Waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bei Fragen sehr bemüht einem zu helfen. Die Sauberkeit war auf der gesamten Anlage des Hotels (Gänge, Pool, Zimmer) gegeben. Das Animationsprogramm für die Kinder am Abend war ebenfalls am Abend sehr nett und die Kinder hatten ihren Spaß daran. Rund um das Hotel gibt es unzählige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Der Strand ist fußläufig in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Unseren Mietwagen konnten wir (in der Hauptsaison, Mitte Juli) zu jeder Zeit an einer der direkt am Hotel liegenden Straßen parken. Einzigen Kritikpunkt, den wir empfanden war die in einem Aparthotel übliche Küchenzeile. Sie bestand aus einer Mikrowelle und einem sehr kleinen Kühlschrank, in den man 2 Getränke-Flaschen stellen konnte, bis dieser voll war. Besteck abseits von Tee-Löffeln gab es ebenfalls keins. Hat uns nun nicht sonderlich eingeschränkt, aber kühle Snacks und verschiedene kühle Getränke wären trotzdem nicht verkehrt gewesen... =) Sollte es uns für den Urlaub nochmal nach Port D'Alcudia verschlagen (ein wirklich schöner Ort für Familien und ohne hemmungslosen Sauf-Tourismus), ziehen wir dieses Hotel definitiv wieder in Betracht.

Mixed feelings about this hotel. So many things to love, the pool, gardens, breakfast, location, animation team but lots of improving needed here I feel. They seem to only care about their German/Dutch/Spanish customers. Rude, untrained, unfriendly front desk staff. Naive of them to think just because you are not Spanish that you cannot speak/understand the language while they speak about you to their colleague and you understood everything! I would be quite hesitant to return if I am being honest and it’s a pity as the hotel itself is beautiful but let down by the reception/bar team.

The food was good, with plenty of variety. However, the hotel clearly focuses on the German market, particularly young families. The pool was always overcrowded, and by 7am, most sunbeds were already “reserved” with towels and they stayed that way all day. Not ideal if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday atmosphere.

Vi reste med små barn. All personal var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Maten var bra, ren rum, bra läge, nära till Alcudia Old Town och nära till stranden. Endast negativ som jag skulle säga var att lekplatsen var inte anpassad för små barn och de hade bara nagea grejer men mitt emot hotellet fanns en lokal lekplats som var bra.

Nice family orientated 3 star rated resort that offers all you need for a nice holiday. We had 6 nights here on the 2nd leg of our trip to the island. On the face of it Alcudia Gardens looks good and offers what it says on the tin for a 3 star . And it is a nice resort with good rooms and great pool area catering for all ages.There is an on-site restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner catering for all inclusive folks. Plus a pool Bar. Resort Is located nicely close to beach in center of Port Alcudia so you have all you really need for a good time without having to go far. (No need to get a bus or taxi which we noticed always had long queues). They also offer bunch of activities for kids and adults and the entertainment team are a good energetic bunch. Cocktail class making mojitos went down well! Very Friendly staff always wanting to help. Bit busy at meals so plan to go early you can for your meals. And sun beds get taken quite quickly my the morning. Pool attendant helps if you cannot get a bed.

Hotellet lever op til alle forventninger til et godt familiehotel - både i forhold til værelser, pool og beliggenhed. Men hver eneste morgen kl. 05:30 starter der en kamp om solsengen - gæster lægger håndklæder for at spærre pladser, som måske slet ikke blir brugt. Der bades i poolen til kl. 00:30 om aftenen så der er en del larm. Så det er ikke meget man får sovet grundet larm. Har været tidligere oppe end når jeg går på arbejde. Det lykkedes os ikke en eneste gang at få solsenge ved poolen. Det kunne være dejligt hvis reglerne omkring brug af pool og spærring af solsenge rent faktisk blev håndhævet.

