Bon séjour en tête à tête dans l'etablissement. Dommage que la piscine soit HS (connu avant le depart). En revanche, le hammam est en fonctionnement mais avec tres peu de service à coté. Les douches à proximité sont froides et le spa n'est pas relié au batiment principal. Heureusement il faisait beau. Sinon, tres belle vue, jolie chambre confortable et personnels à l'écoute.

Très bonne situation avec belle vue sur le lac et les montagnes. Accueil excellent et restaurant gastronomique avec plats originaux. Chambre assez petite avec bon équipement. Pas de balcon. Plage privée et espace bien être très agréables

Un hôtel plein de charme, idéal pour une escapade loin de l’agitation urbaine et parfait pour une véritable déconnexion. La chambre avec vue sur le lac transforme totalement l’expérience (je la recommande vivement). Le spa est excellent, avec une particularité : il faut descendre à pied depuis l’hôtel pour y accéder, ce qui ajoute une touche d’originalité. Le petit-déjeuner est satisfaisant et bien fourni. The security was very good, too good in fact that we had to wait 10min before the staff could get a response from the desk to open the gate. We rented bikes and the only way we got back in was because someone was leaving t the time. The room was fine, comfortable bed, excellent bath tub. Wish it had a microwave but everything else was there. Refrigerator was stocked with drinks but we didn't take any because who knows how much they might have charged. $35 euro per person is a pretty ridiculous fee for breakfast, especially for us who just have coffee and something small.

Second time I stay at this property. Shocked by the low level of service overall. The property is gorgeous, but the experience is diminished by the lack of professionalism of the staff. EXTREMELY slow service, waited 30 min for a breakfast item (they just forgot to update us they just didn’t have it), mixed a regular milk order with a soy milk order (for somebody allergic, not a good idea), and I can go on and on. Also; the pool was under renovation, and they just hid that line very well on Expedia so you really can’t see it when booking. Too bad; it could be a top hotel, it’s not because of the staff.

Le lieu de l'hébergement est exceptionnel - la balade autour du lac est magnifique - l'espace spa est très beau même si la piscine est un peu fraîche et qu on nous a volé nos chaussons... Maintenant mon expérience du service pour ce type d'établissement laisse vraiment à désirer : taie d'oreiller sale, télé ne fonctionnant pas (pour la finale de la coupe du monde de rugby...) et aucune réaction du service de l'hôtel - on pourra passer demain matin... Même si le personnel est globalement très agréable je pense qu'on peut attendre autre chose d'une nuit dans un hôtel de ce standing ( concernant la chambre - correct/grande - joints noir autour de la baignoire - un peu de poussière a droite a gauche)

Undoubtedly the best hotel on Lake Annecy, the staff living up to the expectations of a 5 star hotel - The hotel itself is stunning and views of the lake from the front of the hotel are outstanding. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel and found all a delight, quality ingredients, beautifully presented and exceptional flavours. On a more practical note, we drove up to the front of the hotel to unload and then parked our car in the free outdoor space a couple of minutes walk down from the hotel. Fabulous stay

Pas du tout le niveau d'un cinq étoiles. La prestation est plus que médiocre ( meuble avec d'énormes éclats de peinture, des tâches sur la moquette, des poils retrouvés au bord de la baignoire, des coups dans les murs, de la poussière sur les cuillères, une chasse d'eau que l'on doit tirer à la main pour arrêter la fuite dans la cuvette, une personne a l'accueil pas du tout agréable, et j'en passe... La liste est longue... Clairement, cet palace ne mérite pas ses 5 étoiles. Ils se reposent sur son aspect extérieur, son emplacement et son environnement qui certes sont excellents, mais ça s'arrête là. Zéro pointé pour la propreté et pour l'état général de la chambre.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The lake view from the room was out of this world. The food choice in the restaurant was very limited and if you plan on eating at the hotel I would recommend taking a look at the menu before you book. Would I stay again … yes.

Stunning view and location, and the hotel is very beautiful. However, the service is not in line with a 5 star hotel - for example they told us that we had not yet paid for our stay and took a deposit of more than the total cost for our 2 night stay when we in fact had already paid our room and when we came back to the reception and mentioned that we had already paid they had forgot about us despite we just talked to the same person… and at check out we did not get a receipt and it was a long queue as it was understaffed and several people had issues with the high deposits

Second time I stay at this property. Shocked by the low level of service overall. The property is gorgeous, but the experience is diminished by the lack of professionalism of the staff. EXTREMELY slow service, waited 30 min for a breakfast item (they just forgot to update us they just didn’t have it), mixed a regular milk order with a soy milk order (for somebody allergic, not a good idea), and I can go on and on. Also; the pool was under renovation, and they just hid that line very well on Expedia so you really can’t see it when booking. Too bad; it could be a top hotel, it’s not because of the staff.

Unterbringung hervorragend. Zufahrt mit dem Auto schwierig und dauert zum Teil sehr lange, da das Tor nur geöffnet werden kann, wenn die Telefonleitung nicht besetzt ist. If you are looking to spend a quiet, relaxing holiday, this is the spot. The views and gardens are spectacular. The pool has a gorgeous view of the lake. Breakfast had good selection. And the staff was wonderful, looking over every single detail. As a solo traveler this was the perfect spot.

Undoubtedly the best hotel on Lake Annecy, the staff living up to the expectations of a 5 star hotel - The hotel itself is stunning and views of the lake from the front of the hotel are outstanding. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel and found all a delight, quality ingredients, beautifully presented and exceptional flavours. On a more practical note, we drove up to the front of the hotel to unload and then parked our car in the free outdoor space a couple of minutes walk down from the hotel. Fabulous stay

This property is very expensive and definitely NOT worth the money. Staff unhelpful and dismissive. No transport provided to the pool and lake so impossible for anyone with limited hiking ability up and down the many flights of stairs to reach the facilities. The restaurant was expensive with a very limited menu and no bistro or cheaper options to choose from. Without transport you would be trapped here. The only positive was the maître dit in the restaurant who did try to be helpful. The only one who was. Would never use this hotel again.

The security was very good, too good in fact that we had to wait 10min before the staff could get a response from the desk to open the gate. We rented bikes and the only way we got back in was because someone was leaving t the time. The room was fine, comfortable bed, excellent bath tub. Wish it had a microwave but everything else was there. Refrigerator was stocked with drinks but we didn't take any because who knows how much they might have charged. $35 euro per person is a pretty ridiculous fee for breakfast, especially for us who just have coffee and something small.

Our AC was broken. We called staff and they said they would call maintenance. Maintenance never came. We called again at night and they said maintenance was not available that there's nothing they could do. We slept in a hot room. They offered no compensation or solution for this. Also, they have fridges in the room that do not get cold, and they said that they are not fridges. They're just a mini bar, which doesn't make sense. Overall, it felt like, beyond having nice facilities, they didn't want to spend too much on upkeep of the amenities during your stay.
