep. We had the king suite couch had lots of stains and floors were dirty with crumbs like it hasn’t been swept when we checked in. Not the best experience and second time here. Probably won’t return for another stay anytime soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Most of the staff was WONDERFUL. Our only complaint is with the weekend bartender and food service guy. He was so rude and his behavior stood out because everyone else at the hotel was wonderful. In spite of him, we will absolutely stay at this hotel again. One bad apple did not spoil our stay.

This Cambria was purchased by Double Tree and I was not aware until the day before my arrival. I was not sure what I would expect when we arrived. It was stressful because, to not her fault, we booked through Orbitz and it was hell for the front desk to work through the check in process and the waiting was brutal and Rena tried very hard to keep us abreast what was going on and I appreciate that. But the next time, hotels and third party companies need to work better with transitions.

However, I have noticed two additional charges on my Visa card: • $163.70 on April 11th (for breakfasts, etc.) • $40.00 on April 15th At check-out, I was informed that I would receive an invoice via Expedia. This is incorrect, as you charged me directly. I requested several time a detailed invoice for these additional charges so that I can submit it to my company for reimbursement. This was a great location in Greenville. Very good service except for the dining. Went to eat dinner, but there was no cook. He took a break and didn't tell the bartender/server. We waited for about 20 mins, still no server.

The property was super nice. The only downside would be that breakfast is not included. They do have made to order breakfast, but you must pay for that. Very nice rooms.

We were really impressed by this hotel. It was clean, and the room was not humid like other places. The staff were very courteous and kind to us and down to earth, which is unusually for other hotels. What really blew our minds was the small restaurant within the hotel. The chef was awesome, and the food was fabulous. Nothing beats home made food, and the biscuits and gravy was to die for. We love it and will be coming back.

We would love to have had a drink after returning from our show but the bar closed at 11PM It would have been nice to stay open a bit later on a Friday night.

I stayed for two nights , as arriving Sharon at the desk greeted me it was immediately a warm welcome with her and her humor. She warned me about the sold out solf ball tournament that was being held in Greenville so she put me on the 4th floor to prevent all the noise from the children there . The hotel is new and clean . My only problem when I enter my room the sink was clogged up with hair but I called the front desk and they had it fixed . The next day I asked for housekeeping but never got it . I’m not sure why but I was bothered about it , it was late when I got back to the room so housekeeping was gone. The warm cookies was to die for !! I love cookies !! I will be back. Please work on housekeeping I noticed a smear in the sofa that seems gross .

Terrible Customer Service with the staff!!!!! Check out was a nightmare!! We waited for over an hour and a half for the manager to fix some adjustments but he never came out. The manager's name is Drake and the front desk rep that was NOT helpful at all, her name is Sheryl (could be spelled Cheryl). They also charge a $5.50 parking fee but it's a regular parking lot, not a parking garage or in a metropolitan/downtown area. The rooms smelled musty, damp, and it was rather warm, no matter how low we put the A/C, and the lowest was 65 degrees. Other guests complained of the air as well. We will be in contact with the General Manager!!!!
