L’hôtel est top, les chambres sont modernes et la literie est bonne. L’accueil était très sympa avec une dame qui parlait français. Le petit déjeuner était super et le service au top. Par contre l’hôtel est à côté de la gare c’est donc à la fois pratique mais ça reste un quartier de gare c’est à dire pas le plus glamour. Il y a un parking disponible pour 15€ par nuit.

Rent och stort rum med stor balkong, men svårt att låsa upp dörren till rummet. Det hade varit bra om receptionen talade om innan vilket knep man skulle använda för att lyckas öppna dörren så att vi slapp åka ner till receptionen igen. Bra parkering i låst garage. Frukosten helt ok. Tyvärr var det inte så vidare trevlig miljö utanför hotellet. Gäng som bråkade och förde väsen.

Well kept hotel, with large rooms, AC and all accommodations. Great breakfast, at par with 4 star hotels. Has parking, cheaper than alternatives and very convenient. Would book again without hesitation.

Nice clean hotel. Very difficult to drive to so beware. You need to drive right past the front of the station, but sat nav and Waze doesn't know this!! Great for walking into the old town. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice.

Hotel is clean and modern. Elevators were a nightmare! Breakfast buffet Excellent with many choices. Seemed to be a bit of a party place at the cafe next door, with police arrival at 2 in the morning. Overall, a good hotel.

There are 2 wings. We were in the old wing. The room was tatty, part of shower head was missing. There was mould around the base of the shower. Part of the skirting was missing. However room was clean and fairly comfortable. If they kept on top of maintenance the room would be good. Breakfast was plentiful with standard offerings. Why when there is so much good meat and cheese in the area are we given plastic cheese and plain ham.

Friendly staff and clean and modern room. Close to train station and not far from center by walking.

Sur les deux chambres réservées, celle du 4ème étage était parfaite en tous points, par contre celle du 1er étage manquait totalement de propreté : poubelle pleine, papiers par terre , poussiere apparente sur le sèche serviettes et repose accessoires de la salle de bains. En contre partie le personnel de l'accueil et du service petit déjeuner très professionnel et très efficace.

Helt gjennomsnittlig hotell med fin beliggenhet i Parma. Rommet vi fikk var stort, men det var dårlig rengjort. Standard er helt gjennomsnittlig. Frokost er enkel, men smaker helt greit. Vennlig personale

Propreté de la chambre pas optimale et surtout mauvais entretien : joint douche sale, trace de calcaire au mur, support douchette mal fixé, embout manquant au robinet du lavabo. De plus les fenêtres isolaient mal du bruit de la rue

Très bon rapport qualité-prix pour cet hôtel près de la gare de Parme, permettant de visiter Parme à pied. Chambres spacieuses, propres et bien équipées. Mention spéciale pour l'excellent buffet de petit déjeuner, très copieux avec une offre très variée.

An old hotel with a very loud room. You can hear basically everything what is going on on the streets. Breakfast was ok

Very close to train station, and walkable to town. The heat in the room did not work properly, and they were unable to warm it to our needs. The towel warmers non functioning. When I asked the front desk the gentleman was rude to me and said he couldn’t help. Be sure to request the bed type that you want because we ended up with two twin beds not planning on that.

O Hotel é muito bem localizado, quase em frente a Estação de trem de Parma, próximo aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade. Café da manhã com boa variedade e bem delicioso. Cama confortável, quarto amplo. Estadia perfeita

2 night stay, check in was great, conveniently located next to train station, breakfast was amazing and house keeping was good. However room was cold but no extra blanket was provided, no coffee provided in room and when asked they said no. neighborhood felt a little unsafe in the evening. After midnight, loud music can be heard, thought it was from outside, but was actually coming from the night shift playing his music so loud for hours.

This was a terrific option for Parma. Inexpensive, convenient to train, big and modern room, great staff, wonderful breakfast. I literally have no idea what others have complained about. We thought the area very safe and didn't get asked for money once, unlike in Bologna and Verona. An easy walk into town and right by the leaving point for food tours. Can't recommend it enough.

