Our stay at Maritimo was very nice. Realy good location to the beach and reataurants. The staf was realy friendly and serviceminded. Realy good breakfast with many choise and high quality. Clean pools and nice poolarea. Maritimo has a nice gym, an inhouse pool and jacuzzi. Highly recomend this hotel.

friendly and welcoming staff, the swimming pools were fantastic, so was the evening entertainment. We were half-board and the food was exceptional. Loved the fact that the hotel made efforts to be eco-friendly e.g. you can ask cleaners to clean your room at a reduced frequency. This didn't dampen the quality of the hotel or it's service. Plenty of activities e.g. Aquagym and activities for children as well. I will plan to come back again!

Great hotel, good points - hotel looks new though out, service was great excellent I cannot speak highly enough of the staff, breakfast superb and loads of sunloungers (plus bonus of the spa was great) the areas for me improvement were the food from the snack bar was fairly bland (it was ok but could definitely be better) & the pool is very very very cold! Great stay though and a huge amount to like about the hotel.

Perfektes Hotel am schönsten Strand. Das Personal war auch sehr sehr nett und hilfreich. Schade nur, dass wir keine Liegen am Strand hatten und der Safe extra gekostet hat. Da ist ein Spahotel ist, würde ich gerne auch die Masseurin bewerten. Die Massage war toll aber die Masseurin war insgesamt etwas negativ eingestellt und dreist mit ihren Kommentaren. Preise waren auch etwas teurer. Der Spa Bereich war sehr entspannend.

Great 4* hotel with 3 lovely pools. Lots of sun beds and no towels reserving sun beds! Have a card system which works! Food choices were very good in the buffet restaurant, themed evenings. I particularly loved the TexMex selection on ‘American night’. Great location and 5 mins. To Playa de Mouro beach. Will definitely stay here again.

Food was very good and offered great variety every day with different dinner themes every night. Only some desserts in the evening buffet were too industrial. Excellent breakfast. I didn't enjoy that most of the facilities are indoor (gym, spa, and restaurant are in the lower ground) as it's not very scenic. It would be nice to have an outdoor stage for shows or a proper outdoor dining area. The entire hotel was very clean. The room was good. Very attentive staff. Close to one of the best beaches with no crowd, even in peak season.

Das war mein 2.Aufenthalt dort. Sehr positiv: Essensbuffet zum Frühstück und Abendessen war für den Preis wieder sehr gut, viel Auswahl, wechselnde Themen und frische Zubereitung von Omelettes, Fisch, Fleisch un d auch anderen Speisen. Das Personal dort war super nett, immer hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und mehrsprachig. Der Poolbereich ist für die Hotelgröße ebenfalls sehr gut, mehrere Becken, viele Liegeplätze, könnte etwas schöner gestaltet werden. Die Nähe zum Strand (5 Minuten zu Fuss) ist unschlagbar, auch sind fast vor der Tür Bushaltestellen, über die man zu anderen Strandabschnitten, Alcúdia oder auch andere Orte kommt. Im gesamten Hotel war es immer ordentlich u d sauber. Gut, aber verbesserungswürdig: Die Zimmersauberkeit (insbesondere der Boden) hätte besser sein können. Bei Erstbezug und auch nach 1.Nacht wurde der Boden offenbar nicht richtig gewischt, meine Füsse waren dreckig. Nach Hinweis darauf wurde es besser. Negativ: Diesmal hatte ich ein echt kleines und enges Zimmer im Vergleich zum 1.Mal. kein kleiner Schreibtisch o.ä. kein Schrank mit Fächern, nur mit Bügeln, wenig Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten. Dafür zwar ein riesiger Balkon, den ich aber fast nie nutzen konnte, weil es entweder zu windig oder zu kalt dort war (4.Stock), oder weil der Essensgeruch von der Küche hochstieg. Schade um die Fläche.. Zudem hatte das Bett eine extrem harte Matratze, die 1.Nacht konnte ich kaum darauf schlafen , dann ging es. Und die Toilette im Bad war zu eng an der Wand.

