Die Anlage ist toll, jedoch ist dr Pool viel zu kalt und das Abendessen mit 19:30 Uhr leider viel zu spät, mit Kindern. Ansonsten ist das Hotel weiterzuempfehlen.

Room was great, staff were nice, very close to the beach, pool was small, the only thing i didn’t like was the area around the hotel, I would have preferred a quieter and more relaxed environment.

Hotel in zweiter Reihe, mit fußläufig gut erreichbaren Strand. Rings um das Hotel viele Möglichkeiten zum Shoppen und Essen. Das Essen im Hotel ist gut, jedoch hatten wir abends bei Halbpension schwankende Getränkepreise, die uns keiner erklären konnte. Wir hatten weiterhin Pech mit unserem Zimmer. Dies befand sich im ersten Obergeschoss schräg über dem Haupteingang. Neben unserem Zimmer befand sich ein Abstellraum für Gerätschaften des Putzpersonals. Jeden Morgen ab 8 Uhr wurde es laut, laute Gespräche des Personals auf dem Gang, umherschieben der Materialien. Auf der Straße fing ebenfalls immer ein Mitarbeiter an, das Laub mit einem Laubbläser zu beseitigen, sodass ein Ausschlafen unmöglich war. Am Pool wurde man stets mit lauter Musik beschallt. Grundsätzlich kein Problem Musik abzuspielen, aber ein wenig leiser wäre echt angenehmer. Das Personal war immer freundlich, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch das Putz und Servicepersonal. Wenn wir das nächste Mal evtl. mehr Glück mit dem Zimmer hätten, würden wir auch wiederkommen.

Für Paare kein Problem, für Familien allerdings schwierig, wenn diese das Zimmer zum Pool raus haben. Ansonsten ist alles top gepflegt und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Restaurant ist zu jeder Zeit sauber und die Speisen werden schnell aufgeüllt. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, der Kaffee ist allerdings nicht so das Wahre.

Clean, modern and friendly customer service. Pool area maintained well. Breakfast buffet - lots to choose from. Would be nice if hotel could provide an hourly bus service to port as it’s about 30mins walk and taxis end up costing a lot going back and forth.

Sehr gutes Hotel in Strandnähe. Beim Frühstück und Abendessen gibt es mehr als genug Auswahl und Abwechslung. Das Loft ist sehr groß und geräumig. Das Waschbecken ist hier im Raum, was aber nicht stört. Am Pool gab es in der Nebensaison mehr als genug Liegen.

La struttura è molto curata, le zone comuni sono studiate molto bene , soprattutto la sala cinema per i bimbi.anche se alcuni lettoni e le sdraio andrebbero un pó puliti. La vista non è delle migliori, sommerso da palazzoni alcuni anche fatiscenti. La piscina molto bella.Il personale è molto gentile, soprattutto i ragazzi del babyclub, davvero fantastici.la signora della reception non era troppo informata su cosa succedeva nei dintorni, ma comunque era gentile. La camera era molto spaziosa e pulita ma dal lavandino non scendeva bene l’acqua.La televisione un pó scarsa per essere un 4 stelle … mi aspettavo una smart tv dalla quale si possa accedere a nerflix, ecc. la vera nota dolente è il cibo. Tratta in inganno dalle foto sui vari siti, credevo che il cibo della cena fosse quello che Invece quello era del bar a pagamento, che era buono,ma quello della cena del ristornate mezza pensione era immagiabile. Mai mangiato cosi male in un villaggio.ho per la prima volta fatto fatica a trovar qualcosa di decente. In alcuni piatti cotti li al momento c’erano pezzettoni di bruciato, che sarebbero cancerogeni. Frutta non lavata con ancora su la terra. Questa è stata la vera nota dolente. Non tornerei solo per questo.

The hotel itself was very modern and nicely decorated. The hotel was clean and practical with facilities like the pool and gym. Breakfast and dinner buffet was very nice with lots of options. However, to be clear this is an extremely family and kid oriented hotel. You wouldn’t expect this from looking at it, however even off peak, it was packed with young children and families. If you are looking for somewhere to relax and be in a quiet environment then I would not recommend. Staff in hotel were quite helpful but the staff in the restaurant attached to the hotel were extremely unhelpful, cold and inattentive at all times of the day. Definitely one of the nicest hotels in the Alcudia area but just be aware it is very much for young kids and families.

Chaotic check-in that took far too long. On top of that, they only had 3 rooms ready even though the booking was for 4. Dirty bathroom, a sewer smell in room 135, and an air conditioner with a mind of its own in room 127. Service at the bar was also very slow. Melia Hotel in Alicante has a much higher standard in every respect, so the top executives in the Melia chain should really take note. Will never return.