Not bad overall, extremely convenient location if you want to stay near the train station in Parma. The property itself wasn’t in the best condition but our room was clean. We were never given instructions on how to enter the building after reception hours and tapping our hotel cards did not work. We were worried about not being able to get back into the hotel at 11pm on a Friday night and we waited outside for a while until someone eventually let us in. There was a foul odour from the washrooms near the breakfast room every morning which put us off a bit as we were about to go in and eat. However, the lady running the breakfast was so kind and welcoming every morning. As other reviews have suggested, the hotel has potential but they may need to take care of a few things.

Nós gostamos muito da estadia no hotel, porém o ponto negativo foi a equipe de atendimento da recepção. Em um dos quartos reservados existia uma lâmpada faltando que deixava o quarto um pouco mais escuro. Solicitamos a reposição da mesma 4 vezes e a equipe prometia resolver, porém nunca resolveu. Achamos que o atendimento por parte deles nesse sentido deixou a desejar, porém no geral gostamos muito de todo o resto.

Overall this hotel is adequate. It did the job it needed to do of giving us a place to stay. We had two big issues that not everyone will run into, but were big problems for us. Firstly, they are clear that you have to show up the first day of your reservation to not be counted as a no-show. We read this policy, but needed to be able to check in early in the morning because we were traveling for over 24hrs and I am pregnant. We booked the night before so we weren’t asking them to clean a room by 7am. We had contacted the hotel 4 separate times prior to arriving about the fact that we would be checking in the day after the booking, and it seemed we were all set despite their policy. However, upon arriving at the hotel we had been placed on the no-show list and it took a lot of pleading before finally getting the room we had already paid for. It seemed communication was very poor. Our second issue came when another couple was given our room and opened our door while we were in there. We went to the front desk, letting them know that guests with a key had randomly come into our room. They said it was there mistake, they had given them the wrong room number and key. It made us a bit nervous about the security of our belongings while we were gone. Overall, we did not feel comfortable at this hotel, but if we hadn't had these interactions with employees we would have had a fine time. The room is decent and location is convenient right next to the train station.

The ppl in the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean the breakfast is also ok. However Fatima was very friendly and kind. Thank you Fatima 🙏

We really enjoy visiting Parma in general. Yes, it's a little sketch around the train station at night, but the hotel felt very safe and the parking was secure. The room was very modern and updated. We slept very well and the breakfast was nice! I would stay here again.

Hôtel très bien situé, proche de la gare le petit déjeuner qui était inclus était très bon. Les seuls bémols, le soucis d'isolation avec l'extérieur, tout s'entend et le manque de café dans la chambre si vous voulez du café il y a des distributeurs payants.

The area was not good at all and during evening could be dangerously as there were a fight outside of the hotel

Fabulous breakfast! Room was very clean but a little dark in the bathroom and horrible hair dryer but very convenient to the train and fairly close to town and walkable. Overall very quaint!

A short two minute walk from the Parma train station, this is a superb option especially for short stays or large luggage carriers. Lovely breakfast area and lobby. Comfortable beds. Superb staff.

Helt ok hotell, sentralt, helt ok betjening. Parkering kostet igjen ekstra, men verdt det da de hadde eget sted for parkering som tilhørte hotellet. Sentral beliggenhet. Rene og fint rom. Veldig romslig. Frokosten som var inkludert var ok minus, ekstremt mye tørre kaker.

Great boutique hotel right next to the train station. Even though it's next to the train station, this area is very quiet at night. My room was a decent size and very clean.\xa0 Bed was very comfy. They provided bathroom toiletries and 2 bottles of water which was nice. The front desk\xa0receptionist was super helpful. Walking to the historical part of Parma was less than 5 minute walk. The breakfast was included and they do have a lot of choices. I was able to get my protein in with lots of eggs. They have toast, yogurt, cereal, pastries, make your own eggs station, etc. and they make fresh espresso drinks for you on the spot. It was great for a one night stay in Parma.\xa0