Själva hotellet var okej, rent och bra sängar. Poolen var stor och bra men rätt kall. Vi hade ett rum mot gatan och underhållningen från hotellet mittemot höll oss vakna länge pga extremt högljutt, så inget ställe för någon som sover lätt. Vi hade även all inclusive som var absolut värdelös. Frukosten var okej, men måltiderna inget att ha. Det positiva var att det fanns oliver och san miguel på tapp. Mellan huvudmålen fanns inget snack som ingick, endast dryck från poolbaren. Det bästa med hotellet var ändå läget. Supernära stranden, butiker och restauranger. Även gångavstånd till stan om man ville det!

The staff are all amazing . Very friendly and helpful. Plenty of entertainment for my 3 granddaughters. Good shows. Relaxing atmosphere. Breakfasts were plentiful and varied. So near to the beach. Local buses take you all over. Would recommend this holiday for anyone with children.

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig und nicht geputzt. Die Toilette hatte noch Spuren des Vorgängers. An den Wänden war Staub und die Klimaanlage versorgte das Zimmer mit muffiger Luft. Ansonsten war das Zimmer ok. Die Außenanlage mit Pool war fantastisch.

We had a lovely time as a family of five (son, parents and grandparents) for a 10 day stay The rooms were a good size with plenty of space for all of us. Even with the sofa bed extended there was still a lot of room for us. We were there for the breakfasts only and there were plenty of options every day with lots of coffee machines, as the breakfast is only on from 8am until 10am i would suggest they started the breakfast time a little earlier as it could get very crowded at times. The doors to the rooms had a large gap underneath so the air con wasnt as cold as it could be and the noise from guests arriving or leaving in the night could be disturbing. The rooms were cleaned well and all the staff were lovely and friendly. The pool was a good size with lots of seating but could also get very busy and the summer season had only just begun. The hotel is in a fabulous location in the middle of restaurants, bars and shops with little noise from the street and less than 5 mins walk to the beach. Would certainly recommend.

Das Hotel ist an sich okay und die Zimmer gut ausgestattet. Aber die Zimmer sind enorm hellhörig, man hat das Gefühl als würden die Leute im Flur direkt neben einem im Raum stehen. In der Früh um 8 haben sich dann die Putzkräfte laut unterhalten, sodass man nicht mehr schlafen konnte. Zudem roch es im gesamten Zimmer enorm nach Chlor. Die Umgebung ist absolut uncharmant.

As a solo traveler who likes to prepare my own meals I really appreciate the apartments with an included kitchen area with dishes and cooking utensils and a somewhat spacious fridge. A nice supermarket is also just around the corner that offers fresh meats and seafood. The beach is just a across the street. The hotel pool area is small but beautiful. The rooms are maybe a bit worn but kept clean and tidy. And a bus stop to Palma is also only a few steps away. I always travel outside of the high seasons so I enjoyed the calm and quiet during my stay. Definetly will come back soon.

Das Animationsprogramm für die Kinder am Abend war ebenfalls am Abend sehr nett und die Kinder hatten ihren Spaß daran. Rund um das Hotel gibt es unzählige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Der Strand ist fußläufig in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Unseren Mietwagen konnten wir (in der Hauptsaison, Mitte Juli) zu jeder Zeit an einer der direkt am Hotel liegenden Straßen parken. Einzigen Kritikpunkt, den wir empfanden war die in einem Aparthotel übliche Küchenzeile. Sie bestand aus einer Mikrowelle und einem sehr kleinen Kühlschrank, in den man 2 Getränke-Flaschen stellen konnte, bis dieser voll war. Besteck abseits von Tee-Löffeln gab es ebenfalls keins. Hat uns nun nicht sonderlich eingeschränkt, aber kühle Snacks und verschiedene kühle Getränke wären trotzdem nicht verkehrt gewesen... =) Sollte es uns für den Urlaub nochmal nach Port D'Alcudia verschlagen (ein wirklich schöner Ort für Familien und ohne hemmungslosen Sauf-Tourismus), ziehen wir dieses Hotel definitiv wieder in Betracht.

