A very nice and clean establishment. The staff worked through our parking problem without a hitch. A couple of things to know about parking. They actually have one small lot in front, one small lot underneath the hotel on the street behind, and a third one directly across the street from the underground parking. So, seems to have ample parking, but just in disjointed lots. The other thing to check if it applies to you. The hotel does have an elevator, but some rooms are up a couple of small steps after reaching your floor. Just hash that out before check in if that might be an issue for you. Robes and slippers are a nice touch!

GREAT location. Right on the Octagon. Easy to walk to bars, shopping, restaurants, etc. Easy check-in. Decent breakfast included. Parking is tight in the entire town. Just good to know that in advance. The hotel staff were very helpful with parking options and explanations. Would recommend!

We were on a hiking tour with 8 other individuals, and unknown to us our tour company had booked us into the Wyatt. Upon our check in we explained that we were staying on for two more nights. They made it possible for us to stay in the same room so we didn't have to pack up and move to another room. Our room was roomy, and very nice. We were very happy with the accommodations, the three different restaurants, and bars that were on site as well as the town and walkability to the town of Westport and all of their charming restaurants, pubs, shopping, etc.

This is the place to stay in Westport. Friendly staff, amazing location, wonderful Irish music on Sunday evenings in the attached pub and walkable to anywhere in Westport. Rooms are spacious if a bit dated but still a great stay.

This hotel is in a great location to enjoy shopping and exploring in Westport. Loved the interior of the hotel, especially the glass window restaurant. There is beautiful and spectacular artwork throughout the hotel. The room was clean, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We also thought dinner and breakfast were excellent! Many thanks to the kind manager who actually came outside and helped us park in the correct location upon arrival. Parking was super convenient. We would definitely stay here again and again!

Great stay at this hotel. The staff are amazing, so friendly and professional, nothing was ever a bother. Food in the hotel was brilliant, high quality and relatively good value. The bathrooms could maybe use a bit of a face lift but the rooms were very clean and the whole hotel is well kept.

Myself and my wife stayed for leisure at the end of a very busy work week. Fantastic hotel right in the centre of Westport. Clean and comfortable rooms, great food and fantastic customer service. Big shout out to Barney on reception, Ken the breakfast manager and Leah, our server for breakfast who is a credit to the hotel with great efficient service and a lovely smiling face at all times. Would highly recommend.

The Wyatt is in a great location - in the middle of the town with great access to shopping, dining and more. Room was nice and roomy. The non-slip shower mat had some mold on it and when I saw it I left it unrolled thinking the maid would change it for a clean one. It was not changed out so I mentioned it to reception on our way out to dinner. They did send someone to our room and while the mat was certainly cleaner upon our return, it was not not totally mold free. Just a slight mar on an otherwise lovely stay.

Front desk people were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I do wish I knew the hotel had some air conditioned rooms as I would have booked a room with AC. There was a fan in my room But it was still quite warm. My friend had AC in her room. My room And bathroom were clean and functional. The hotel location can’t be beat. I would stay at the Wyatt again.

Hotel is nice and staff were nice but room 27 is a poor room due to its location above the bins, the cellar and traffic. We were, unbelievably, disturbed at 7:00 by a delivery of beer. Hotel should manage its affairs and suppliers better.

Breakfast was ok, limited options. Service was slow and not what I would call Irish hospitality. It took 15 minutes to get a cup of tea. I ordered a cappuccino and it never arrived. Staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Reception staff were all lovely. We had a meal in the bar and that was lovely too although my husband had the steak sandwich and it had a weird curry sauce. I would say breakfast let it down. We had breakfast on the first day and missed the two other days as it wasn’t a great experience.

Room was cosy and the bed was lovely and comfy! Really liked that they had streaming apps available on the tv. But the walls were paper thin and you could everything happening in the corridor, it was so noisy. Kids yelling until 11pm and then a stag party came back around 3am and they were so loud, I didn’t have a great sleep at all. To make it worse I had a do not disturb sign in my door and the housekeeping team were so loud in the corridor the next morning.

From start to finish The Wyatt Hotel in Westport Co Mayo is beyond excellent...From wonderful Raphaelia and Julie on the Reception desk...to the incredible breakfast room staff to the best bar manager and barman in the northern hemisphere it was just fabulously...All of the staff are so professional and courteous and friendly...it is all round an incredible experience staying at the Wyatt...your so close to the shops pubs and the town...to great attractions like Westport house ... you have free parking if you are driving...we will certainly be heading back as soon as possible and it is also incredible value for money...the breakfast is out of this world as is the dinner menu....thank you thank you thank you to wonderful Raphaelia and all of the brilliant staff at the Wyatt....see you all again soon xx

We had a wonderful stay, the service was fantastic, staff on Thursday/ Thursday night wor exceptional. My daughter was feeling peckish, so I rang reception, they took a sambo up to here, even though the kitchen was closed. Nothing was any trouble. Everything was very clean, delighted with our stay.

It was very nice. Room we had was small but adequate. I left behind a zippered purse with personal stuff in it. Have emailed and phoned asking for them to contact me about mailing to me but got no response from them. I left a message that I’d send them the cost of mailing to me too. GREAT location. Right on the Octagon. Easy to walk to bars, shopping, restaurants, etc. Easy check-in. Decent breakfast included. Parking is tight in the entire town. Just good to know that in advance. The hotel staff were very helpful with parking options and explanations. Would recommend!

The hotel is so central to everything. Check in was a breeze. Everything was great cant fault it. Very friendly staff. Town was busy but lively. The best to go to on a weekend or anytime really.

This hotel is in a great location to enjoy shopping and exploring in Westport. Loved the interior of the hotel, especially the glass window restaurant. There is beautiful and spectacular artwork throughout the hotel. The room was clean, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. We also thought dinner and breakfast were excellent! Many thanks to the kind manager who actually came outside and helped us park in the correct location upon arrival. Parking was super convenient. We would definitely stay here again and again!

We stayed overnight . The room was very quiet clean and comfortable. The staff are all excellent and very friendly. The only issue we had was the food. We ordered fish and chips in the evening and they were so overcooked we could not eat them. In fairness when the waitress collected our plates she said she would not charge us for the fish. This was appreciated. At breakfast again the staff faultless. I asked for just a fried egg and tomato. The egg was like rubber and i could have bounced it off the floor and the tomatoes were like mush. So really the food was disappointing on an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Room was nice, slightly dated furniture but great views and bed comfy. Bathroom old and there was a strong smell of drains on the first day which disappeared afterwards. Breakfast was ok, limited options. Service was slow and not what I would call Irish hospitality. It took 15 minutes to get a cup of tea. I ordered a cappuccino and it never arrived. Staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Reception staff were all lovely. We had a meal in the bar and that was lovely too although my husband had the steak sandwich and it had a weird curry sauce. I would say breakfast let it down. Expensive for what we received annd what I was expecting, It was not consistent with what are travel partners received considering we paid the same price ie no air conditioning, water and coffee maker in room. Dinner was disappointing, made to feel like we were getting a special bargain when it was an offer that was available. Hotel had a very nice atmosphere and was convenient to town.

The room was good, with a very comfortable bed. The hotel is centrally located and convenient- once you have found somewhere to park. The restaurant was quite disappointing. We asked not to be seated in the bar, and were put there anyway- right next to the bar, so that our conversation kept being interrupted by customers ordering drinks. The dinner options that we ordered were also disappointing.

If you're a light sleeper, take earplugs as the building is old and you can hear people walking down the corridor. Breakfast at the hotel is not essential, plenty of great places to eat around there.