We had a great time on a girls' trip. Delta airlines had lost our luggage for 3 days and the staff was incredible kind and helpful with our situation. They helped with plug adapters and essentials that were needed. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast has everything to get your day off to the right start.

Zona piena di zanzare di sera e anche di giorno perché vicino ad unostagno. Non cambiano le lenzuola anche se sporche, per tutto il mio soggiorno non le hanno mai cambiate. Cibo come in un 3 stelle , spa sottoterra senza nessun punto luce naturale. Da evitare.

Hôtel très propre et joliment décoré. Personnel très sympathique, possibilité de laisser les bagages à la réception le dernier jour, et d’utiliser les vestiaires du spa pour se doucher. Facilite pour se garer dans les rues en bas de l’hôtel, stationnement gratuit.

First time staying here and it was such a wonderful hotel. The staff went above and beyond in reception/housekeeping/restaurant etc. The hotel was always spotless and had a lovely air freshner running throughout. The pools and spa were also fantastic and the room was modern and welcoming.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les équipements extérieurs de l'hôtel, que ce soit les différentes piscines et le bar (avec un personnel adorable), mais un peu moins la chambre, bien qu elle soit propre, jolie et spacieuse. En effet, la vue attribuée à notre chambre n était vraiment pas terrible (sur un débarras avec bruit de ventilation par moment...), l'insonorisation n est pas terrible non plus et la climatisation fatigue (obligé de la régler à fond pour qu elle rafraichisse la chambre, générant ainsi du bruit supplémentaire). Il faisait d ailleurs très vite chaud dans celle-ci (peut etre est elle située au-dessus du Spa ?) Les oreillers ne sont pas confortables non plus. L espace Spa est très sympa mais a un aspect un peu vieillot. Enfin la localisation est top. A proximité de tout (plage, restos, boulangerie, pharmacie, boutiques etc...) Globalement un bon hôtel où nous avons passé un agréable moment, mais avec des améliorations à prévoir.

Overall the hotel was great. I never had a problem getting a sunbed at the pool. The food was lovely, the staff were helpful and polite. My only issue was the noise in the room I was staying in. DO NOT go in room number 1! (or the ground floor for that matter). It was right next to reception, the ladies loos, and the entertainment. If the hand dryer wasn't going off, then the entertainment was literally shaking the glass door in my room from the loudness of it. The only quiet times in the evening were between 11:30/12pm and 6:30am. Not great for me.

Overall the hotel was great. I never had a problem getting a sunbed at the pool. The food was lovely, the staff were helpful and polite. My only issue was the noise in the room I was staying in. Negativ: Diesmal hatte ich ein echt kleines und enges Zimmer im Vergleich zum 1.Mal. kein kleiner Schreibtisch o.ä. kein Schrank mit Fächern, nur mit Bügeln, wenig Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten. Dafür zwar ein riesiger Balkon, den ich aber fast nie nutzen konnte, weil es entweder zu windig oder zu kalt dort war (4.Stock), oder weil der Essensgeruch von der Küche hochstieg. Schade um die Fläche.. Zudem hatte das Bett eine extrem harte Matratze, die 1.Nacht konnte ich kaum darauf schlafen , dann ging es. Und die Toilette im Bad war zu eng an der Wand.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Très propre, super accueil et gentillesse du personnel. Les équipements sont complets. Un vrai plus le spa, sauna et hammam après une journée de visite. Les piscines extérieures ne sont pas chauffées. La chambre est simple mais fonctionnelle. Très propre. L’insonorisation de l’extérieur est bonne mais insuffisante entre les chambres. Le seul bémol dans la chambre: les oreillers. Trop plats et durs, à changer. Le buffet matin et soir est varié et très bon, avec un thème différent chaque soir. Un hôtel calme et familial, en tout cas en cette saison.

