Our first room had a bad odor. Changed rooms. Second room right next to it had an odor but not as bad. Room smelled moldy. Went to use hot tub and did not go in. Water was not hot. Water was murky and green and there were lots of dead bugs floating around. It was gross. Will not be staying here ever again. Also very overpriced for what you get.

It was quiet, clean and comfortable, with a large and well-stocked breakfast room, courteous staff, and convenient to both freeway and nearby shopping. We enjoyed our relaxing multiple-day stay and definitely plan on booking there again on future visits to the area. The single drawback we experienced was that of access. While hotel parking is close and convenient to the building, the hotel itself is set back from the street behind other commercial development and streetside directional signage is lacking, making it difficult to get to the hotel itself. Until you have negotiated the frontage businesses several times and know where best to turn off the street to get to the hotel parking, this can be vexing.

I enjoyed the hot tub but I smacked my face into the side light window to the left of the rear exit going out to the pool. Please put a sticker on that window so other people do not smack into the window too. My reading glasses cut my nose but I will recover soon.

Service was good. Short staffed so no cleaning service unless requested which is fine since we only stayed one night. Pool is an okay size but it didn’t have many people so that was nice. Also, great sushi place in same plaza. Clean for what it is

Indoor pool/hot tub were out of order. No prior notification was available. Wall paper was falling off the walls. Stains on showers. A/C was loud and kept us awake. Loads of other issues with the facility. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Value was not good.

Our room was not clean. There were almonds on the carpet as well as other debris. When I walked barefoot on the carpet there was dirty that stuck to my feet. The bathroom mirror was dirty. The shower had someone’s hair on the shower wall. The bathroom floor was dirty.

The room was infested with bag bugs and me partner didn’t even get offered a room to stay and we drove four hours to get there was very devastated how to drive back home with bedbug bites all over our body. Please do not stay here horrible hotel, and bad service.

The room was filthy! It look liked it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Full of pet hair. I assume dogs. Alll over the room. There was piles of dust in corners full of long hair. There was hair all over the pillows in the room and the furniture was filthy. So much dust!! Then the bottom bed base wasn’t covered so you could see stains all over it. The room smelled like a bottle of pinesol was poured in their to hide the smell of animals, gave us a headache all of 10 minutes being in the room. I asked for our money back and he gave us another room. This one had carpet so of course you can’t see the dirt but it was still so dusty and the freezer looked like it had mold on it. Woken up to dogs barking in the hall way. So inconvenient to move around floors and pay almost $300 a night for a disgusting room!!

Hotel couldn’t find my reservation, had to book another room then contact hotels.com to work out a refund with them, no apologies, 1 of the room keys didn’t work, TV didn’t work, and some dirty residue was in the toilet that I had to flush when I checked in. Do not recommend.

The hotel did not inform us in advance the room we booked was not available. They “upgraded” us from our king to two queens. It wasn’t an upgrade because we don’t need two queens and they refused to compensate us. The option was basically get a refund and get out. It was 9pm and we had no where to go so we had to stay. If the property gave us the notification in advance, then we would have gone with another hotel. When we did get our room, it had a burnt out light bub so lighting was horrible. Honestly, don’t go to this hotel and possibly any la Quinta.

This hotel is in a great location with plenty of restaurants and fast food close by. Easy freeway access. I was very disappointed with such a nice hotel there breakfast was continental breakfast and mot a hot meal, they should state that on there website.

Decent hotel - nothing bad or terrible. Almost missed Monday breakfast. On Saturday check in they said breakfast was from 7-10AM. Good think we noticed the sign - that's on the weekend only. Monday is 6:30 - 9:30 am. Breakfast was mediocre - sausage and eggs the only hot items. Coffee was good! Back door is supposed to be locked but never was - did not close properly. Refrigerator actually FROZE a cup of water. Room 223.

Decent hotel - nothing bad or terrible. Almost missed Monday breakfast. On Saturday check in they said breakfast was from 7-10AM. Good think we noticed the sign - that's on the weekend only. Monday is 6:30 - 9:30 am. Breakfast was mediocre - sausage and eggs the only hot items. Coffee was good! Back door is supposed to be locked but never was - did not close properly. Refrigerator actually FROZE a cup of water. Room 223.

My stay here was excellent. The breakfast options are varied, and there is a good selection to pick from with fruit, yogurt, waffles, instant oats, cereal, along with coffee and orange juice. The room was perfect. Staff was efficient and helpful.

The hotel was just off the freeway, conveniently located, and in close proximity to amenities. But you cannot really walk to the historic old town, better to drive, five minutes away. The hotel and room was adequate, nothing above ordinary. The breakfast was sufficient at best, cold cereals, packaged oatmeal, waffle grill, bread or English muffins for toasting, yogurt, coffee, tea and juice.

Check-in was easy and staff was pleasant. The room wasn’t bad, but the bathroom/shower needs to be updated and maintained. The shower head was old and sprayed everywhere. There’s mold around side of tub. Breakfast was minimal-some toast and to go danishes. No warm foods.

Great water pressure and free parking. Breakfast was free and the eggs, sausages, and waffles were great. Grounds inside and outside were clean and well maintained. Refrigerator was cold which was nice. Beds were very firm, too firm to be comfortable. Staff was excellent and common areas were cleaned regularly and often.

We have stayed at this property several times over the last fifteen+ years. Although, not upscale, it is clean, with a nice staff and conveniently located to Old Town and not far from the many wineries of Temecula. They offer a full breakfast and also have several restaurants close by. We will continue to stay here in the future and recommend this reasonably priced property.

I checked into this property with my two registered service dogs for a prepaid three-night stay. Within five minutes of briefly stepping out of the room, I received a call on my cell phone claiming my dogs were barking and stating that I could not leave them. my room had an wall air conditioner that leaked water all over the floor for two days. I didnt realize it was leaking until the first night, when I stepped to change the temp on the unit and got my socks totally soaked. I told the front desk about it on the morning of my second day and asked them to look at it after I checked out the next day. My concern was for leaking to the floor below and also the event someone ( a young child) could stand in the wet puddle on the carpet and touch the electric outlet which would be an awful situation, Hopefully they fixed or replaced that air conditioner. Maybe they should also check other rooms too.