The little loft apartment was perfect for my friend and I. The hotel was immaculately clean. All staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely with something for everyone and all super fresh. The hotel itself was easily located for walking to the beach or in to the port.

Amazing hotel! We had the breakfast and it was fresh, huge variety, lots of fresh fruits. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Great balcony overlooking pool! Night entertainment for the kids and the pool was amazing and staff! Highly reccommend and would return!

The room was not properly cleaned on the first day we moved in but that was rectified quickly. Excellent food and very helpful staff. Easy walk to beach which is 80 metres away. Adequate kids activities. Overall great family trip! Highly recommended.

We had a very good time at the hotel! It was super cozy and always clean! The staff always made you feel welcomed and helped you whenever you needed help with anything related to the hotel and your stay! I would definitely choose it again!

Im großen und ganzen war das ein super modernes, sauberes Hotel. An essen und trinken gab es viel Auswahl, obwohl es manchmal am Buffet ein großes durcheinander gab. Zimmer wirden gut sauber gemacht, es gab immer neue Wasser Flaschen. Eine bestimmte Dame an der Bar war leider swhr unfreundlich, haben 2 Kaffee bestellt und die wurden aus einem Siebträger gemacht. Ansonsten schöne Armosphäre

We loved this hotel but we hate that the air conditioning is set for the entire hotel! It was so hot at night we couldn’t sleep! We complained and they brought the maintenance man to look into it. Later we learned that the entire hotel is in one unit so regardless of what you do to the thermostat in your room it won’t change the temperature. This was extremely frustrating! If the air conditioning is a big deal for you pass on this property even though it’s really nice!

Amazing hotel! We had the breakfast and it was fresh, huge variety, lots of fresh fruits. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Great balcony overlooking pool! Night entertainment for the kids and the pool was amazing and staff! Highly reccommend and would return!

Sehr gutes Hotel in Strandnähe. Beim Frühstück und Abendessen gibt es mehr als genug Auswahl und Abwechslung. Das Loft ist sehr groß und geräumig. Das Waschbecken ist hier im Raum, was aber nicht stört. Am Pool gab es in der Nebensaison mehr als genug Liegen.

Vistelsen var bra men inte utmärkt. Vi hade väldigt lyhört ut till dj och trubadurer. Trubadurerna var bra men det störde en del. Några ur personalen var trevliga och hjälpsamma men några ganska ointresserade. Vi hade en bra semester :)

Unser Aufenthalt im Innside war gut bis okay. Hervorzuheben waren die schönen und geräumigen Zimmer und die wirklich überaus freundlichen Angestellten. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war üppig und lecker. Wir wurden nachts durch die Müllabfuhr und Betrunkene und morgens zwischen fünf und sechs durch laute Gespräche direkt vor dem Hotel geweckt. Das Abendbuffet war okay, aber nicht mehr. Teils wurde Essen nicht aufgefüllt, Löffel waren kaum aufzufinden und geschmacklich war es auch keine Offenbarung.

We had a very good time at the hotel! It was super cozy and always clean! The staff always made you feel welcomed and helped you whenever you needed help with anything related to the hotel and your stay! I would definitely choose it again!

I had a great stay and I strongly recommend this hotel. It was a busy season but it was visible that all staff members were doing their best to keep everyone happy. Special kuddos to Juliette and Tania.

The hotel itself was very modern and nicely decorated. The hotel was clean and practical with facilities like the pool and gym. Breakfast and dinner buffet was very nice with lots of options. However, to be clear this is an extremely family and kid oriented hotel. You wouldn’t expect this from looking at it, however even off peak, it was packed with young children and families. If you are looking for somewhere to relax and be in a quiet environment then I would not recommend. Staff in hotel were quite helpful but the staff in the restaurant attached to the hotel were extremely unhelpful, cold and inattentive at all times of the day. Definitely one of the nicest hotels in the Alcudia area but just be aware it is very much for young kids and families.

The hotel staff were always very polite, cheerful, friendly and competent. Our Loft room was excellent and perfectly serviced every day by a charming cleaning lady. But, a couple of things not so good - we were told that there was no need to reserve a table in the hotel restaurant for dinner but that was clearly not the case. Worst of all was the total lack of taxis to venture away from the hotel. We tried to go to Alcudia market, made an early start at 8.45am, waited over an hour at the hotel for a taxi but none available and the busses were completely full and not letting on passengers. We gave up! Similarly, the hotel will not help with transport from/to the airport. Thankfully we had made our own arrangements before travelling. All in all, a very pleasant stay let down by the unavailability of local transport.

