Stayed 11 nights

It was good hotel, Staff is very friendly and helpful. It is by the beach, unfortunate when we went, it was high tide so my son did not get chance to play on the beach or the sea but the hotel beach front got sand area with sun-bed. The hotel got kids club, they got few things for kids to do it was useful to have when you have kids. The hotel need a bit maintenance as the last 2 night of 11 night stayed , the room we stayed in for 9 night already the AirCon stopped working and we had to move twice but the hotel staff did speak to me that they got maintenance plan happening soon. All in all it was a good hotel, we had a good time there and definitely we will stay here again.

Stayed 2 nights

Se stayed here as a family 2+3 nights. First two in a junior suite (”two individual beds”) and next three in King Villa for 4 people. If you are comparing these two options, pick the junior suite - much more worth for your money. It says on the info that king villa is 150m2 - well, if it’s even 80m2 I’m surprised. It was pretty much same size as junior suite BUT in junior suite we had two ~160cm beds for three people but in villa we had only one same size for four people. 😅 But We did get an extra bed (hard as a stone) and sofa bed when I asked from reception. You do also have a private small pool on your villa’s yard but it’s not cleaned daily if you don’t spesifically call someone to clean. Then the pool boy will come to clean it. Sometimes not after the first call, though. But he didnt clean the yard from the leaves… +/- of Mövenpick: + Seaside pool very nice (though could be cleanier and gardener should cut all the leaves touching water) + kids club (small but nice) + restaurant mainly good food (expensive since apple juice was 220baht and same food/drink portions did vary. Waiters were nice but once I didn’t get my food on first order and next time chicken sticks were cold etc.) + breakfast was very good + complimentary chocolate hour very nice + 7eleven near by + hotel area is big but you get help with your luggages with golf car + reception staff very helpful (special thanks to Bank) - mosquitos, looooots of mosquitos

Stayed 4 nights

We were fortunate enough to get a villa with own pool. However, due to the limited amount of sun beds at the hotel, it was necessary to use the private pool on two days out of three. The food selection was great and the staff was pleasant. A few occasions where we called the reception and nothing happened on their side. The gym wasn’t really good and was very limited which is not really good enough for a resort like this. The hotel itself was a bit old and needed some update. Other than that, we enjoyed it very much.

It’s ok, but only ok. Far too expensive for what you get and not a five star hotel. Cleaning was done after 5 pm almost every day same time we wanted to use our shower. Forgot some kind of towels every day. We had a pool villa and before cleaning it was way too many leaves all over. Not nice. Restaurant forgot our order a few times. But the most annoying thing was that there was absolutely no chans to get a sunbed by the pool our whole stay.
