Overly charged. Room had been smoked in. Inside pool was down due to maintenance. I will never stay there again.

From the breakfast to the indoor heated pool, this hotel is great. One of my better hotel experiences in a long time! 10 Stars is a more accurate rating.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Plenty of parking. Made for a good one night stay.

Parking can be a problem if you arrive later in the evening. Trucks take up a lot of car spaces.

Rooms were dirty and outdated. Staff was very nice and helpful. Pool area was unacceptable, water was cold.

Easy checkin. Nice room. Air didn’t work. Very good breakfast. Pool cold, very high chlorine.

Our experience at this establishment was exceptional, marked by cleanliness, a welcoming staff, and a heated pool that enhanced the overall experience. The breakfast service was also noteworthy. Having stayed in numerous hotels recently, we highly recommend this one.

The breakfast was excellent food very clean and well cap in the food area. The pool area looked really nice although I forgot my swimsuit so I’m sorry to say I didn’t get a test the water they say it’s heated. everything in the room was nice. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were nice. The bathroom was clean. The shower looked nice love the flooring plenty of counter space nice refrigerator microwave & Keurig.

Tub and enclosure weren’t very clean and the room had an odd smell. Didn’t get the room I had asked for in reservation made several days earlier.

I had hoped for better, but a nice stay anyways. Unfortunately I was given a room key to an un-made room and the next room had ants. The shower was great and breakfast well done.

The staff were friendly. The room was comfortable and clean however the bathroom shower was moldy and stained. The shower itself was dripping all the time. It ruined the rest of the generally clean room.

There was hair in the tub and there was mildew in the bathroom and I paid $136 a night for that

Bathroom in particular had old tub with chipped spots and caulking coming loose around base. Toilet seat loose. Carpeting, especially in hallways appeared dirty and worn. Lots of noise from other rooms, particularly could hear small children crying and making noise in rooms on the same floor. Could hear any movements of furniture from room directly above. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

The shower in my room had some tile missing as you entered the shower that made it look unkept. There was a bit of mold above the shower at the very top of the tile I noticed too. Everything else seemed to be in proper order and clean.

Blankets were dirty and the pool was disgusting!

This is our second time using these facilities. It’s just as clean and nice as the last time. Staff that greeted us was so sweet and gracious. Our room is large and very comfortable! Love the Dove amenities!

It was a very noisy night. I feel like I could hear every door slamming on the 2nd and 3rd floors. When my child used the restroom our own bathroom door slammed shut. Maybe doing something so every door in the building can't slam shut would keep the noise to a better level?

TV had a huge crack in it upon entering our room. I went down to the desk to make sure they knew it wasnt from us. They already knew and said we have one on order, it works right? They could have told us that at check in! Sports tournaments in town. Room above us had monkeys jumping on the bed til 2300.

The room was clean, large enough, we had a king bed and with a microwave, coffeemaker and small fridge, it was convenient too. But it had that ANNOYING cycling on and off AC, with no constant fan option to mask it. Good things are phones can make white noise. The bathroom had great counter space, shower was fine but the lower perimeter sealant was discolored and ucky looking. There is a small pool which we did not use and a small fitness room where we used weights and the cycling machine. All good. Breakfast was fine, although we are cereal and toast people and can't say anything about the hot food.

Everything was fine...Room was very cool due to the outside temp being below zero. Heat was unable to keep up. 68 was as high as we could get the room temperature.

Experience: Budget hotel masquerading as a Holiday Inn Express & Suites This hotel's lack of accountability and empathy turned our family vacation into a nightmare, especially for our daughter's 10th birthday. Despite promises of a functioning pool, even confirmed by several calls in advance, we arrived to find it closed for "surprise maintenance." Wow. The manager refused to help, offering no solutions or refunds. Even Hotels.com struggled to get them to understand the policies, rules, good faith concerning such matters, and then they struggled to reach them on the phone. They basically ghosted us and Hotels.com. Manager wasn't even on property. All they wanted was to keep our money and repeat their refund policy ignoring their requirement to honor what we were promised when we booked. Key Issues: Broken Promises: Promised a functioning pool, failed to deliver, and said they had no idea about the closure. Unprofessional Management: Ignored calls and requests, offered no solutions. Hotels.com ended up refunding us since Holiday Inn avoided accountability and even answering the phone. Manager was off-site. Lack of Empathy: As displaced Maui wildfire victims, we were already stretched thin emotionally and financially. Their lack of understanding and inflexibility made a challenging situation even harder, especially when celebrating our daughter's birthday. Bait-&-Switch Tactics: Promised amenities, then claimed ignorance when unavailable. Alternative: Hilton Home2 Suite

The visit was good besides the air conditioner not working but they moved us to another room with no problem and they looked till they found a room to fit our needs.. thr front desk girl was amazing and very helpful and very approachable . She was fantastic .

I checked in and advised I had a service dog. Front desk said no problem and gave me keys. We took our luggage to room and were standing in lobby. An employee at desk asked me what type of service dog from 15 feet away. I told her emotional support and she said they don’t accept them and he could not stay there! I told her I would take him to my sons in West Lafayette! She was very rude right off the bat! My mother and brother in law took the dog outside and were talking about how rude she was to us and I had never been treated that way! My husband came outside and I told him we had to take the dog elsewhere! The person from front desk came out yelling at me and told me I involved s guest at the hotel (which was my husband) and she told me we would have to vacate premises immediately! She left us without a hotel in a busy weekend. We were in town from Florida for my sons graduation from Purdue and she said she didn’t care, that it wasn’t her problem and we had to leave! She said she refunded my money but I have not received a credit! It’s been 6 days! We will never stay at a Holiday Inn again!

Loud kids upstairs. Came in over night for work and got no sleep. The front desk was no help didn't even offer to move rooms.

The Holiday Inn Express desk called me shortly before our arrival and canceled our reservation claiming that a system error had caused them to be overbooked. The room was confirmed with a credit card in advance. This left us hanging and having to find another hotel room on short notice which turned out to be $71 more expensive. We will never book Holiday Inn Express again.

All of the staff we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot and plentiful. Several food choices. Had a comfortable stay in the hotel.

Our room cost over $200 for one night and along with our room smelling like dirty feet, waiting at least 10-15 minutes for staff to come to the front desk to check in/out during normal business hours, the staff called the police on a family who asked about a broken card access on a door from the pool to the outside. The staff were aware that the door was broken and they would not allow it to be propped open, which was a safety hazard as there were many kids from a baseball tournament in the pool. When the family asked if they could either fix the door or leave it propped so they could enter quickly if there was an emergency in the pool, the staff became belligerent and 10 policeman showed up to escort them out. The hotel is well aware they are hosting young kids. The kids were crying, traumatized by the totally unnecessary situation. Easily the worst hotel experience in my life, mainly due to staff.

If you're going to charge over $200 for a Holiday Inn Express in the middle of nowhere, then it had better be immaculate. This place is not that. The front desk clerk was the highlight of my stay. The rest? Meh. Pretty salty about how much I had to pay to stay in this little podunk town, but I had no choice.

Breakfast was advertised at 630 but staff said it didn’t open until 7. Lobby smells of mold, room smells stale, bathroom had a hole in the wall and was very beat up. Would not stay again. Rate when booked was $199, charged $280 at the property. Would not recommend.

Stayed two nights for a wedding. Very accommodating. Everyone enjoyed their stay and breakfast.

Morning breakfast was horrible! We spent 2 nights and both mornings ran out of breakfast pretty early in the breakfast times and ran out. When asked about it, we were yelled at stating they were working on it but only produced small portions for a sold out hotel.
