very clean. very safe. one complaint that I do have pool was not heated

Booked a weekend get away for my family, parents, and my brother and his family. We booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool. First night we arrived it was closed, the next morning it was also closed. We spoke to Malinda the kind front desk clerk, whom had no idea why the pool was closed. She said the pool would be closed all weekend. Everyone was really disappointed. The kids mostly! Malinda right away started making phone calls and trying to find out why the pool was closed and why no one notified her and the staff. She was very helpful. The entire family left for the day to try and make the kids happy and enjoy the day. We came back at about 2pm and Malinda told us the pool was open again. She had made some calls and talked to the person in charge of cleaning the pool. Somehow she managed to have them reopen it. The kids spend whatever time they could there and were very happy. A big thank you to Malinda for going above and beyond to help us. She was very thoughtful and kind!

Hotel looks brand new and was really nice. Parking lot was well lit and nice. I really wish they would keep the pool a little warmer and a hot tub would have been nice.

Front desk staff unaware of elevator being out of order. Made for a long walk with luggage after a long day driving. No free breakfast at this price. Won't be back, don't recommend.

The hotel advertises full breakfast cooked to order in great signs, but the restaurant is closed on Mondays according to staff. The restaurant was also closed on Sunday night. This seems to go against the advertised amenities which do not mention any closure. We also got swoken by a fire alarm in the night, in the morning the elevators were not functioning properly, maintenance personnel seems non-existent. Overall the property seems fairly run down, located next to a giant scrap yard with vicious guard dogs. This was one of our worst stays in quite some time

Nice place, very comfy bed and pillow, far enough away from the freeway so no noise. Onsite restaurant and bar did not eat there but looked good. Oh, and with a full bar too! Will be back in future!

Bar was suppose to open at 5 - didnt. Bartender was busy doing something else!. Hire some help!

everything was great. the only issue was that the elevator worked for us to go up to our room but to go back down the buttons weren’t working to bring the elevator to our floor so we had to take the stairs on the way down. and the black out curtains were fixed so we couldn’t close them to block out the sunlight

Good: -clean sheets, hot shower, quiet room. Not great: -musky room smell, stained curtains, stained hallway floors, no refrigerator, no breakfast. It’s a nice quiet hotel but it could use a lot of upgrades.

Our hotel room was dusty, it seemed that no one had looked at the room for days. The toilet needed an upgrade, we had to request a plunger, in all my years, I've never had to request a plunger. The drapes were old, the sheers were torn. The carpeting in the hallway needs an upgrade. Regarding the restaurant, the breakfast staff needed help, Briana did her best to take care of us.The bed was very comfortable.

after being on the road for 12 hours i just wanted to get to my hotel and relax. Upon arrival there was a sign stating the clerk would be back shortly. A gentleman that was standing nearby informed me the clerk was on lunch break, which i do understand but i was just exhausted. After a 30-35 minute wait i was able to check in. Then in the morning when i went to shower there was a dead cockroach in the shower. I informed the morning clerk and received a half hearted apology but that was it. I probably won't stay here again.

The guy at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. The carpet in the rooms were a little wet and dirty. There was hair in the tub.

Wonderful stay. And the staff was really nice and helpful. We loved the quiet, clean, beautiful room. We had a very good stay.

Stayed in a regular king room for the night. Room was pretty filthy. Stains on the curtain,wall by the toilet, sofa chair. Walked in and grabbed the lysol before sitting on the sofa chair. Woke up in the middle of the night to the smell of urine that was coming from both of my pillows...pretty gross. Staff did provide me with more pillows, but yeah...Room wasn't close to the level that other's reviews mentioned. Unhappy visitor.

Staff Great. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. killed three big roaches in our room. Blood stains on the curtains. Broken window screen. Room rates are too high for this hotel. Cracked shower.

We didn’t receive our welcome packet. The television was not working properly. We were very tired and the noise level made it hard to sleep. The man who checked us in was super cool, however.