Location was fantastic, and it was 2 blocks away from one of the best sandy beaches. It was an average hotel, I wouldn’t consider it 4 stars. There are no toiletries in the room except a bar of soap and shampoo, not even tissue. No coffee or tea or commentary water. You have to ask the front desk for anything you might need. Also walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors.

Very clean modern design plenty of sunbeds. Drinks reasonable. Some entertainment was good. Big downside was the uncomfortable beds with narrow hard pillows. No mirror near a plug or dressing table. Staff from the restaurant/bar was incredibly amazing, as well from the lobby, cleaning ladies were kind. The only rude and bad thing was the woman from the spa, she needs to learn how to deal with people and be more polite. I was planning to have a massage, then I walked to ask her wish time she had available, then she reply with a not so friendly face and “what do you want?”, “no time for you now”, I just walked back to my room without saying anything back. Too bad!

We had a most terrible holiday at the Grupotel Maritimo hotel. We arrived late night around 11pm with an 8years kid and 8 months baby and been met by very rude receptionist Isabel. By the mistake at the booking we marked that need a baby cot, but didn’t marked that baby coming with us, so one week before holiday called to the hotel to inform about that. The lady who answered the phone said to me “we will find solution, any age kids are welcome”. But that night receptionist Isabel didn’t want us to check -in. She was really rude and told us to leave the hotel. When I asked her if she means that our family with 8years kid and baby have to sleep in the street, she just answered YES! That’s absolutely unacceptable. Later on , we decided to buy one more extra room just for one night cause my partner had business plans in Palma and he could sleep in company’s apartments. Yes, our holiday were destroyed, we couldn’t stay together. The rest 3 days all the time I felt pressure from the reception. They been asking me when we are checking-out. Two times I got a note to contact reception and again it was presure to move out. We felt very unwelcome. Even my kid felt the same. We been overcharged for the room and for the city tax.

We had a great time on a girls' trip. Delta airlines had lost our luggage for 3 days and the staff was incredible kind and helpful with our situation. They helped with plug adapters and essentials that were needed. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast has everything to get your day off to the right start.

Schönes Hotel, saubere Zimmer, tolles Essen, sehr abwechslungsreich u frisch, sehr nettes Personal. Nur die Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße hat uns nicht so gut gefallen u die Außenanlage könnte etwas schöner gestaltet sein. Kunstrasen ist leider nicht so toll.

Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, täglicher Zimmerservice. Die Klimaanlage hatte leider keine Fernbedienung aber war ok. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt an der Straße vorhanden, den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt weil wir jeden Tag am Strand waren, dieser ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Hôtel très propre et joliment décoré. Personnel très sympathique, possibilité de laisser les bagages à la réception le dernier jour, et d’utiliser les vestiaires du spa pour se doucher. Facilite pour se garer dans les rues en bas de l’hôtel, stationnement gratuit.

L'hôtel est bien situé. La proximité avec la belle plage est un plus. C'est aussi très agréable de pouvoir se garer à proximité gratuitement. Le personnel est agréable. Même le personnel du restaurant parle français. Nous avons juste été surpris par le fait que les boissons ne sont pas comprise dans le dîner (nous étions en demi pension). Idem pour l'absence de fontaine à eau en libre service dans l'hotel. Le fait de pouvoir récupérer 15€ par jour lorsque le ménage n'est pas fait est dans l'air du temps pour eviter le gaspillage.

L'hôtel est bien situé. La proximité avec la belle plage est un plus. C'est aussi très agréable de pouvoir se garer à proximité gratuitement. Le personnel est agréable. Même le personnel du restaurant parle français. Nous avons juste été surpris par le fait que les boissons ne sont pas comprise dans le dîner (nous étions en demi pension). Idem pour l'absence de fontaine à eau en libre service dans l'hotel. Le fait de pouvoir récupérer 15€ par jour lorsque le ménage n'est pas fait est dans l'air du temps pour eviter le gaspillage.

