It’s a decent well priced hotel for a mid February stay. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was included, room was spotlessly clean with daily housekeeping, English speaking staff and entertainment on an evening even out of season. Bar prices reasonable. Plenty of free parking around hotel and car was safe. Lovely view even from lower floors. Overall a very good stay. Have booked my mum in there for a week in April for a bit of spring sunshine.

Hotel was great, we took room only as wanted to explore the area and eat at lical restaurants, however, the dining facilities at the hotel did look good. The room was a little basic, no tea or coffee making facilities but clean and comfortable, great air con too as the weather was very hot during our stay. Drinks were well priced although only one draught beer on tap, and there was nightly entertainment aimed for the children. Very close to the beach too. Overall a good stay and worth the cost.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Auf unseren Wunsch (Zimmer mit Sonne) würde eingegangen. Doch diese scheint maximal bis 12h auf die Balkone der Zimmer -10 bis -13, also z. B. 210 oder 513. Alle weiteren Zimmer haben zwischen den Jahren nur Schatten. Dafür ist der Meerblick von allen Zimmern garantiert. Die Zimmer sind groß, aber mit einer Einrichtung der 80er-Jahre. Betten waren aber bequem. Reinigungspersonal haben wir in 3 Tagen weder auf unserem Stockwerk gehört noch gesehen. Das Essen hat eine gute Auswahl mit einer mittleren Qualität (3-Sterne-Hotel). Der Preis war ok für die Zeit.

Problems from arrival. Greeted with “passports!” At the front desk - no “welcome to the hotel”, “how was your journey?” Or “have you stayed with us before?”. The suite was furnished like a 1980s doctor’s waiting room. The balcony was full of cigarette butts. The “bar” was devoid of character. The walls were paper-thin so you could hear every word spoken in the room next door, and from above. The hotel was very noisy. On our last night we came back to water pouring in through the ceiling in the bathroom. Maintenance told us they’d fixed it and that they couldn’t move us. The flooding got worse in the night but they still refused to move us. They eventually gave us the key to another room so we could use the toilet and shower.

Bildene på nettet var langt unna det vi møtte. Det var som å gå 50 år tilbake i tid. Veldig slitt, gammelt - og møkkete rom. Vi måtte også betale ekstra for å få nøkkel til safen (og depositum for dette igjen) - og de ansatte i resepsjonen mest opptatt av at vi skulle betale med cash. Senga var steinhard, så ingen av oss sov noe særlig. Frokosten stod dessverre i stil med resten av opplevelsen. Det ble med én natt, før vi valgte å sjekke inn på et annet hotell

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Die Einrichtung ist etwas alt, aber die Betten sind trotzdem sehr bequem. Das Highlight ist der Ausblick von den Zimmer und der Pool. Das Essen hatte super Qualität. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Hotel! Wir würden wieder kommen :).

Tolle Aussicht auf deas Meer. Frühstück eher langweilig, sehr wenig Gemüse..... Abendessen sehr oft kalt, da die Teller nicht vorgewärmt werden. erst am dritten Tag wurde das Zimmer gemacht nach meiner Reklamation. Fast nur spanische Gäste.

Vi trivdes riktigt bra under vår vistelse. Fint hotell med bra frukost och bekvämligheter. Rymliga välstädade rum. Lite naggat i kanten av normalt slitage men underhållet verkar ske löpande. Stort plus för trevlig och engagerad personal. Minus för läget i bostadsområde då det var lite längre till matbutiker (den närmaste matbutiken tillfälligt stängd) och restauranger men samtidigt på plussidan väldigt lugnt efter att hotellets egna aktiviteter slutat för kvällen. Bra kommunikation, nära till busshållplats, och lättsamt med taxi vid hotellet.

Meget venlig og høflig personale, men hotellet havde en række minusser. Værelserne havde ingen isolering og man kunne Morgenmaden var ok, men udvalget af brød var meget ringe og af meget jævnt.

On arrival everything looked good. Our room was right by the lift and above the bar and entertainment. When we entered our room the air freshener was masking a stale, unpleasant smell. The furniture was old and dated. As I had requested a room with a soft mattress I immediately tried the bed, it was as hard as the floor! So I tried the sofa bed and that was nearly as bad. We went straight back to reception and explained the bed situation. Straightaway the receptionist said they were fully booked. I did not want an extra room just swap the room but even the manager would not try to help, they even became offhand with us. I tried to make the most of a bad deal and was awake most of the night. We also had to endure loud music until midnight and the sound of the lift constantly. We will never return to this hotel and would warn others to be careful when considering booking this hotel.

