Staybridge Suites - Temecula - Wine Country by IHG

The rooms were very spacious and nice. They had unusual locks on the bedroom door and the bathroom door which you could actually lock yourself in. The hot tub was out of order.. the room keys did not open the gate to the swimming pool… The room keys did not work. It’s deactivated your room key then you had to go back to the desk and get your key redone so you can get into your room. Breakfast was nice staff was friendly. Other than that. It was OK cause I booked this hotel because it had a hot tub and it wasn’t working I was very disappointed. There was a lot of minor things wrong with this hotel.

Everything was great except until the last day not all the washers and dryers were working. Also the one elevator had a mind of its own. Other than that I love staying at this hotel. Will 100% recommend and most definitely will be staying here again.

Clean and spacious rooms. Property looks new. Great for extended stay. Would def book here again. Minor cons: Breakfast is not great but just ok. 3 Tesla chargers with 2 not working. Shower head is weak water pressure.

Many doors including the pool door didn't work and were marked "out of service". The pool was not clean my entire stay. Send or dirt that was never properly vacuumed out. Way too much chlorine in the spa pool. big nasty stains on the 4th floor carpet (that was cleaned the last day of my stay). Never a towel by the pool. Always have to call and ask for some.

Excellent stay! Loved it here, came with my family for a sports tournament and loved it. The hotel itself is in good condition, the pool closes late and they have a jacuzzi we didn’t come prepared but that would have been fun. The beds were comfy and clean, the room was spacious two queens and a living room with kitchen that was so great with kids. Lots of nearby places to eat, front desk was super nice and everyone was very nice, free use of super charges for our Tesla was a a super nice surprise. Would love to come back here :)

the Spa pool was nasty greenish and smelly. I mentioned it to the management but nothing was done for a day and a half... ridiculous. Beer cans and towels left by party people were left out and still there by 10.30 am... High level of incompetence. Sad. The facility is great but poorly run.

Everything was great. We used the pool, the fire pit and the grill, which was all great. Breakfast was not so great. Breakfast starts at 7:30, we got there at 7:40 and breakfast wasn’t ready yet until closer to 8. Food just came out but all was cold. Soda machine and juice was not working, tasted like nasty sink water. Waffle machine did not work well, only thing worth eating was the omelette and yogurt even though the omelette was cold. Hopefully they can fix this for the next guests

The towels that were folded were still dirty and had marks then the housekeeping brings me more with more stains on it. Very unhealthy to use people’s towels with stains. They need to use bleach or stain remover to clean the towels wash cloths hand towels and bath mat

The lobby was not bad but when the elevator opened on the 4th floor it was a different place. The carpet was so dirty it was almost black. There was trash in the hallways and stacked on the ground as high as the trash cans. I opened my door and the cat pee smell was overwhelming. I barely went in and had to leave. People live there and I had no idea but it was disgusting.

Upon checking in I had to wait 20-30 minutes because the front desk clerk was arguing with a customer. I had something very important to get too and the situation caused me to be late. And she tried to talk to me about it and I was just OVERLY annoyed because I was late too my event. Upon getting inside of the room it smelt like cigarette smoke and there was hair on the towels by the sink and all over the shower floor and walls and soap bar. It was absolutely disgusting. Even hair on the bead. Was not a great stay at all. I have videos of the hair.

This was our first time staying at Staybridge so we weren’t sure what to expect. We thought it was a brand new hotel or recently remodeled but it turns out it’s four years old. They are maintaining it incredibly. Pool area is a great place to relax even has a fire pit and bbq grills. Morning, breakfast was delicious. Lobby/dining area so comfy. Beds and bedding is so comfortable. Rooms are exceptionally clean.

Great hotel choice! Very clean and well kept. I saw people cleaning inside and outside consistently. Breakfast, WiFi included was an awesome touch. The staff were very nice and always greeted us. Not far from everything and there are enough food places in the vicinity.

Very dirty, the smell in the rooms was horror, the sofa destroyed. The breakfast was good! We had to wait like 30 Min for the check in to be ready at 8 PM…

Front desk person at night was rude and not helpful with our shower not draining. It also had blood clots. The couch was uber full of pet hair. And one bed had a blood stain. Maybe the sheets were not changed. :/ will never come back here.

