This adult only hotel firmly sits in the ‘good’ bracket. Decent food, good entertainment and good hotel decor. The only thing that lets it down is a 15 minute walk to the strip and very slow bar service. The gyms decent and so is the spa. Rooms are well equipped and looked after. Would return for the right price. Wouldn’t rush back but I’ve no major complaints - it is a good 4 out of 5!

Easy Check in. helpful reception staff. Large room with great views. Good location. A 2 day stay. No Spa available, on day 1. water jets not working, on day 2. no hot water. No UK TV as advertised. Maintainence said that they would fix & get back to me. They didn't fix or get back. Had to request bathroom Soap & Shampoo.

The hotel condition was pretty much as expected for the price we paid, the glass elevator that takes you to the restaurant needs a real deep clean, 1 of the 4 other elevators was broken so you were waiting a while at meal times to go up or down The food itself was ok, there were plenty of options either pre made ready for you to help yourself or they had chefs on hand cooking fresh, whatever meat or fish they had out for you that for that meal. It's all inclusive and you wear a band around your wrist but you still have to hand your key card in every time you want a drink which was a pain when around the pool area, and the pool bar usually had only one person on and if there's a queue and they're all having cocktails you're waiting a while...and most of the time we just wanted water.. be a good idea to just have bottles of water in a separate fridge or ice bucket so all inclusive customers can just grab them. We never had a problem getting a lounger, we could go down at 10am and get a lounger in the sun no problem, the issue was lack of parosols/umbrellas, and when we did get one on that day the wind was quite heavy and it took flight and could have seriously injured someone, we later realised that none of them screwed in safely to the base and we were told that the week before that happened and it hit someone.. so the lifeguard came over and said if it gets windy we cannot use them..

The place is very clean The staff are friendly The food choice is great especially english style food like full breakfast if you want it freshly made pizza daily and pasta and loads of meat cooked by the chef so you will never go hungry It can get a little cold the food if you dont go early or you arrive late so my advice get it whrn it first opens The only negative the spa wasnt great 4 things to do and 2 were cold not 35 degrees as advertised and the fact its 18 euros per day on top of what you have already paid for your holiday I would certainly sray again

Excelente el personal y muy limpio. El baño tiene cosas algo oxidadas y la ducha se salia el agua al no cerrar bien la puerta. El colchón algo hundido. La zona es muy turística, hecha para extranjeros más que para españoles. Mucho desfase fiestero y poca tranquilidad. Tampoco hemos visto demasiada seguridad de policías. El buffet excelente con mucha variedad de comidas a diario y el personal muy atento. Se puede aparcar en los alrededores con relativa comodidad y sin problemas, al menos en las fechas que estuvimos (8 de Julio al 13)

I’m sorry,it is not 4 star hotel we found rubbish in bedroom bin when checked in ,toilet was dirty ,we noticed some hair in fridge yellow food stains not happy what we paid for ,after complaint they give us different room but there is same problem fridge was dirty ,dust and tissue under bed ,food was ok overall it was not good experience

Staff unfriendly, reception lady was rude on arrival when checking in, bar staff in lobby were dismissive. The room was ok apart from mould on bathroom ceiling which was black, one of the sockets/usb on bedside table broken, shower flooded each time of use, hook in bathroom broken and i had birthday bottle of prosecco delivered to me on day 1, day 5 was still in room where it was left empty. Cleaner changed towels and made bed, nothing else. Not a 4 star hotel.

Hotel staff are friendly and polite. the rooms are big, hotel it's quite, quiet. Could not hear people coming and going, it's a very noisy area but when the patio doors are shut amazingly the noise is completely gone near enough. Pool areas on nice with plenty of beds always spare beds available, TV with Chromecast excellent. Felt safe in the hotel

Good selection at breakfast but staff quite slow when cooking. Hotel room was way too hot and aircon not working at all. Other people had same issues but staff don’t advise you of this on check in. My view this is a 3.5* and not 4*. A pleasant stay but would try somewhere else if I came back here again.

