The property was clean, the staff helpful and pleasant. Parking wasn't great. But I would stay there again

Overall i give this hotel 4.5 stars. I stayed a week and got fresh towels daily but not fresh sheets. They had the same breakfast everyday. The pool could've been cleaner. Washer and dryer not good. Pook could have been cleaner. Washer and ddryer not good

The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. The pool area is okay. It would have been nice if there had been a fitness room

One of the best hotels I've stayed in during the three visits I've made to San Antonio. It would be nice to have dedicated parking by room. After 8pm, parking near your room is almost impossible.

It was convenient to accessing everywhere I wanted to go. It was clean and the Staff were great. The breakfast is "meh," it would have been passable if they had provided a meat, (sausage or bacon). The pool is small but "cleanish." I would definitely stay there again.

Property is standard motel type. Pros: housekeeping every day. Friendly staff. Laundry on site. Dennys and Wendy’s and BBQ place in same complex. Easy to get to city and lots of shopping available. Staff refilled breakfast items. Cons: breakfast always the same. Bananas only one day of the 6 we were there. No exercise room and dryer took for ever. No decaf coffee. But at night yogurt and coffee was available… even tho coffee was cold most of the time. They have fridge and microwave and coffee maker in room. One night we got no bath towels left and another night only 1 washcloth. Garbage always dumped tho. Shower good but bathroom small.

Everything was clean, staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was.

Very nice for a budget hotel. Room was clean and housekeeping came by offering towels. Bed was comfortable and everything in the room worked well. For the price, I would definitely stay there again!

The worst hotel i have ever stayed in. If i can give it zero stars i would . The room was filthy!!! when asked to do a sheet change our housekeeper just made our bed. Woke up in the morning with a huge cockroach on the floor. I will never return to this property again and would not recommend to anyone unless you want to come home with roaches. Wish I can attach photos of our filthy room upon arrival .

The Staff was really friendly....good people...very quiet location even though it was next to a highway...seem like a safe location. - shower clogged every day; 5 minute shower required 5 minutes for the ankle deep water to fully drain. - walking from the bed to the sink area and then the shower would cause your feet to get so dirty that the water in the shower would immediately turn color.

The room had clean bedding, but the rest of the room seems to have only been wiped down at best - never scrubbed. Wiping the grout with a wash cloth returned it brown. The grout in front of the toilet is black, but white behind it. The blackout curtains were covered in dirt and let enough light in to make it seem mid-day all day/night. We were woken every morning between 4-6pm by idling trucks and horn honks. Hotel guests brought chairs outside to sit and drink late into the night in front of our door. The hotel was quick to respond when notified. Breakfast was decent, but with only 1 waffle iron, the wait was long. The pool was clean.

Location was conveniently close enough to JBSA-Lackland to attend my brothers graduation. But, was not a clean hotel. My room (117) was very dirty, the garbage bin by the entrance to the room smelled like pee; the floor had not been cleaned my socks were filthy after walking about 10 min on it. The room was serviced every day I was there. However, the floor remained filthy, never cleaned.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent . The line for breakfast was all the way to the front lobby and there were no empty tables. We got there at 8:45 and at 9:00 we finally gave up and left because the line hadn’t moved at all.

Property the floor was dirty. We had to use towels to clean the floor. There was hair on the sheets. The toilet wouldn’t flush all the way you had to do it twice in order to flush once and there was roaches in the room we had to kill several of them

The rooms were very small and had a smell, the bathrooms were not clean. They did later send someone to have it cleaned. The staff was friendly. The hotel is however next to a fire station and adjacent a highway so it was a bit noisy. Hotel had breakfast but food was average and a poor spread.

The staff was very accommodating given my late night checkin. I was given the first room outside of the front desk as I had voiced my concern of it being more of a motel style than a hotel (room doors are exterior not within hallways). Additionally, as a senior single woman, the traffic past my door at night was concerning. The noise from the street (ie: police sirens, the Wendy's drive-up speaker could easily be heard "welcome to Wendy's" in my room. I just didn't feel comfortable or safe. The property did offer a very nice front desk crew, a continental breakfast (none of which I would eat however), and the items within the room (lotion, soap, bath gel) were nicer than the hotel I eventually checked in to. The property is clean and it's not horrible, but as a single woman, I wouldn't stay there again as I just didn't feel comfortable. Additionally, it was located a great distance from where the rest of my family had booked their rooms. Price however, is great for this property.

King room was clean and spacious but could not get good nights sleep due traffic noise from highway. The motel is at intersection of a highway and major road. Reserved 2 nights, only stayed one night.

