Muriel, (I think I spelled it right) was exceptional with answering all our questions and needs. Also the three course diner was outstanding. Will not hesitate recommending our stay to friends

my wife's white Dior lady bag which cost around 4,500 GBP was stollen from the room while we were outside and hotel management could not do anything. no CCTV cameras, no safe's in the room. Very disappointing.

This hotel is just enchanting! And the staff is very nice and polite we had a great stay we will definitely visit again! The breakfast is so so good!