We had a room on the 17th floor with a corner balcony, it had amazing views and had the sunshine most of the day. The room was very spacious and had tea, coffee & water in the room. The lady that cleaned our room was lovely and so cheerful, nothing was a bother for her. We chose the all inclusive package and the food was lovely, we were pleasantly surprised. We would definitely stay here again.

Really nice hotel, check in was quick and friendly. However it was made clear that our room was in a seperate block, which hindered us getting our room, the room itself was amazing 1002b, really spacious, very clean and modern, huge bed lovely pillows and a ni e sleep,woulduse again.

Se oye mucho cuando pasan los camiones de basura por la calle principal y eso que estaba en el piso 16. Mucho ruido del piso de arriba cuando arrastran sillas y cama. Por lo demás bien. La habitación es muy amplia y el baño también Te dejan una botella de agua de cortesía para cuándo llegas.

I didn't use the spa or some of the facilitues, but was really impressed with the hotel. Check in was easy and the rooms clean. The breakfast was really good and catered to multiple nationalities. It was in a good location as quiet at night but walkable to bars and restaurants. Plus, parking was easy. Would recommend.

This hotel is around five minutes walk from Benidorm Palace and around a mile from the madness of Benidorm. I took a one night recovery day in here, room was spotless, comfortable and well conditioned. Hotel is great, breakfast included which was excellent also. Defo a lovely place to go if you don’t want the Benidorm usual!!!

The hotel is good , food could be a little warmer. However the exterior building work is absolutely horrendous. It starts at 730am and is still going at 730pm , the constant drilling and banging ruins any hope of sleeping in the morning or even relaxing in your room during the day. I would never stay at this hotel again until the building work is completed. I spent 20 days here and although it was a good holiday the building work ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing time.

Staff were helpful and friendly especially in restaurant and at main reception. We stayed in a delux room in a separate block which was modern and spacious. Food was plentiful and replenished often during meal times. All areas were clean. There was no obvious recycling of plastics / glass.

I really enjoyed my one night stay at the hotel. The check in was quick, the wifi was good and the area, whilst not in the centre, was within walking distance of all the popular places. The room was clean and comfortable with a balcony. I didn’t get an opportunity to use the facilities but the pool looked ok. The included buffet breakfast was very nice with plenty of options. The only criticism was that the cooked food was cold. I don’t understand why the can’t keep the food in a container??

The hotel was ok, nice reception when we got there. Bed comfortable. Towels replaced dairy if left on floor. Beds made and bin emptied. I wouldn't say room was cleaned dairy. Breakfast was a bit of a let down, so we went out for breakfast after 1st day. Lunch and dinner were repetitive, but what you expect of AI. Cocktails were disappointing, tequila sunrise made with fanta. Coffee was good. Would i return, no, but wasn't a horrible hotel.

This hotel is less than 15 minutes walk to the Levante beach and shopping areas. There are restaurants and bars across the road as well as McDonald’s. The hotel bedroom was great, very spacious, comfortable, spotless clean and large bathroom and balcony. The restaurant was ok but food was not very warm or great selection. The drinks were good quality but very few cocktails on the all inclusive board. The pools are great but cold . The entertainment is not great . The hotel staff were lovely apart from two staff on reception that we found abrupt and unhelpful eg. We asked about a bus to the airport and were told there is no bus need to get a taxi at 82 euros, there is a bus for 7euro which we got The sun beds are really comfortable especially down by the second pool. There is a bus right outside and taxi rank which is great. The two big hotel bars were not open during our visit so cannot comment on these. Other people complained about the lifts being slow but we had no problem with them at all. Towels are 10 euro deposit per towel and 1 euro for the laundry of the towel. The bottles of water in the room fridge was really appreciated and toiletries were excellent. This was a good enough hotel but could be better
