The food is awful and dining room chaotic and tables left with dirty plates etc on. Found it difficult to find a clean table to sit at. The room was ok however the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable and when asked reception about mattress we were told all the mattresses were the same. Rooftop pool area was lovely but pool was freezing cold. Would not rate this hotel 4 star

Training area very bad. Should have been closed. The restaurant noisy because of stone surfaces and nothing to lower the noice from 300 people. You get exhausted there. Otherwise ok stay for the price.

This hotel cannot advertise that it has a gym. It was in very poor condition with almost no equipment - and the equipment that is there feels like it will break and injure me. Also, I asked for late check-out the night before my check-out day (and was willing to pay, as is their policy), but was told I had to ask in the morning of the check-out day. This is the first time in years of hotel visits that it hasn’t been possible to request it the night before. It defeats the purpose of a late check-out, which is knowing in advance that you can have a relaxing morning. I suggest they revise this highly unusual policy.

Døren til balkonen kunne ikke lukkes ordentligt så vi kunne høre vinden. Man har som gæst mulighed for at spørge om et “late check out”, men først på afrejsedagen hvilket er helt skørt. Det kunne naturligvis ikke lade sig gøre, så vi gik til nabohotellet hvor vi kunne låne deres spa så vi kunne få cyklet den sidste dag vi var dernede. Personalet i receptionen fremstod arrogante og deres engelske sprogkundskaber var til at overse. Gym på hotellet var også elendigt. Uanset hvor beskidte dine håndklæder på værelset er, bliver de kun skiftet hver 3. dag med mindre du betaler dig fra det. Sidste ting at bemærke er, at på tag terrassen har hotellet ikke håndklæder til rådighed, så skal man en tur i poolen skal man tage sit eget håndklæde med… Jeg kommer aldrig til at bo på det hotel igen

Die anreise war etwas holprig da es keine Möglichkeit gab das man direkt in die Tiefgarage fahren kann und Parken nicht oder schlecht vor dem Hotel ist. Früher konnte man Klingeln und mit dem Personal sprechen die uns die Tür aufgemacht haben.

Excellent location. Lovely rooftop pool and bar, shame it closed at 8pm. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were friendly. Disappointed to not be given clean towels during our three day stay, if we wanted a change of towel they charge € 7 The lounge bar is very small so many people were disappointed at not getting a seat.

The cleaning Is poor and rare , in 3 days they cleaned , just the first day , the towels & linen never had ever been changed ! If you need to change the towels , they charge you around € 7,00 per person , a wretched and fooly policy for a 4 star hotel .. the gym is equipped with old and out of use tools.. also, the breakfast is poor, without natural fruit juices, dried fruits, musli,.a real italian espresso coffee (not from the vending machine) etc

Uns wurde als erstes ein Zimmer in der falschen Lage geben. Auf Nachfrage, wurde uns nach einem 15 minütigen Gespräch doch das richtige Zimmer geben. Dies würde ich mir beim nächsten Mal sehr gerne ersparen.

Although on the beach, the hotel is at the extreme end. So expect to walk for a few hours everyday if you want to see much of the frontline. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice. All in all, nice hotel and could recommend.

Hotel was passable room's nice size and clean. The lifts were a nightmare sometimes, to many people for 3 lifts waiting to long, And as for the restaurant at breakfast what a complete shambles it was "MANIC" had a job finding a seat tables left full of dirty dishes not a pleasant experience we were rather let down. Food was OK but was always on the cold side. Think we would pay a bit extra for a better hotel next time.

Property was clean & in an excellent location. The rooftop bar and pool view was also excellent. We only ate breakfast at the hotel and the food was nice enough, but not enough staff on in the morning, as the tables took ages to be cleared. Also, staff at rooftop bar could be a little friendlier!
