They are pet friendly according to their website, but when u get there u have to sign off that your pet will not be in room alone or anywhere near the breakfast area. I can understand the rules for the breakfast area, but u cannot go anywhere without leaving your pet behind. Rules are rules, but u should list these on your website. Also you have to put down a additional deposit, plus the $30 pet fee, I believe it was a 100? Deposit. I went on their website, and no mention of the additional rules or deposit.

My grandkids loved the pool and hot tub and they provide plenty of clean towels. We also enjoyed the hot breakfast and the 24 hour complimentary coffee/hot tea/hot chocolate. Friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was very good. Lots of variety. The pool and hot tub was well maintained and great to get into. the hotel did not seem crowded even though there were plenty of cars around. Very quiet and did exceed our expectations.

This hotel was almost like a 5 star resort, I Loved staying in this town, beautiful and safe, friendly and helpful. The only thing that was kind of disappointing was the jets in the hot tub didn't work. Breakfast was super good with hot cinnamon rolls

This hotel was excellent. The lobby was very clean, smelled nice, and check in was quick. The front desk attendant was very kind. The room was in great condition, very clean, and well maintained. Our room faced the highway so it was a little noisier but not too bad.

We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms. Having stayed at quite a few places on our trip, this was by far the nicest. There were plenty of towels and soap supplies. Breakfast area was very clean and had a good selection. Would highly recommend.

We had a tornado warning with touch down around a half mile away from us. We went to the front desk to ask them where to go and the front desk said she didn’t get a warning on her phone and essentially didn’t believe me until I showed her my phone with the warning on it. There were at least a dozen people on the lobby wondering the same thing. When we asked what the policy was and where to shelter she actually said “I guess your on your own”. At least a dozen more people came in off the highway to look for shelter. We huddled in the bathrooms. She was disrespectful, dismissive and untrained. It was terrifying for me, my children and plenty of other families. Completely unacceptable.

The property was very clean and quiet. However one of the attendants denied me an extra blanket when i asked for two blankets to my room... which was to sleep four people. She mentioned that they only could give an extra blanket to a room with two beds. The rational? I didn't grasp.

Stay was almost derailed by hotels.com glitch but Holiday Inn’s Erin was helpful and kind and made sure we got our room. Later manager Stephen was also very helpful. The room was everything we needed, very clean, extremely comfortable bed.

We drove in from Wisconsin and were 1hr 20 min ahead of check in time. Front desk said we were to early, we left and came back about 45 min later. Brought all of our stuff to lobby and were waiting. Heard housekeeper say the room was ready, but front desk lady continued mopping (about 10 min) and than disappeared for another 10 min or so. Came back at exactly 4:00 saying room was ready. If I know I have a guest waiting, I would drop what I was doing when I was informed the room was ready and checked the guest in. The lack of urgency from this employee to help the guest wasn't what I come to expect from our stays at Holiday Inn Expresses.