Clean, modern and friendly customer service. Pool area maintained well. Breakfast buffet - lots to choose from. Would be nice if hotel could provide an hourly bus service to port as it’s about 30mins walk and taxis end up costing a lot going back and forth.

Hôtel très accueillant et confortable. La chambre etait spacieuse, lumineuse et propre. Petit dejeuner buffet varié et pour tous les goûts. Personnel très agréable également. Bien situé, près de la plage et à quelques kilomètres à pied de la ville d'Alcudía. Nous reviendrons surement.

Am Abend ist es ab 21-23 Uhr leider sehr laut, da verschiedene Künstler unten im Innenbereich auftreten. Für Paare kein Problem, für Familien allerdings schwierig, wenn diese das Zimmer zum Pool raus haben. Ansonsten ist alles top gepflegt und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Restaurant ist zu jeder Zeit sauber und die Speisen werden schnell aufgeüllt. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, der Kaffee ist allerdings nicht so das Wahre.

Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het strand en dat hebben we als zeer positief ervaren. De kamers en het reatuarant lijken recentelijk een facelift te hebben gehad. De kamers zijn ruim en ligt en voldoen. Heel luxe zijn ze nuet maar wel praktisch. Het personeel heeft weinig oog voor de gasten, een groet of een glimlach kan er niet van af. We hadden vooral moeite met het buffetrestaurant. Het leek meer op een schoolkantine en de tafels staan heel dicht op elkaar. Het ontbijt was ok. Het avondeten was matig tot slecht, vaak koud, rauw vlees en kip en het was uiterst lastig om aan een drankje te komen. Wij hebben, na 3 avonden, buiten de deur gegeten. Jammer van het halpension maar je vakantievreugde gaat voor. Zou ik nog een keer boeken? Zeker niet!

La struttura è molto curata, le zone comuni sono studiate molto bene , soprattutto la sala cinema per i bimbi.anche se alcuni lettoni e le sdraio andrebbero un pó puliti. La vista non è delle migliori, sommerso da palazzoni alcuni anche fatiscenti. La piscina molto bella.Il personale è molto gentile, soprattutto i ragazzi del babyclub, davvero fantastici.la signora della reception non era troppo informata su cosa succedeva nei dintorni, ma comunque era gentile. La camera era molto spaziosa e pulita ma dal lavandino non scendeva bene l’acqua.La televisione un pó scarsa per essere un 4 stelle … mi aspettavo una smart tv dalla quale si possa accedere a nerflix, ecc. la vera nota dolente è il cibo. Tratta in inganno dalle foto sui vari siti, credevo che il cibo della cena fosse quello che Invece quello era del bar a pagamento, che era buono,ma quello della cena del ristornate mezza pensione era immagiabile. Mai mangiato cosi male in un villaggio.ho per la prima volta fatto fatica a trovar qualcosa di decente. In alcuni piatti cotti li al momento c’erano pezzettoni di bruciato, che sarebbero cancerogeni. Frutta non lavata con ancora su la terra. Questa è stata la vera nota dolente. Non tornerei solo per questo.

The hotel itself was very modern and nicely decorated. The hotel was clean and practical with facilities like the pool and gym. Breakfast and dinner buffet was very nice with lots of options. However, to be clear this is an extremely family and kid oriented hotel. You wouldn’t expect this from looking at it, however even off peak, it was packed with young children and families. If you are looking for somewhere to relax and be in a quiet environment then I would not recommend. Staff in hotel were quite helpful but the staff in the restaurant attached to the hotel were extremely unhelpful, cold and inattentive at all times of the day. Definitely one of the nicest hotels in the Alcudia area but just be aware it is very much for young kids and families.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at INNSiDe by Meliã Alcudia. The hotel is modern, grest design, boho style and calm atmosphere. Spacious room with airconditioning and balcony. Lots of activities, and kids club were brilliant. All the staff are super friendly and very helpful. The location was great, and it takes 5 minutes walk to the beach. There are plenty of reastaurants nearby the hotel. The pool area was relaxing, and sunbeds in Bali style. We’ll definitely coming back again. P.S.: I got a birthday cake surprise from the hotel after spending a day at the beach. Thank you for the delicious cake, Really appreciate it.

Have zero complaints about staying at this property. Rooms were modern, we were given an upgrade on arrival without asking. Staff were friendly, hotel was spotless and food delicious. This hotel is close to all amenities and a short (5minute) walk to the beach. Highly recommend
