Stayed 1 night

Whilst the staff were pleasant and helpful when we arrived, the rest of our stay was the worst hotel experience we've had. Throughout our one night stay, there were other residents banging on the doors and windows, which at 2am is very frightening, especially for children! One person was asking for cigarettes, others were clearly under the influence of drugs/alcohol. The showers are too small to use, the beds were fine and the linens seemed clean. One of our rooms had a red handprint on the wall (possibly blood?) The Aircon didn't work. The breakfast was not worth it, it included mainly stale bread. The nearby supermarket was very helpful however. But ultimately we couldn't leave fast enough, having barely slept. Would not recommend!

The staff was great but the room was horrible. It had been regularly and recently smoked in and the whole room was so stinky it made us sick in the first few minutes. This is a deal for truckers and some labor workers but not for tourists.

The hotel reception closed at 10.30pm so I wasn't able to gain access and I had to book another hotel to stay in. They weren't answering their phone.