If rest and quiet is your goal, look elsewhere! This location is right off 410 freeway. I woke up at 3am and I swear, every car, and truck is audible rushing by. It felt like being in midtown Manhattan, grand central! When the big powerful 18 wheel rigs go by, like a train rumbling outside your door. Bad choice

The rooms are spacious and breakfast was good

The front desk attendant, Michael, was phenomenal. He accomodated all of our needs, especially traveling with a large group (multiple rooms).

our car was having AC trouble after driving 18 hours, whoever the guy working the front desk on monday was told us exactly who to go to and thankfully our ac was fixed!!! will be staying at ramadas for our trips :)

The staff was not friendly and they have cancelled my registration just before checkin due to some issue for which they did not call me in advance and started giving me circxastic answers when I asked about that, I would not recommend

The staff was rude. Got there at 2 pm and they want to charge $20 for check in 1 hour early. The room was partly clean.

Clean room but whole hotel old and tired with floors and stairs around property needing refreshing. Problems with TV not working. Front desk was very good (Tammy) in moving us to another room and making sure it was working there. The next day the remote would not work in the second room!

Pulled up and wanted to cancel reservation. This hotel has outside doors and I have two teenage girls with me. Once I spoke with the front desk, I felt at ease he reassured me it was safe and not to worry. Most people are here to go to Seaworld . The room was super clean. If it wasn’t for the Front desk I wouldn’t have stayed or even come up to the room. Nit sure how I missed it in the site . Booked in a rush. You need to give the front desk man (I forgot his name so sorry) a raise, if not for him many would leave. Parking lot in back needs way more lighting.

A good value. Room, pool and front desk staff were good. Breakfast was good but lady maintaining it rude. Housekeepers rude also for some reason. If I stay in the same area again, I'd pay a little more for better service at another place.

Its a good property to stay at, hotel its self is quiet. I didnt notice it was across the street from a fire station😬. 10-15 minute drive from SeaWorld loved that!! 15-25 minute drive from downtown, didnt mind that at all.

Next to fire station and police station. Not the best neighborhood but didnt really feel unsafe.

Wa ok just older and needing maintenance area wasn't that good had my truck broken into and things stolen. Definitely better nicer places to stay for the money

The property was in a good location, the room clean, the staff super nice. The only situation was with our van, the last night someone try stealing our bicycles around 3am. But besides that everything good. (Maybe better with the security at night at the parking)

Pictures that are posted on-line. Clean & remodeled. Until it wasn't. I strongly feel it should be referred as a Motel. The pictures are deceiving/bamboozled me. The only room nice is the Lobby & Front desk. The staff was nice & have lack of training. That is management lack of care for customer training. Not there's. My expectations went out the door once I received my room card. Outdoor floor is coming up. My sister & I got approached by 2men for sex, there a Super 8 Motel across the parking lot. People fighting, yelling & saying inappropriate language to anyone walking by. That was so comfortable & scary. My sister & I went to front desk to inform the employee on the experience we're having. Us as women traveling alone from another state with suitcase didn't feel safe. We didn't want to continue our stay after his response was: Call front desk so he can call 911or we call 911 then let him know. This is normal he says, insured me nothing really bad ever happens there. Manager doesn't arrive till 8 a.m. nothing he can do. My sister & I are appalled. Now we're defiantly scared & feel unsafe. If the property is aware hire security for nights. But sadly, they're aware & don't care at all! The Property didn't want to give us a refund for the days we didn't stay. We book 2 nights 3 days. Stay 10 hrs. checked out. The complaint wasn't the dusty partially clean room. It wasn't SAFE! I would recommend this property If you knew how to fight & are armed. NOT SAFE FOR FAMILY OR KIDS

Everything was great from the begining. The young gentleman up front was super sweet and helpful. He made sure he met any needs we had. He even got my 2 rooms next to each other and on top of that had a connecting door. The rooms where clean , smelled good, and where fully stocked with Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The breakfast was great. They had a variety of fresh fruit, honey buns, cinnamon rolls, waffles to make fresh, cereal, coffee and juices, toast , and fresh biscuits and sausage patties! Really a good mixture of choices! My family enjoyed it and where satisfied! 100% recomend it!

Check in was easy and staff was very nice. However, the shower had hair in it from the previous visit. Breakfast layout was good but they don’t have enough waffle makers to accommodate the amount of people wanting to eat. More than anything the dirty shower is what did it for me. Won’t be staying here anymore. Stick to downtown SA.