Great hotel, good points - hotel looks new though out, service was great excellent I cannot speak highly enough of the staff, breakfast superb and loads of sunloungers (plus bonus of the spa was great) the areas for me improvement were the food from the snack bar was fairly bland (it was ok but could definitely be better) & the pool is very very very cold! Great stay though and a huge amount to like about the hotel.

Food was very good and offered great variety every day with different dinner themes every night. Only some desserts in the evening buffet were too industrial. Excellent breakfast. I didn't enjoy that most of the facilities are indoor (gym, spa, and restaurant are in the lower ground) as it's not very scenic. It would be nice to have an outdoor stage for shows or a proper outdoor dining area. The entire hotel was very clean. The room was good. Very attentive staff. Close to one of the best beaches with no crowd, even in peak season.

If you are a vegan AVOID. I told them prior to going then I told them when I arrived. I was offered mash potato but had cows milk in. Then I was offered egg noodles. I had to live on salad all week which I found to be very unfair. Also the room was tiny. Difficult to manoeuvre around it with two cases. I won’t be going back.

Would stay again if the price is good. Good choice of food available, although can't say any was hot. Any selection we made, had to warm through in the microwave. Toaster, 4 times through just to get some colour on the bread

Tolles Hotel in Strandnähe, kostenloses Parken in unmittelbarer Nähe. Poolanlage zwar schon etwas älter, aber sehr gepflegt. Sehr freundliches Personal, immer hilfsbereit, schönes geräumiges. Zimmer, vor kurzem renoviert mit schickem Bad, mit großer begehbarer Dusche. Das Essen war schlichtweg überragend, eine Riesen Auswahl an Gerichten am Buffet, dazu gab es täglich mehrere Sorten Fleisch und Fisch, die frisch für uns zubereitet wurden, wir waren begeistert. Frühstück bietet für jeden etwas, Eiergerichte werden frisch zubereitet und es gab viele Sorten frisches Brot, hier findet jeder sein morgendliches Frühstücks-Glück. Eine winzige Kleinigkeit hätte ich aber doch noch anzumerken, Mallorca ist ja die Insel der Zitrusfrüchte, daher sollte es nicht nur Sonntags frisch gepressten Orangensaft geben.

Great staff, facilities and breakfast. 10min walk to the beach and some nice restaurants around. There should be available food in the afternoon and complimentary towels and water (as available in the first day but not on the following days).

4 star luxury resort hotel are not things that come to mind when I think about this place. For the price, the quality is terrible. Staff are so unhelpful, didn’t go over anything at check in and we didn’t know things like pool hours or locations for anything, wouldn’t help us with our laundry at a time that the policy states that we can do it. The rooms and amenities…. Do not get me started….. the amount of times I fell between the bed, the dust mounds everywhere, the hair in the fridge, the dirty shower when we arrived. You need to pay to use the safe or get fresh towels?! The outdoor pool looked horrible and indoor pool was hot while hot tub was cold, wanna use the steam room? Well you need to go back up to front desk and ask them to do it. The only good thing about this place is the proximity to the beach. Also, providing a single bottle of dish soap and calling it shampoo conditioner and body wash is not very 4 star resort coded. And enjoy hearing conversations from the rooms next door, and even when they open a door, flush the toilet, shower, open the balcony. Everything. Also, they only give one pillow and a flimsy sheet to sleep on. I felt like a Victorian beggar.

Hotel is at a great location only few minutes walk from the beach. The food was excellent at breakfast and dinner with so much variety and great quality. The pools were also decently sized and didn’t feel overcrowded with the bar located in the middle of them which was really decently priced. The rooms were large and the bathroom was modern. However, the aircon in the room was quite old and even putting it at the lowest temperature, it didn’t feel like it was doing anything about the heat. The bed was also harder than usual for us and combined with the aircon not working properly, didn’t have a great sleep. I think considering the food and location its great for your money but improvements can be made with the room.