We had a lovely time as a family of five (son, parents and grandparents) for a 10 day stay The rooms were a good size with plenty of space for all of us. Even with the sofa bed extended there was still a lot of room for us. We were there for the breakfasts only and there were plenty of options every day with lots of coffee machines, as the breakfast is only on from 8am until 10am i would suggest they started the breakfast time a little earlier as it could get very crowded at times. The doors to the rooms had a large gap underneath so the air con wasnt as cold as it could be and the noise from guests arriving or leaving in the night could be disturbing. The rooms were cleaned well and all the staff were lovely and friendly. The pool was a good size with lots of seating but could also get very busy and the summer season had only just begun. The hotel is in a fabulous location in the middle of restaurants, bars and shops with little noise from the street and less than 5 mins walk to the beach. Would certainly recommend.

Whilat the complex, staff and food were good, the lack of air conditioning - which is mentioned on their website and third party booking platforms was a major disappointment. They have centrally controlled cooling and warming which was switched off. The room was hot and stuffy at night - if you have the windows and patio door open you leave yourself open to being eaten alive by the mosquitos. I am covered in bites. Had the hotel been truthful about their air conditioning I would have booked elsewhere. Beware....

Virkelig slidt hotel, værelser var meget slidte og meget nemt at høre naboen. Ringe sovesofa i stuen hvis man vejer over 90 kg mærker men nemt bunden af sengen. Jeg syntes hoteller trænger til en renovering vi gav godt kun 5600 kr for en uge, men havde bestil 18 dage i juli men vil ikke give 32500 kr for at bo på det hotel.

Nice hotel with a great location and good rooms and facilities. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin, and noise from neighboring rooms carries straight through. We were unlucky to have babies in the room next door, which disturbed our sleep at night. The restaurant was below average — the food quality and taste were disappointing, and poor acoustics made the space very noisy. Overall, a good option for families with small children, but perhaps not ideal if you're looking for a quiet or restful stay.

Mixed feelings about this hotel. So many things to love, the pool, gardens, breakfast, location, animation team but lots of improving needed here I feel. They seem to only care about their German/Dutch/Spanish customers. Rude, untrained, unfriendly front desk staff. Naive of them to think just because you are not Spanish that you cannot speak/understand the language while they speak about you to their colleague and you understood everything! I would be quite hesitant to return if I am being honest and it’s a pity as the hotel itself is beautiful but let down by the reception/bar team.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits très agréables, autant pour le buffet à volonté le matin et le soir que pour les espaces piscine et air de jeux ainsi que la chambre spacieuse avec une vue piscine incroyable. Dépaysant et ressourçant avec même une attention pour mon anniversaire durant le séjour. Le personnel est très serviable et sympa. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Nice family orientated 3 star rated resort that offers all you need for a nice holiday. We had 6 nights here on the 2nd leg of our trip to the island. On the face of it Alcudia Gardens looks good and offers what it says on the tin for a 3 star . And it is a nice resort with good rooms and great pool area catering for all ages.There is an on-site restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner catering for all inclusive folks. Plus a pool Bar. Resort Is located nicely close to beach in center of Port Alcudia so you have all you really need for a good time without having to go far. (No need to get a bus or taxi which we noticed always had long queues). They also offer bunch of activities for kids and adults and the entertainment team are a good energetic bunch. Cocktail class making mojitos went down well! Very Friendly staff always wanting to help. Bit busy at meals so plan to go early you can for your meals. And sun beds get taken quite quickly my the morning. Pool attendant helps if you cannot get a bed.

The staff are all amazing . Very friendly and helpful. Plenty of entertainment for my 3 granddaughters. Good shows. Relaxing atmosphere. Breakfasts were plentiful and varied. So near to the beach. Local buses take you all over. Would recommend this holiday for anyone with children.

