Las habitaciones de la última planta 18 de la torre 1 tienen justo encima spa, gimnasio y los aires acondicionados, que hacen ruido todo el día. Pedimos un cambio de habitación y se nos concedió a los dos dias. Las habitaciones están bien de espacio. El buffet es correcto, normal. Las instalaciones les hace falta un saneamiento. La organización en recepción es un poco caos. El agua de las piscinas está demasiado caliente.

Excellent holiday rooms really clean the most beautiful view of sea and pools from our balcony ❤️ the staff from reception dining pool bars housekeepers so lovely and friendly will def go back loved it x restaurant food was excellent so much choice also love the room card payments . You put money on them so you don’t have to carry card or cash you can upgrade for meals on restaurant and drinks at bar for 10% off also ice cream bar great service

I loved the hotel, it was beautiful. The staff were very helpful taking my mobility scooter backwards and forwards tonthe parking area. However i was disappointed and surprised that i had to pay €6 a day to park my scooter at the hotel and was not permitted to have in the hotel itself which was difficult to manage as i have very limited mobility and found it very difficult walking around such a large hotel without it.

45 Minuten in Schlagen zum Einchecken gestanden. 10 Minuten noch mal zum Einchecken. Maulige Herren an der Rezeption und im Cafe. Frühstücksbüfett zu wenig Toaster. Sonst gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Ausreichend Fahrstühle, Reinigungsservice optimal, Zimmer sauber..... Leider spricht keiner Deutsch.

El hotel es antiguo las habitaciones de las fotos no te las dan ni pagando un suplemento , la limpieza es escasa además está a 350 metros de la playa está en cuesta y es bastante incómodo subir y bajar. La comida es muy básica bastante repetitiva. Los ascensores no funcionan bien los que son trasparentes los bloquean todos los días. Realmente es un hotel que como mucho es de 3 estrellas por el estado en que se encuentra. A las piscinas les faltan gresites a partir de las 12 de la noche no sirven cocteles.

Habitaciones un poco antiguas para un 4 estrellas. La puerta de la terraza muy dura...tuvimos que llamar a recepción para que la arreglaran y la alcachofa de la bañera no funcionaba. Las piscinas y las zonas comunes geniales. Buffet bueno y variado, nos gusto mucho.

Nos ha gustado pero necesita una renovación en las habitaciones. Las camas son MUY pequeñas, por no decir que de forma natural te asignan camas separadas aunque reserves con tu mujer. Para la ducha un sobre con jabón, no hay jabón en la ducha de recarga. El aislamiento entre habitaciones es mínimo, escuchábamos todas las conversaciones de la habitación de al lado. La limpieza excelente y personal muy amable.

Good location and close to where we needed to be. We stayed in the older part of the hotel, and our room was quite basic but the size was perfect for our family (two adults and one child). Room and hotel were very clean. Checkin was easy and checkout even easier, someone was waiting in the very busy lobby helping direct those who were checking out so we didn’t have to wait in line.

Llegamos a las 7 de la mañana y quien estaba en recepción ni se levantó. Nos dijo que el cheking a las 9 y media. Llegamos y nos dicen que esperemos a las 10 y luego nos dijeron que a las 12. Buffet normal y los vasos para los zumos del desayuno protestó mucha gente por lo sucios que estaban. Las habitaciones podrían renovarlas

Personnel, accueillant et très sympathique, et à l’écoute, les chambres sont très vieillotte, un gros rafraîchissement est nécessaire, les salles de bain également. Sinon vu depuis la chambre magnifique sur la plage, nous étions au 41e étage. Demi-pension pas assez de choix et qualité moyenne.

La chambre qui ma était attribué avait une vue sur un immeuble,ca ma pas plus du tous car j'attendais un truc meilleur que ca puisque j'ai réserver via Hotels.com en plus a la réception ils savaient meme pas si j'ai payer via Hotels .com ou pas car il voulais encaisser. Globalement j'attendais plus du Hotel Bali puisque j'ai réserver le via Hotels.com

Horrible séjour. Le personnel était tout simplement désagréable, aucun sens du service. Dès la première nuit, j’ai dû demander à changer de chambre car des individus s’introduisaient sur mon balcon. Impossible de communiquer correctement avec l’hôtel : personne ne parle français, et le personnel ne fait aucun effort. Après plusieurs plaintes, on m’a enfin changé de chambre. Le petit déjeuner ? Immense en apparence, mais très peu de choix et un goût vraiment médiocre. Les ascenseurs sont une catastrophe : interminables à monter ou descendre, et il y a énormément de bruit dans l’hôtel, jour et nuit. Franchement, cet hôtel a complètement gâché mes vacances. Si vous tenez à passer un bon séjour, fuyez. C’est une vraie arnaque.

Excellent holiday rooms really clean the most beautiful view of sea and pools from our balcony ❤️ the staff from reception dining pool bars housekeepers so lovely and friendly will def go back loved it x restaurant food was excellent so much choice also love the room card payments . You put money on them so you don’t have to carry card or cash you can upgrade for meals on restaurant and drinks at bar for 10% off also ice cream bar great service

Good location and close to where we needed to be. We stayed in the older part of the hotel, and our room was quite basic but the size was perfect for our family (two adults and one child). Room and hotel were very clean. Checkin was easy and checkout even easier, someone was waiting in the very busy lobby helping direct those who were checking out so we didn’t have to wait in line.

