Tout a été parfait, personnel tres compétent, serviable et sympathique. Petit point a améliorer ; quand on arrive en voiture il n'y a pas de bouton appel réception face à la grille du parking. On est bloqué et contraint d'appeler l'établissement. En effet il n'est accessible qu'aux clients deja enregistrés ; code.

Arrived late and needed a few hours sleep before setting off to Calais. The hotel is secure with an electric code protected gate to secure cars. The man in reception was polite and efficient even at 2am when we arrived but that’s when the good points ended. The room is tired and needs refreshing with heavily marked walls etc but the bedding was clean. Unfortunately, other guests were shouting and banging until 4.30 am then the fire alarm was triggered. I had enough and just left - I complete waste of money and I may have well just slept in the car

It was not clean at all, we asked them to please clean the room because we were there for three days and they agreed but did not clean the rooms, they used the same blankets, the bathroom was dirty, the location is not accurate as the description we were really far from Paris which makes waste a lot of time of vacations and paid high prices on uber

The property was extremely small in size. The photos of the property are deceptive. There is hardly any room in the hotel room to walk to the bathroom or the cupboard. From the door, one almost just lands on the bed. The bathroom is extremely small. The shower area is so small that the slightest movement results in knocking oneself on the surroundings. This caused many instances of shutting off the shower. The extractor fan in the washroom did not work. There was no soap provided on the basin. There was a soap dispenser in the shower area but it did not work. The first room that we were allocated stank badly. I requested a change which was accepted. The worst part was the unacceptable heat in the room. I understand that the room was not air conditioned, but no table or desk fan was provided either to make our stay comfortable. It felt like sleeping in an oven.

The staff was ok, but I was surrounded by heavy smokers. Smell of cigarette smoke affected my breathing severely and I was unable to sleep. I checked out the next morning and went to a different hotel, my health is very important to me

Bonjour, l'hôtel est très bien, un peu bruyant en extérieur.. Par contre le seul problème est que j'ai eu un changement de planning (annulation de journées du 19 et 20:05 et donc obligé de quitter la chambre avant, sur place les personnes ne peuvent pas gérer le problème, n'y rembourser n'y me faire un avoir m'expliquant qu'ils n'étaient pas libre par rapport au site de réservation. Une réclamation est en cours.. Je reste en attente. Cordialement.

Nous avons eu une première chambre où il manquait la télécommande de la TV, et dans la douche on ne pouvait pas utiliser le savon (le support coinçait). Nous avons déménagé dans une deuxième chambre où on ne pouvait pas ouvrir la fenêtre car le battant était défaillant, et il faisait chaud, c'était oppressant.

Ce n'est pas parce qu'un hôtel est peu cher qu'il ne doit pas offrir un minimum et la ce nest pas le cas, hôtel et chambre limite vétuste, pas de porte qui sépare la chambre de la salle d'eau/wc, mais un simple rideau type de douche, imaginez le tout pile face au lit. Rideau de fenêtre tout froissé, au petit dejeuner il y avait en tout et pour tout deux morceaux de pain durs et une tranche de pain de mie, pas de confiture, nous étions 4, on nous a quand meme proposé des mini croissants, ouff..... Et jen passe Le seul point positif : le personnel.

Par quoi commencer 🤔 alors a l'arrivée la dame de l'accueil nous réclame de payer le petit déjeuner que nous avons déjà réservé dans notre prix de la chambre il a fallu insister pour qu'elle regarde bien notre réservation et s'aperçoit qu'il était compris dans notre tarif. Arrivée a la chambre l'odeur n'est pas tres agréable obliger d'ouvrir la fenêtre malgré le froid. Il manquer un coussin dans le lit du haut. Maintenant petit déjeuner alors là ont a halluciné en tout nous étions 6 pour 2 chambre le buffet nous proposer 3 mini croissants et il a fallu menacer le personnel d'appeler la direction pour qu'il nous fasse cuire des viennoiseries et du pain les cuillères étaient sales je joint la photo franchement 1 fois pas 2 chez eux.

Pas contente du tout un couvre lit pas de couverture il faisait froid. Le pire c'est le petit déjeuner qu ont a payer. Ont arrive pour déjeuner ben rien et quand je dit rien c'est bien rien . Il a fallu insisté pour nous donner quelque chose. Je suis vraiment pas contente. Cordialement.

Petit quiproquos à l’arrivée sur la réservation mais problème résolu rapidement. Équipe réactive et disponible. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Petit déjeuner plus que correct au vu du prix. Proche de toutes commodité très pratique en l’Absence de voiture. Je conseille aux familles Sans hésitation.

Ce n'est pas parce qu'un hôtel est peu cher qu'il ne doit pas offrir un minimum et la ce nest pas le cas, hôtel et chambre limite vétuste, pas de porte qui sépare la chambre de la salle d'eau/wc, mais un simple rideau type de douche, imaginez le tout pile face au lit. Rideau de fenêtre tout froissé, au petit dejeuner il y avait en tout et pour tout deux morceaux de pain durs et une tranche de pain de mie, pas de confiture, nous étions 4, on nous a quand meme proposé des mini croissants, ouff..... Et jen passe Le seul point positif : le personnel.

Par quoi commencer 🤔 alors a l'arrivée la dame de l'accueil nous réclame de payer le petit déjeuner que nous avons déjà réservé dans notre prix de la chambre il a fallu insister pour qu'elle regarde bien notre réservation et s'aperçoit qu'il était compris dans notre tarif. Arrivée a la chambre l'odeur n'est pas tres agréable obliger d'ouvrir la fenêtre malgré le froid. Il manquer un coussin dans le lit du haut. Maintenant petit déjeuner alors là ont a halluciné en tout nous étions 6 pour 2 chambre le buffet nous proposer 3 mini croissants et il a fallu menacer le personnel d'appeler la direction pour qu'il nous fasse cuire des viennoiseries et du pain les cuillères étaient sales je joint la photo franchement 1 fois pas 2 chez eux.

Worst experience for us in our life !! Unhealthy, unsafe, unhygienic HÔTEL not Cheap at all. They room are 27 degrees when outside it’s 15 dégrée at 3:00 during night. Evacuation shower was blocked so highly humidity who made my wife gets very sick at moment. They don’t want to Refund but French government was made they rules . This hôtel SHOULD BE CLOSED and when you have a guest you in à room 27 degrees you don’t RENT A FAN for 1€ à day it’s very miserable do that kind of stuff. We will get a refund in à good o bad transaction because now my wife was very sick because in the room full of SPORE OF MOLD and infiltration. The room 001 it’s a room for handicap person tick we found …. Could be bite us and contaminate us with LYME DISEASE, or worst our dog. This hotel should closed it’s UNSAFE FOR HUMAINS AND ANIMALS

It was not clean at all, we asked them to please clean the room because we were there for three days and they agreed but did not clean the rooms, they used the same blankets, the bathroom was dirty, the location is not accurate as the description we were really far from Paris which makes waste a lot of time of vacations and paid high prices on uber