The beds are excellent!!!! Room are very very large. My room had a foul smell on the sofa. The staff moved me to another room & were very nice.

Everything was great, but the sheets to the fold out were missing the first night.

There were no lights in the bath vanity area or the bedroom

I loved the whole property. It has a really nice lobby, dining area and living room area. The rooms are clean and very spacious.

Got the 2 bedroom suite so we could have some space and our own seperate rooms for the night to get some good sleep. One of the beds were not cleaned and had hairs in it from both your head and other areas of the body (it happens ppl human so was t swearing it as long as it got changed). Took over 3 hrs to come change it (asked before going to pool and still wasn’t done so had to call back). The tub didn’t drain right so we just used the shower. worse of all when it came time for bed, the ac was so loud in the queen side room that the kids ended up sleeping in our bed and my husband had to withstand the loud ac (he’s used to jets flying over him from military deployments) I got 2 hrs of sleep due to being so uncomfortable. Take care of that issue and I would have enjoyed the property as it was safe, quiet and like the space of the rooms. Ppl like sleep not loud ac units.

Nice new hotel, very clean and rooms very accommodating for a couple. Although close to the freeway, rooms are well sound insulated. Only problem was the a/c was too loud!

Room qas quite big and had a kitchenette which was very convenient. Substantial breakfast options. Only gripe was the motion sensor in the bathroom which got triggered when someone rolled over in bed. Easy solution was to close the door at night.

This was a nice place. Getting to the lobby was a little weird, but the room was a good size with a fully functional kitchen. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The breakfast was nice. Honestly think this will be our go to place in Temecula going forward.

The thermostat did not work at all, the following day after I checked in maintenance guys came to replace the unit, took a few hours. The main guy was super nice but I was freezing all night, couldn’t sleep. They only have old time USB cable cable charge ports.

I arrived and asked for early check-in and was told that wasn’t available. I told the clerk that I had called ahead and that the person I spoke with notated my account. When she still insisted there was no such thing as early check-in. I left my phone number with her and she said she would call me as soon as the room was available. I heard nothing until check in time at 3 PM. when I arrived to the front desk, I was still told I didn’t have a room available that I saw multiple people checking in before me. I had been on the property the entire time and had let staff know that I would be in the lobby area working. Nobody even bother to call me and let me know that rooms were available. I believe I didn’t get into my room until almost 4.

As the front person looked thru drawers, we saw one in their drawer. When we pointed it out, they did let us borrow it. A customer in front of us asked for toothbrushes which the front desk also said they "were out" (but we did see them in a drawer after that customer had left). The "hot" breakfast buffet starts at 7:30 AM. However, the hot items were pretty cold the first morning. We had to leave earlier the second morning. So, not sure if it was better the second morning. Prior stays there the hot food was hot. They did have coffee (we had to ask for the coffee cup lids which we were initially told they "were out", but found some a few minutes later) and cold muffins etc. available earlier than 7:30 AM. Prior stays the service was great. So, maybe just an off weekend this weekend?

When I tried to check in the lady at the front desk was on the rude side and insisted that we did not have a reservation. I walked outside to check the name of the hotel while scrolling through my emails. We were at the right place and when I walked back in someone else helped us. He found our reservation without delay!

We were traveling for a Lacrosse tournament: Your staff especially Dominique were amazing. Dominique acknowledged my daughters tournament win by spending his own money to purchase her a candy-He recognized and celebrated my Birthday-He is absolutely the primary reason we had such a great stay. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and almost like we were staying with Family. Your staff got up early and made us breakfast and everything was fantastic! Thank you for running such a great hotel and having an amazing staff !

It was great! Staff was super friendly, clean, quiet and big room. Daniel at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We loved our room very clean, everything looked new. Super quite. Will definitely be returning. Looking forward to our next stay with Staybridge in Temecula.