45 Minuten in Schlagen zum Einchecken gestanden. 10 Minuten noch mal zum Einchecken. Maulige Herren an der Rezeption und im Cafe. Frühstücksbüfett zu wenig Toaster. Sonst gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Ausreichend Fahrstühle, Reinigungsservice optimal, Zimmer sauber..... Leider spricht keiner Deutsch.

Personnel, accueillant et très sympathique, et à l’écoute, les chambres sont très vieillotte, un gros rafraîchissement est nécessaire, les salles de bain également. Sinon vu depuis la chambre magnifique sur la plage, nous étions au 41e étage. Demi-pension pas assez de choix et qualité moyenne.

El hotel es antiguo las habitaciones de las fotos no te las dan ni pagando un suplemento , la limpieza es escasa además está a 350 metros de la playa está en cuesta y es bastante incómodo subir y bajar. La comida es muy básica bastante repetitiva. Los ascensores no funcionan bien los que son trasparentes los bloquean todos los días. Realmente es un hotel que como mucho es de 3 estrellas por el estado en que se encuentra. A las piscinas les faltan gresites a partir de las 12 de la noche no sirven cocteles.

Horrible séjour. Le personnel était tout simplement désagréable, aucun sens du service. Dès la première nuit, j’ai dû demander à changer de chambre car des individus s’introduisaient sur mon balcon. Impossible de communiquer correctement avec l’hôtel : personne ne parle français, et le personnel ne fait aucun effort. Après plusieurs plaintes, on m’a enfin changé de chambre. Le petit déjeuner ? Immense en apparence, mais très peu de choix et un goût vraiment médiocre. Les ascenseurs sont une catastrophe : interminables à monter ou descendre, et il y a énormément de bruit dans l’hôtel, jour et nuit. Franchement, cet hôtel a complètement gâché mes vacances. Si vous tenez à passer un bon séjour, fuyez. C’est une vraie arnaque.

We have stayed here before. However, we won't again. It was our minimoon and we emailed but nothing was done, not even a congratulations. The food was never more than warm and not as good as we remember. No information was given at the desk such as you need to scan a QRcode for information and that you could pre-load your card for cheaper drinks.

La struttura è degli anni ottanta quindi camere un po' datate anche se confortevoli ma ciò che non mi è piaciuto per niente è il cibo, sempre le solite cose. Di mattina c'erano sempre le stesse cose e tutte super caloriche o per colazioni inglesi, mai una macedonia, uno yogurt fresco senza lattosio o formaggi senza lattosio.. Io ho una malattia e non posso né mangiare glutine né lattosio e ogni volta che lo chiedevo facevano delle facce strane facendomi sentire diversa. Il primo giorno ho chiesto se per favore mi potevano fare un succo al sedano visto che lo devo prendere per la mia malattia a digiuno e ogni volta c'era una scusa diversa quindi non me l'hanno mai fatto. La prima scusa è stata che quella mattina non avevano tempo, la seconda volta mi hanno detto che non avevo avevano il frullatore (poi tutti i giorni per pranzo e cena c'erano delle zuppe quindi ce l'hanno sicuramente il frullatore) e la terza volta mi hanno detto se potevo dargli un certificato medico per farmi questo succo di sedano. Alla quarta volta che mi hanno risposto male sono andata a comprarmi un frullatore e me lo sono fatto in camera da sola. Io credo che questo in un albergo a quattro stelle non debba assolutamente avvenire. Una mattina sono arrivata con 2 minuti di ritardo, non volevo fare colazione ma volevo solo le cose senza glutine e la signorina ha fatto una faccia storta e mi ha ripetuto che stavano chiudendo. Ler me è stato un peso ogni giorno dovermi giustificare per avere una mmalatti...

Lovely hotel on the outside and communal areas but the rooms are very poor and dated. At breakfast everytime i got up to get something my table was cleared including my drinks so had to keep going back to get another one very frustrating

En general nos ha gustado bastante. Lo que menos es que se escucha la música de la piscina si por ejemplo quieres dormir la siesta. La puerta de la terraza había que hacer mucha fuerza para abrirla. El resto bien. La comida con bastante variedad.

Esperaba algo mucho mejor para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas,el desayuno muy biueno pero la comida y cena mediocre,no hay mucho donde elegir, la falta de personal en los servicios de comida y cena,lo que no entiendo es que tenga cucharillas de plástico, pará un hotel de esta categoría. Respecto a las instalaciones están están un poco obdoletas ,las habitaciones.

I stayed at the Gran Bali hotel to attend The Alocubano Salsa event, that was being held there. The hotel was good, my room was a twin which i was unsure about on arrival as the room was very warm. Once the aircon was adjusted i enjoyed my stay. My room was clean and very spacious being the end room i also had huge window space and amazing views. The staff were helpful, i had asked the reception to send maintenance to investigate a bird noises i thought were in aircon unit. The engineer came to the room within an hour. I had booked a full board stay, the food was adequate, some nights better than others. There always plenty to eat, and a fair amount of choice if youre vegetarian or a meat eater. Im not vegan so im not sure if that was good. The hotel was big, the lifts were always in use but slow cause the amount of ppl staying.
