If we get report from local residents, we will charge 50,000yen for inconvenience fee; 100,000yen if the police departments are called in.・Please tidy up before leaving the room. Please dispose trashes according to the instructions on the trash can.・Customer safety is of the utmost importance to us. Please do not jump into the pool next to your villa, get on the roof, or do anything that could potentially harm others or yourself. All troubles that occur in the facility are at your own risk, and Toma-Rutto cannot be held responsible.・If you are going to use it at an event or party, we would appreciate it if you could consult us in advance.