Upon arrival, we were told our room was not ready for check in. It was 3:45pm. Already 45 minutes after check in time. My mother had a bad knee at the time and needed the room to do her physical therapy routine, the best they could do was sit us in the packed lounge without a wait time estimate. When my mother complained, the front desk attendant told her there was nothing she could do for us and that she did not know how long we would wait. She said she would call the housekeepers to find out, and that we would have to speak to a manager because she didnt know what to do. No manager was on site. She told me to just write a review about the experience, she did not care. We waited almost an hour after that to get the room. This is past the check in time we paid for. Ron was the only staff member that checked on us, helped us with luggage and apologized for the wait. The front desk older woman did not care that we did not have a room or an update, she was very cold. My party avoided the front desk after that and kept to ourselves. They told us they only clean the room on the 4th day, we had an 8 person suite and asked if we could get it cleaned on the 3rd day because we ran out of towels and toiletpaper - that many people make a bigger mess than a 2 person room. They told me no on the phone because they had too many check outs as priority. The stay was decent, the breakfast was nice, but the staff does not care about customer needs.

When you check in they give you a piece of paper that says on weekdays they do a light cleaning, which includes making the bed, refreshing towels, emptying garbage bins and replacing amenities. To my utter surprise, when I returned to my room on Monday night, my bed was not made, an entire roll of garbage bags was left in the bathroom, there was a towel literally left inside the sink, and most disgusting of all they placed a bath towel right on the toilet. I asked front desk what happened. They told me the manager isn't in, but they will tell the manager and schedule a full cleaning for the next day. But this time when I came back to my room Tuesday evening, I find nobody had even entered my room. Shocked, once again I went to the front desk and asked what happened. They didn't know and said they'll ask the manager to call me the next morning. But unsurprisingly I never receive a call, so I call the hotel in the afternoon and am told the manager is busy but not to worry my room will be cleaned the next day. But after explaining I had already left messages for the manager twice, I didn't believe they would clean the room considering I am being completely ignored. So I was told to hold a second, and magically the manager was suddenly free to talk. She had the room cleaned for the first time on Wednesday. But then to my utter surprise, I return to my room Thursday night, and once again the room was not cleaned. Just some towels, excluding a floor mat were left on a table.

Shawn the operations manager was the best ive ever had. He was really attentive to my son and wife. He was the highlight of the trip. Our room was perfect. It was clean and spacious. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Beautiful hotel. A quick uber ride to downtown. Lots of places to eat with in walking distance. Our room was clean and really nice. It had a full kitchen. The bbq area outside is a nice place to have a glass of wine. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay here. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. It’s only a five minute drive or Uber ride to the downtown area which made it super convenient. I would definitely stay here and will probably be my go to spot anytime I’m visiting.

The room was clean and comfortable. Amenities were as indicated. The breakfast available daily was very good. The hotel is just a 5-10 minute drive away from old town Temecula and many shops. Great location.

Great service, great breakfast

Nice lobby, great staff. Horrible breakfast experience. Food & coffee ran out. Staff had to be told food was out instead of having someone check to ensure food was available. We weren’t able to get waffles due to a line. Then waffle batter ran out, no one came to refill or check. The breakfast space was clean and looked appealing but it was a sad surprise when no food was available. Finding rooms was also difficult. Very much like a maze.

I Dont have One Complaint! My stay at Staybridge was GREAT!!! They don't charge for parking. It was Clean, The Staff was great!, It was Spacious. They had a Complimentary happy hour, I believe it was from 4pm to 7pm. Free drinks, Wine and Beer, and Complimentary food as well. All delicious!!! And the breakfast was Awesome! So Fresh and delicious! I will certainly recommend this Hotel to my family and friends. And I myself, WILL BE BACK!!! Thanks Staybridge.

The room was comfortable. The pool area was nice. The included breakfast foods that should have been hot were not. Although the eggs and sausage were cooked, the temperature was cool rather than hot. On Sunday morning, 10 minutes after opening for breakfast, the coffee urns were out of coffee for 15 minutes. We found this disappointing.

The room was good however the breakfast in the morning was really bad. Cold everything and no cooked eggs by 9 AM!!! They said they ran out. If a hotel offers a breakfast in the morning til 10 how can they runout by 9? Dont offer breakfast if you cant do it right. The price i paid for the room included breakfast! That was one of the reasons i chose it. I will not return. Sorry..9

Wished we could have enjoyed the pool as it was inviting along with the fire pit that was burning brightly. The breakfast was hot and plentiful. Staff were friendly and helpful.