The entry lights dodnt work, room was dark when we arrived. Outlets on the lamps dont work. Carpet was "repaired" but not well. Shower waa had a bad repair done as well. Staff was friendly. Check in was quick & friendly. Hotel property is clean.

Our stay was average. The room itself was decent, though it had a few minor issues. Not all light fixtures had outlets for charging, and one wall outlet didn’t work when I tried plugging in the Keurig. When I brewed a cup that was about 70% full, the Keurig overflowed with coffee. It seems there may have been leftover water inside the machine. Overall, it served its purpose for a one-night stay.

I served our needs, clean, and quiet. Just surprised there was no fridge or microwave which is the usual. Property was well kept.

The property is fine, and I’ve stayed here about 5 years in a row. But there are no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms. This is inconvenient for me, and I will be going to another hotel next year, even though I like this place. And I like to eat dinner in the bar and restaurant . But a fridge and microwave are a must for frequent travelers.

The front desk employees were great. Very nice and welcoming. Only complaint was the AC unit kicking on very frequently and the room we had was right next to the side exit door which every time it closed would slam and make a big boom and wake us up. Other than that it was fine

Quiet location with no road noise. Bed comfortable. I gave ok rating due to the wear of the property. Furniture in my room had tears, coffee maker didn’t work, no hot water in sink.

And got all of the customers checked in quickly, never missing a beat and with a friendly smile. Dinner at the restaurant was just right. And again, wonderful staff. Dear Holiday inn I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent check-in at your hotel. I arrived at the hotel and checked in at 11:00 am. I understood that my room would not be ready until after 3:00 pm, which was perfectly acceptable to me. However, when I returned later to finalize my check-in, I encountered significant difficulties with the front desk staff member on duty. The receptionist repeatedly insisted that there was no reservation under my name and directed me to the hotel next door. Despite my attempts to clarify the situation by providing my name and spelling it out multiple times, as well as showing my identification for verification, she maintained that there was no record of my booking. After a considerable amount of time and effort, she eventually located my reservation but then claimed that the deposit had not been paid. By this point, I was quite frustrated with the lack of assistance and professionalism displayed. I promptly provided my card to cover the deposit, for the second time, the overall experience left much to be desired. I believe that this situation could have been handled more efficiently and courteously. The receptionist's unwillingness to assist and her dismissive attitude were not reflective of the standards I expect from your hotel. I hope you can address these concerns with your staff to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar issues. Thank you

The staff was fantastic. From the check in, to the maintenance guy that helped us with our air conditioner, to the restaurant staff. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel itself was just okay, but the staff really elevated the experience.

In general this is a safe and clean hotel and a good stop over for a trip to Palm Springs area.

Place is clean, staff informative, bartender nice, rooms quiet and clean. Location is easy to find and many dining and shopping places near. Freeway access and near many gas stations.

The only issue we had was the super expensive breakfast that isn’t included in the cost of the room and the cashless snack options at the front desk. Very inconvenient and we had to pack everyone up and drive to a store for a few small items. Not worth the cost for the room at all.

My trip was based on family and friends, and I enjoyed it. I thought that the parking lot was well lit and clean as the entire outside was. Hospitality was very good and the room was clean and welcoming. Did not appreciate that there was not a breakfast for the price you pay unless you pay extra.

The staff was very nice. I am used to a continental breakfast offered at Holiday Inn so was somewhat surprised that it was a full restaurant. They did allow for a reduce rate of $10 for any choice of any item on the menu. The only negative was our final night we had a very heavy walker in the room above us, and I don’t think they slept. I have already booked another night for our return trip.

Stay was fine other than the dact that they charge you $22 for breakfast buffet. I paid alot for my room to begin with. Wont be returning. No jacuzzi either was a downfall.

The hotel was nice. The restaurant was very convenient and the food and service were outstanding. It surprised me. The hotel was close to other amenities for pretty much anything you could need.