I liked that the hotel room had a couch and a small functional kitchen corner. The area is great with the beach just across the street and a bus station that can get you to many other places in Mallorca in just a few meter distance.

Själva hotellet var okej, rent och bra sängar. Poolen var stor och bra men rätt kall. Vi hade ett rum mot gatan och underhållningen från hotellet mittemot höll oss vakna länge pga extremt högljutt, så inget ställe för någon som sover lätt. Vi hade även all inclusive som var absolut värdelös. Frukosten var okej, men måltiderna inget att ha. Det positiva var att det fanns oliver och san miguel på tapp. Mellan huvudmålen fanns inget snack som ingick, endast dryck från poolbaren. Det bästa med hotellet var ändå läget. Supernära stranden, butiker och restauranger. Även gångavstånd till stan om man ville det!

As a solo traveler who likes to prepare my own meals I really appreciate the apartments with an included kitchen area with dishes and cooking utensils and a somewhat spacious fridge. A nice supermarket is also just around the corner that offers fresh meats and seafood. The beach is just a across the street. The hotel pool area is small but beautiful. The rooms are maybe a bit worn but kept clean and tidy. And a bus stop to Palma is also only a few steps away. I always travel outside of the high seasons so I enjoyed the calm and quiet during my stay. Definetly will come back soon.

The staff are all amazing . Very friendly and helpful. Plenty of entertainment for my 3 granddaughters. Good shows. Relaxing atmosphere. Breakfasts were plentiful and varied. So near to the beach. Local buses take you all over. Would recommend this holiday for anyone with children.

We had a lovely time as a family of five (son, parents and grandparents) for a 10 day stay The rooms were a good size with plenty of space for all of us. Even with the sofa bed extended there was still a lot of room for us. We were there for the breakfasts only and there were plenty of options every day with lots of coffee machines, as the breakfast is only on from 8am until 10am i would suggest they started the breakfast time a little earlier as it could get very crowded at times. The doors to the rooms had a large gap underneath so the air con wasnt as cold as it could be and the noise from guests arriving or leaving in the night could be disturbing. The rooms were cleaned well and all the staff were lovely and friendly. The pool was a good size with lots of seating but could also get very busy and the summer season had only just begun. The hotel is in a fabulous location in the middle of restaurants, bars and shops with little noise from the street and less than 5 mins walk to the beach. Would certainly recommend.

Stedet ligger perfekt ift. stranden og indkøbs muligheder, og parkering har været relativt nemt at finde tæt på enten ved siden af hotellet eller ned af små sidegader. Morgenmaden er super lækker og kæmpe udvalg og selfølgelig venligt personale som allesammen sagtens kunne kommunikere på engelsk. Klart anbefaling herfra

Anlage schön, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll und ausreichend groß. Auch das Mobiliar müsste erneuert werden. Leider ist das ganze Gebäude sehr hellhörig. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Buffet war sehr reichhaltig, die Speisen aber geschmacklich verbesserungswürdig und leider meist kalt.

Nice hotel with a great location and good rooms and facilities. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin, and noise from neighboring rooms carries straight through. We were unlucky to have babies in the room next door, which disturbed our sleep at night. I booked this hotel without realising just how much entertainment and activities were included and it completely exceeded our expectations. The Woogy Club team and everyone working behind the scenes made my daughter holiday so special. She now can’t imagine going anywhere else for a holiday! The shows were absolutely amazing, and we’re genuinely gutted that we’ll miss The Lion King musical before we leave, although I have no doubt it would have been more fun than the West End version! The whole team were so lovely, funny and always happy to help with anything we needed. The cleaning staff were also incredibly kind, and I even had a lovely birthday surprise when a member of staff knocked on my door with a cake and sang Happy Birthday to me. This hotel is so much more than just a place to stay, it’s the people who make it truly special. Everyone goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and cared for. We couldn’t have been happier with our week at Alcudia Garden. Thank you all for the amazing entertainment, facilities, and unforgettable memories!
