Very pleasant and comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of parking, good choice of well prepared food at both breakfast and dinner. Professionally run but with staff who are friendly and conversational. The room was clean and spacious with beautiful views over the water. Highly recommend.

Room was roomy and comfortable. It’s a resort style place. Shower as tepid but that might be me not knowing how to turn it on. Outside views and walks lovely. Spoil yourself with a seaweed bath. Drinks are way over priced. €17 for a large glass of Pinot Grigio. Bar food ends at 9;30 pm.

Really lovely hotel and grounds in a quiet and beautiful setting overlooking the water and mountains. Staff was friendly and helpful, meals were good (dinner and breakfast), and especially enjoyed seeing the owner's Irish Setter, Red, running around!

The sea view side alone is worth the visit. Very spacious rooms. Decent food options for lunch - but if you have halal/kosher restrictions might want to eat out instead. Breakfast was great. Staff were nice and friendly. Server speeds at the dining table may shock you if you're from NA (makes sense since they don't rely on tips), but they are still reasonable and on par with EU standards/expectations so please be patient on that front. Very convenient parking space, beautiful location with every local restaurants/shopping places within walking distance. If I ever come back to Ireland for another visit, this place is a must-stay at for me.

Sizeable hotel in lovely grounds. Clean, large room. One window glass needed replacing as the double glazing no longer was clear (condensation damage internal to the glass) - this inhibited the view. Considering this isa 4 star hotel, I thought the lack of attention to detail was poor. Several examples: firstly, in the room,only one type of teabag, instant coffee and I’d have expected slippers and robes. Secondly we ate dinner there twice and on neither occasion where we asked if we wanted a dessert or coffee, though we noticed this was offered to some other customers. Finally, upon arrival at check-in, the receptionist managed not to look at my partner at all. She was completely unacknowledged as the receptionist addressed me only and, though my partner and I discussed what time we should check in for breakfast in front of her, she continued to stare intently at me only, ignoring there were two of us. This felt very rude and exclusionary, as well as unwelcoming.

Great hotel on Ring of Kerry. Very clean with impressive views. After traveling the morning from Cork we spent a little time in Killarney for breakfast followed by Ross Castle( Jaunting/boat) then watched sheep dog demo at Kissane sheep farm. Perfect full day which got us at to hotel by 5pm with some break time before dinner in Sneem which is adorable, then drinks back at hotel watching sunset. The water view is spectacular. Hotel was perfect location for rest and relaxation after a full day of site seeing. Staff was friendly, rooms large and after having smaller bathrooms in previous stops was nice have more room! Great Hotel and perfect for our itinary.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! Firstly the views were absolutely amazing. Breakfast was delicious—we had the full Irish and really enjoyed it. The rooms are a little dated in terms of decor, but they were very spacious and, most importantly, very clean. What really made our stay special, though, was Carlos. This was our first trip away with our newborn, and he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. He helped us sterilise bottles, which made a huge difference and took a lot of stress off us. We also arrived quite late and missed the dinner service, but Carlos kindly put together a sandwich for both me and my partner. His helpfulness truly stood out and made our experience all the more memorable. Would highly recommend the Sneem Hotel.

The location sells this hotel, but unfortunately my experience was marred by ridiculous noises coming from the (switched off) air-conditioning unit during the small hours...and the quality of the breakfast wasn't at 4* standards - poor choices of cereal, and cold poached eggs were served.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! Firstly the views were absolutely amazing. Breakfast was delicious—we had the full Irish and really enjoyed it. The rooms are a little dated in terms of decor, but they were very spacious and, most importantly, very clean. What really made our stay special, though, was Carlos. This was our first trip away with our newborn, and he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. He helped us sterilise bottles, which made a huge difference and took a lot of stress off us. We also arrived quite late and missed the dinner service, but Carlos kindly put together a sandwich for both me and my partner. His helpfulness truly stood out and made our experience all the more memorable. Would highly recommend the Sneem Hotel.

Initially the room given wasn’t the one we were expecting (overlooking a car park and a single Headboard for a double bed) They changed us to aN apartment which was lovely. We only had breakfast at the venue which was nice but the staff (particularly a young girl) was very unwelcoming there was a short walk to other bars and restaurants The views and grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed our stay

Great hotel on Ring of Kerry. Very clean with impressive views. After traveling the morning from Cork we spent a little time in Killarney for breakfast followed by Ross Castle( Jaunting/boat) then watched sheep dog demo at Kissane sheep farm. Perfect full day which got us at to hotel by 5pm with some break time before dinner in Sneem which is adorable, then drinks back at hotel watching sunset. The water view is spectacular. Hotel was perfect location for rest and relaxation after a full day of site seeing. Staff was friendly, rooms large and after having smaller bathrooms in previous stops was nice have more room! Great Hotel and perfect for our itinary.

Great little hotel, central to ring of kerry and near to walk to sneem. But whatever about the hotel, the best feature of this hotel (and I mean this in the best way!) is "Red", the resident Red setter dog who is in charge! Go, stay, ask to see "Red" and make ur holiday complete!

Our stay at the Sneem Hotel in Sneem, Co. Kerry was outstanding from start to finish. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel to get away from it all. Beautiful hotel & lovely food and great value. Location of hotel is just wonderful over looking Kenmare Bay. All the staff are so welcoming.

The location sells this hotel, but unfortunately my experience was marred by ridiculous noises coming from the (switched off) air-conditioning unit during the small hours...and the quality of the breakfast wasn't at 4* standards - poor choices of cereal, and cold poached eggs were served.

The sea view side alone is worth the visit. Very spacious rooms. Decent food options for lunch - but if you have halal/kosher restrictions might want to eat out instead. Breakfast was great. Staff were nice and friendly. Server speeds at the dining table may shock you if you're from NA (makes sense since they don't rely on tips), but they are still reasonable and on par with EU standards/expectations so please be patient on that front. Very convenient parking space, beautiful location with every local restaurants/shopping places within walking distance. If I ever come back to Ireland for another visit, this place is a must-stay at for me.

The cleanliness was mostly great, though some room service items were left in the hallway overnight and there were some signs of minor wear and tear. Generally would love to return and stay longer!
