No a sido muy buena elegí este hotel por la piscina climatizada y mi sorpresa fue que estaba sin enchufar más helada que el hielo el trabajador nos dijo que todavía no hace frío para enchufarla así que todo el finde sin poder bañarnos en ninguna piscina porque la de fuera hacia frío y aire. El tema del buffet el desayuno bien pero comida y cena muy escasa la comida ayer sábado en la cena a las 9 ya no quedaba casi nada hay cosas que se gastan y ya no reponen y también poca variedad o entras al comedor nada más que habrán o ya te quedas con lo que quede bueno desde luego que no volveremos a este hotel

ONLY HAD TWO NIGHT , I WAS VISITING A FRIEND SO DIDNT REALLY USE THE FACILITIES TO THE BEST. STAFF WERE VERY NICE AND THE GENERAL CLEANLINES WAS GOOD, HOWEVER, THE VIEW FROM MY BALCONY (ROOM 104) WAS NOT THE BEST AND WASNT HEPLED BY THE ROOF OF THE TEMPLE ANNEX BEING SITUATED RIGHT OUTSIDE BY BALCONY, THIS WAS LITTERED WITH CIGARETTE BUTTS AND OTHER DETRITUS THROWN FROM THE ROOMS ABLOVE, QUITE OFF PUTTING WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO ENJOY A DRINK ON THE BALCONY, AS THE ANNEX DOESNT SEEM TO BE IN USE ANYMORE IM SURE IT COULD BE REMOVED. THE BREAKFAST WAS ADEQUATE WITH A GOOD SELECTION OF HOT AND COLD. CAR PARKING WAS SECURE AND COST WERE OK, 15 EUROS PER NIGHT. DIDNT FIND THE HILL TOO MUCH TROUBLE BUT I AM QUITE MOBILE. THERE WAS A LITTLE NOISE AT NIGHT FROM LATE TIME REVELERS BUT THIS IS BENIDORM.

We booked this very last minute minute as our plans changed. When we arrived we recieved a lovely welcome from the reception staff who explained where everything was. We made our way to our room, they are clean bright and have very comfy beds. The shower was lovely and powerful. My only complaint is no tea/coffee making facilities which I would usually expect in 4* but I didnt check the facilities on the website before hand so thats my error. Breakfast was lovely, again well presented with a vast selection, everyone would find something to eat. The little shuttle that pops you down the hill is a great extra, its a free service, with a small gap in the afternoon. We didnt use the pool, but I did like that they didnt allow anyone into the pool area until 10am to prevent the sunlounger hoarders from getting the best location. Really good idea! We had a lovely time and would come back again.

The 3 lifts in hotel are painfully slow and there was always a big queue for them! And they can only hold 3 people at a time 🙁👎! Canteen staff member was rude to me on first day 🙁 upsetting & unnecessary! Thick dirt/fluff build up behind door in room! Ill fitting ceiling tiles throughout! Mirror surround in bathroom all water damaged! Chipped paint on door architraves! The room looked shaby n dated and in need of a lick of paint at least! We had to keep getting cabs up n down to main bit (even tho there is a shuttle) but didnt want to waste our time wait wait waiting about for it in the heat! Not a good location imo! Up a very syeep hill! Would not stay here again!

Over het algemeen de kamer en badkamer zeer klein en de airco was erg traag terwijl de kamer in volle zon was 3 liften voor maximaal 3 personen terwijl onze kamer op de 10 de verdieping was dus geen animo om de trap te gebruiken het onbijt is wel erg goed.

En general la habitacion tenia buena presencia y aspecto aunque nos encontramos algunos pelos cortos en las sabanas… Si que añadiria el servicio de limpieza, entró 3 veces q nuestra habitacion cuando teniamos el check out a las 12 y antes de esas veces nos abren la puerta 3 veces, osea que privacidad 0, pagas una habitación de hotel para que el servicio te la habra… Cada vez que entrábamos decian perdon perdon pero han sido tres veces, no me ha pasado en ningun sitio esto. No teniamos ningun tipo de cartel para poner si podian entrar o no y ya que no lo teniamos deberian tener comunicación con recepción para saber si hemos dejado la habitación o no y no abrir asi como asi… El buffet de desayuno bastante completo

La limpieza fatal , a la llegada había un papel bajo la mesa y el mini bar sucio ; habitaciones muy pequeñas nos toco la primera planta que daba a los motores de las instalaciones del hotel con lo cual mucho ruido !! Aparte nos dejamos olvidado una prenda la cual estamos segurísimos y nos dijeron que no habían encontrado nada …no lo recomiendo .

Habitación pequeña pero con lo básico, aire acondicionado averiado o desconectado más bien, la habitación todos los días a 29-30 grados,en recepción no me daban ninguna solución simplemente me dijeron que es lo que hay, tampoco me quisieron cambiar la habitación ni me dieron ninguna solución. Hotel de 4 estrellas con calidad de pensión. Acepta mascotas a 12€ la noche pero no le ponen ni un simple cuenco para el agua ni nada. Edificio antiguo conservado , baños antiguos y bañera manchada, grifo antiguo y se movía de la pared.

