el hotel tiene una buena ubicacion 15 mins al centro historico, 10 minutos a la estacion del tren , comercios y restaurantes cercanos . el hotel es limpio , instalaciones en buen estado , algun ruido en la madrugada afuera , el personal de atencion , bueno , son muy parcos parecen cuando te hablan no sabes si te estan peleando o reganando , creo que le falta aprender a ser amables, no quiere decir que sean groseros pero si necesitan ese toque de hablar con amabilidad y eso no lo tienen, es mas el personal de limpieza es mucho mas amable y cortez. en general es una buena opcion

Stayed in Room 508 for 3 nights The reception to the hotel is on the 4th floor, accessible via lifts. Check-in was professional, with the reception staff going through an established procedure including having to fill in a form and all the basic information guests need for their stay. The room has the layout of a small flat, with a mini hallway, a separate bathroom and a room equipped with a desk, chair, TV and bed. There’s no amenities like a kettle, tea, coffee etc. The room does have a window, although there’s nothing to see as it only opens out to the atrium. The desk and chair are good enough to work on. The bed had a medium-firm spring mattress, a thick cosy blanket and one of those long pillows the Spanish seem to be so fond of. I slept comfortably every night. The bathroom had a bathtub and shower. Although I only showered, the tub was certainly clean enough to take a bath if I’d wanted. The hotel supplied liquid soap and shampoo via dispensers. Location wise, the hotel is located about 5 minutes walk to Santiago de Compostela train station as well as the Estacion autobuses de santiago. It’s about 15 minutes, mainly an uphill walk towards the main sights of the city. The hotel does offer breakfast, but there are so many cafes around the area, there’s plenty of places to eat. There’s also plenty of supermarkets around the hotel. Overall, Hostal México is a business-like budget hotel that is clean, comfortable and an excellent place to stay for several nights.

The property is outside the old town but nice walk to get there. The hotel has a hostel feel to it so great to have a communal space and staff were helpful when any questions were asked. They were happy to have our bags once we had checked out and the safe in the room was great to have. Would stay here again.

We particularly liked that the beds had duvets rather than sheets. Safe parking for bikes. Helpful staff. Close to train and bus station. About 20min walk into the centre. Very happy with the stay.

Muy satisfecho con este establecimiento que tiene un garaje anexo para el coche. Me sentí muy a gusto en un viaje de negocios de 4 noches.

Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, and great location. Walking distance to train station, laundry and grocery. There also is a 24 hour adoration chapel next block. Staff needs to be familiar with neighborhood though. I was referred to the Post Office near the Cathedral when there was one closer to the hotel.

The hotel was in a great location about 10 minutes from the historic center. Nice clean room, attentive and friendly concierge service 24 hours and easy check-in&out. Gracias :)

Personal muy atento y amable, buena ubicación para desplazarte andando al centro histórico. Lugar limpio y seguro, rodeado de comercios donde puedes adquirir lo necesario para tu estancia.

I cannot say too much. I stayed only 6 hours. But bed was comfortable. Bedroom cleaned and check in perfect.

Es un hotel algo antiguo en la decoración pero las camas son cómodas, las habitaciones amplias y tienen varias opciones de desayuno a buen precio. No es un hotel de diseño pero es una opción interesante. Quizás el precio algo elevado teniendo en cuenta la calidad/precio.

Hotel economico, stanza singola spaziosa letto poco piu grande del singolo standard. Hotel easy le camere sono minimal nel bagno c'è anche il bidet. Consigliato. Posizione abbastanza centrale in 15 min scarsi a piedi si arriva alla cattedrale

En general bien pero se escucha todo lo de las habitaciones de al lado.

Was very comfortable and staff are amazing!! Comfortable beds, hot water..at the end of your pilgrimage, those are so important! Easy to get to cathedral, but not right on top of everything. And baggage delivery/storage was so easy. Would return, for sure!

My stay at Hotel Mexico PR in Windy Santiago de Compostela, Spain was fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. This was a one-night stay before commencing a Camino Walk. The staff were most friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The breakfast included was served in a next door cafe - this was the same for the rest of our journey - and was a good start to the day. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at the end of our Camino journey! Location was good—not far from the Camino but not right in the old town. It was 5 minutes from the train station at the end of our trip, so that was perfect! Such lovely and helpful staff!

It was well located for catching trains, coaches for visiting other cities or towns and arriving/leaving for airport.

Enjoyed convenience around it. A nice grocery market just across the street, where we grabbed hot food as breakfast instead of cafes.