Rent och bra frukost. Stort, sovrum och vardagsrum. Fin stor balkong med havsutsikt. Slitet hotell med gamla möbler. Hårda sängar men mycket sköna kuddar. Bra dusch. Bra städning varje dag. Baren på bottenplan skulle må bra av en förnyelse, där var orange och bruna skinnfåtöljer, alldeles för stark belysning och skränig hög musik. Plus var att de hade viss aktivitet där som tex yoga.

Problems from arrival. Greeted with “passports!” At the front desk - no “welcome to the hotel”, “how was your journey?” Or “have you stayed with us before?”. The suite was furnished like a 1980s doctor’s waiting room. The balcony was full of cigarette butts. The “bar” was devoid of character. The walls were paper-thin so you could hear every word spoken in the room next door, and from above. The hotel was very noisy. On our last night we came back to water pouring in through the ceiling in the bathroom. Maintenance told us they’d fixed it and that they couldn’t move us. The flooding got worse in the night but they still refused to move us. They eventually gave us the key to another room so we could use the toilet and shower.

Nice clean and well presented. Staff are super attentive nothing is too much. Beach is really close and there is shops and restaurants within walking distance. It was my lads birthday and they left a lovely present in the room when we got back in the evening. The staff all speak English. I would stay here again.

En la recepcion una maravilla, Alfredo, Claudia, Anabel y Maria nos han atendido perfectos. Lo unico mencionable es que en la reserva de las habitaciones no dice que la pensión completa no incluye las bebidas, hay que pagar 6,50 euros diarios por persona para tener las bebidas incluidas. En el comedor, Hajar, perfecta. En el kiosko, Vanesa, Vicente, Daniel, Luis y Maria, todos muy bien. La animacion muy bien tambien Cristina y Carla, esta muy bien para niños y mayores. Hay que decir que las tarjetas de las habitaciones se borran y no abren con mucha facilidad. Muchas gracias a todos.

Positives - very clean, some great staff, all inclusive was excellent value for money. Negatives - remote from other bars or restaurants, nightly entertainment was all in Spanish (eg quiz night) despite international clientele, no toilet near bar area, food was tasty but didn’t seem to be kept warm and one very grumpy bar man who switched the World Cup final off before the trophy was given despite people watching it! No need. The other bar staff were excellent however.

It is an hour's walk from Torrevieja. We knew this and love a walk but check you're happy with that before booking. There's a bus though, which is regular even if Google maps says it doesn't exist. Lots of nice coastal walks too. We did a good ten miles (according to Fitbit) one day, which was awesome. If you go into Torrevieja, I recommend the road train trip to the salt mines, it's only an hour but interesting to see. Overall for price paid it was fantastic. Typical solid, dated Spanish three star. Very clean.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Die Einrichtung ist etwas alt, aber die Betten sind trotzdem sehr bequem. Das Highlight ist der Ausblick von den Zimmer und der Pool. Das Essen hatte super Qualität. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Hotel! Wir würden wieder kommen :).

The food was not of a good standard and was mostly only warm. Wsa either over cooked or under the bacon was always undercooked and fried eggs either runny or overcooked. We had to complain to the manager on one day as the bread was stale and mouldy. Dinner was not great repetative and sub standard.

Estuvimos un fin de semana en julio y fue una gran experiencia. La habitación era enorme con unas espectaculares vistas y la limpieza correcta. Tuvimos pensión completa y todo lo que probamos del buffet estaba bueno, nos sorprendió para bien por su variedad después de leer otros comentarios. La zona de piscina en ningún momento estuvo masificada pese a ser julio y cabe resaltar el gran trabajo del equipo de animación especialmente con los niños que pasaron un fin de semana inolvidable.

Hotel was great, we took room only as wanted to explore the area and eat at lical restaurants, however, the dining facilities at the hotel did look good. The room was a little basic, no tea or coffee making facilities but clean and comfortable, great air con too as the weather was very hot during our stay. Drinks were well priced although only one draught beer on tap, and there was nightly entertainment aimed for the children. Very close to the beach too. Overall a good stay and worth the cost.
