Holiday Inn Express Lebanon by IHG

I booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub. Was extremely disappointed when it was completely out of order; taped off, with no water in it. The next morning when the front desk lady was checking out, she asked how everything was. I said good, except there was no hot tub. And that’s why I booked with you. All she said was “haha I’m sorry.”

Breakfast was good and the rooms were cleaned.

The fan on the room was ridiculously loud. Went on and off about every 2 minutes and sounded like an animal in the room. No working hot tub as advertised. In Indianapolis for the basketball tournament and couldn’t even watch while at the hotel.

Staff was awesome, breakfast was the best, however, the hot water in the morning shower was not hot, not good at all. The staff said they've gotten other complaints and it's because we all share a hot water heater. NOT GOOD. If you want hot water with your shower in the morning, you're not going to get it, or wait for everyone else to finish showering. I didn't have hot water and they know why. it wasn't completely cold, but it was not warm enough at all.