The room was small, basic shabby & not totally clean. There was a small tv on the wall below it was a desk with a plastic chair not exactly a work station & no plug socket anywhere there to use. It said toiletries included so I didn’t bring any as only there 4 nights but that inc shampoo & shower gel that was it I asked at the reception for son conditioner as how else could I wash my long hair nope not inc I was told 😡 There was no tea making facility in the room so I asked could we have a kettle I was told you need to go & buy 1 at the shop. And to top it off I didn’t see anyway but maybe wrong that the hotel was at the highest point at the top of 4 steep hills cardiac arrest !! We couldn’t walk it so each time we walked down we got a taxi bk up at the cost of €6-7 !! Especially after a night out ! They do run a shuttle bus just to the bottom of the hill every 20 min but it was Xmas so times differed. Phoned down 1 evening as we didn’t go out & asked for room service , was told no sorry we don’t do room service. And to top it off we had a Spanish family next door but 1 who were in & out slamming door kids banging bk on it & shouting from 7 am so 1 thing we didn’t need was an alarm. Would I stay again or recommend it no definitely not !!

Great hotel breakfast not up to much but ok for a quick grab & go bit of toast or coffee etc, the room was clean and but needed a little tlc must say probably the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept in for a while, shower was hot & powerful & the room in general was clean. Bad bit this hotel is on an extremely steep hill that takes around 10-15 minutes to walk up so if your of limited mobility this hotel could be a problem!

Hotel de grupos, debería estar catalogado como 3 estrellas. Muy alejado del centro y en la parte alta de rincón de loix, por lo que para llegar a pie tienes que subir varios tramos con mucha pendiente. Habitaciones muy pequeñas con cama de 1,35m para 2 personas, no están insonorizadas y siendo un hotel para grupos hay mucho ruido por las noches. La limpieza de la habitación consiste en hacer las camas y cambiar las toallas, durante una estancia de 4 noches no han cambiado las sábanas y ni siquiera han limpiado el suelo. Comparte restaurante con otro hotel de la cadena por lo que está muy saturado con colas de media hora para entrar. La comida de muy baja calidad y poca variedad, varios espacios de buffet vacíos con decoraciones en lugar de comida y ritmo lento para reponer. Pocos camareros y mala organización en la sala del restaurante. El único punto positivo es que permiten mascotas.

Det var utrolig mye støy på hotellet. På utsiden (mot vest) var det et stort air condition aggregat som duret hele natten. Det var mye Engelske ungdommer som festet hele natten og det var vanskelig å sove. Wifi tilknytningen i 10 etg var meget ustabil (måtte ned i 1 etg for å få skikkelige forhold). Middagsserveringen startet ikke før kl 2000 på kvelden og det var alt for seint. Tvilsomt om vi bruker dette hotellet igjen 👎

One to avoid. Broken aircon and refusal by the hotel to offer a fan, change rooms or anything else for that matter. The reception was surrounded in fans and they wouldn’t let us borrow one. The only reason I booked this was due to aircon and our room was 28degrees all night. Complained to the hotel who said contact Expedia but Expedia tells us to contact the hotel. Absolute deadlock. Avoid if you want a hotel with working facilities and good customer service.

Check in was terrible. The man on reception was on the phone. After the call had finished the phone rang again. Completely ignored us and started talking on the phone again. We waited for him 15 mins. He was full of self importance. Horrible man. There is not any information in the room. We wanted to ring down to reception. There was not any information who to dial. We didn’t have any tea/coffee making facilities. We didn’t have a safe. There were no extra pillows in the room. Certainly not a 4star hotel.

Primeramente nada más llegar a las 4 debimos esperar un largo rato a que nos atendieran en recepción. A continuación, tras haber llamado varias veces para consultar la plaza de parking y comentarme que sí que teníamos, se me informó de que no venía incluida (pensando yo que sí), por lo tanto un mejor acceso a la información y disponibilidad es necesario. Ya que el trato en recepción estos días ha sido horrible. La habitación estaba correcta, sin embargo el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y la cama no era de matrimonio como indicaba en la descripción de la habitación. En cuanto al desayuno, estaba bien y era variado, sin embargo los platos, la mayoría estaban sucios y el horario de desayuno muy justo. Lo mejor fue el entorno y la piscina ahí sin problemas. En conclusión, no estoy segura de si volvería a repetir esta estancia

The minute I walked to reception I was greeted by a super helpful and very happy girl called Carmen. She made check in so simple and she was so helpful. The only fault that I could find with the room was the door frame and door requires some work doing on them. It looked awful. Would I stay there again. A definite yes

Great hotel and lovely staff. Room clean as expected. Up a great big hill so not great for the walk back when drunk although hotel does offer a shuttle service it stops earlier in the night so not much use so the above problem. Lovely and quiet with it being out of the town centre/ beach area.

La ubicación del hotel la única pega. Está en un colina y para bajar andando hay numerosas pendientes aunque tienen autobús gratuito cada 20 minutos los que hace un poco más llevadero. Por lo demás un buen hotel

Séjour très bien passé, mais pour un quatre-étoiles vraiment la nourriture laisse à désirer. C’est vraiment bas de gamme. C’est la première fois que je fais 4 étoiles ou les repas sont vraiment bas de gamme. par contre, le petit déjeuner correct sans plus pour 4 étoiles, j’ai fait beaucoup de quatre étoiles où il y avait même du jus d’orange pressé. Premier dîner horrible, ils ont mis des ailes de poulet et des petits os de viande de porc je vous dis que pour 4 étoiles, j’étais choqué. Conclusion personnelle, super bien propreté de l’hôtel très très bien. Repas horrible
