Do not stay here ! Nasty!! Cannot use pool. Closed for health hazards! Does not honor refunds even though the property is so poorly kept.

We checked in and found that the elevator did not work. My wife is handicap and cannot climb stairs so we checked out without ever going to the room. I want a refund.

Couch in the room was ripped, tile was cracked and uneven in the bathroom, was told the pool was going to be open at 10 from one employee, another told me it wouldnt be open for a day or 2

Both elevators were broken, the food for breakfast was stale (muffins). Carpet was worn out and the pad was showing in my room.

Nice and quiet place.Gym and breafast was good. Will definitely visit again.

Terrible stay. Rooms were dirty. Asked for a free smoke and it smelled like a whole chimney. The bed was broken told the guy about said to fix the mattress. The pool was closed.

3 story building and elevator was broken. No water pressure or Hot water for showers. The staff was no help at all, the day time attendant did not care. I definitely would not recommend this place.

Access to the parking lot was difficult to find. The elevator was broken but that's ok because we needed to get some exercise climbing the stares. Staff were great.

I had to stay in Houston for a day and choosing this hotel was totally worth it! Everyone in the staff is really nice. They offer amazing free breakfast in the morning. I also had a really great time at their pool!

This place would get 0 stars if it were up to me. This place was absolutely disgusting. I walked in to roaches greeting me at 2am. I stayed until I could find another accommodation. Which I did but I couldn’t check in until 2pm that morning. So we sat up all night trying not to fall asleep because roaches were everywhere. While I waited for my new hotel to get ready, I bought some food. I sat at the desk and like 10 roaches came crawling from out of I have no idea where and tried getting in my food. I had to throw my food away. I told the staff and they said they didn’t know if they had permission to refund me. I contacted hotel.com and was told I could refund 1 of the three days. I contacted Texas Health and Safety Department. I showed them the recording. I even showed them my health records showing I’m allergic. Don’t go there the online photos are deceptive. That is the most digusting place I ever been. I mean I have seen a few roaches but this place has an infestation.

This was the absolute WORST hotel Ive ever seen. Dirty all over the place. The cleaners were trying to clean EVERYTHING with windex and of course everything was still dirty because the only thing they didnt use the windex for was the windows. The floors hadn't been mopped or vacuumed in God only knows how long. They had to move me from the 1st room because the sink was clogged. 2nd room the toilet was clogged. No one could come fix it so we had to shuffle between both rooms to get a working toilet and sink. Disgusting. So bad that I had to check out early and go elsewhere. I will be getting my money back!!!

Overall stay was good. Saw some cockroaches in the room which really had me disgusted. Other than that it was ok stay.

The property was unclean and the parking was very sketchy. We needed a extra towel and they told us they don't have extra towels. My deposit still hasn't been refunded to me. The front entrance was the only nice area of the property

Beds dirty full of crumbs or something! Cockroaches on tables not enough towels for guests and when asked for extra towel they told me there was none!!!! And to top it off didn’t return my id and they never answer the phone.

Too noisy.

Everything was very nice. The only negative is that traffic noise (the hotel is near a freeway) was much too loud. You really need to do something to lessen the traffic noise.

I had the air-condition unit leaking out water in my room 203, I requested for room change and the girl told me there is nothing she can do now, because no one is around to change room or clean it. She gave me towel and air Fershner. What a joke. Room even needed to be dusted

The hotel has stains all over the carpets. It says it is a non smoking place but that’s all you can smell going down the hallway. Stood at the front desk for 5 minutes and there wasn’t anyone there to help me check in. The toilet constantly runs. There is so much noise coming from the traffic that I’m not even going to be able to sleep tonight. The hotel is in need of a serious upgrade. Also the television sound is all distorted.

It was clean, however, the property was old and rundown. The tv remotes batteries were held in with scotch tape, though I brought this to the attention of front desk multiple days, lightbulbs were burnt out, there was no hot water in the sink, and it dribbled out, the showerhead pulled out of the wall, etc.

Room coffee machine didn’t work. To complain the phone had no wire connection. Front desk laughed and said they can’t help in fixing both.. They hold $50 cash as room security deposit. To return the deposit at checkout they took a copy of my driver license which never happened to me in any other places. Also the room carpet smells pee. My wife and I felt like it is some kind of rundown property. We felt this was owner’s issue. Poor staff they can’t help it.

Close to our destination, very nice staff and clean environment. Halls smelled heavily of smoke despite the key-foldes saying that all rooms were smoke free "always". The room smelled fresh, but to us the mattresses were hard, they didn't leave a full set of towels/washcloths, and no drain plug. We had to stuff a washwrag in the drain to have a bath. Over all pleasant but the hotel is dated. Pool was a bit dirty though it might have just been opening for the season.

The room itself is stuffy

The utilities were old, such as the slow running faucets and shower. The bed was definitely ready for replacement, soft spots and would make noise while getting on and off…made it flat a terrible sleep. The carpet had an order to them and damp will walking barefoot. Seems they tried to shampoo the carpet and left too much water on it and it was still wet upon checking in. Friendly staff and good breakfast for and early morning snack.

Carpet too old, it smells. Bad tub cracker around ,customer service not available specifically at night time, sometimes they let me wait over 1/2 hour … as nobody at the counter

I love them, the reception is very professional, Jessica helped me a lot with my reservation and the rooms are excellent.

The front desk ladies were Extremely Amazing. Huge shout out for their Above and beyond guest service efforts

I’m a frequent traveler but comfort inn in Texas was the WORST, I have NEVER experienced what I experienced there. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk to acknowledge us, then when she finally came she was on the cell phone didn’t even welcome us. We just assumed she was having a bad day but things got even worse. Going up there was smoke smell everywhere, the carpet was nasty, torn, & stained. We proceeded to the room & to our surprise the room was smelly, NO PHONE, toilet was so nasty ( with a dirty rim) the shower had no soap or even a place to place your soap, I had never seen this before. Things got even interesting, next day in the afternoon after we came back the room was never cleaned so we went downstairs to ask for clean towels because there’s no phone to call, a very rude male at the desk told us “ You have to bring the dirty towels to get clean ones” I couldn’t believe what I was hearing, no apologies, didn’t address any of our concerns so my husband carried dirty towels from the room to the front desk for exchange ( seriously unhygienic). The next morning we saw a housekeeper whom we asked to clean our room and she was very rude too she stated “you are not on my list so no” after this I had enough of this rude, unpleasant experience I told my husband & my friends that we have to check out. I’m not sure if the owner or the manager of this place is aware of this behavior but I will NEVER EVER lodge at a Comfort inn ever again! This was the WORST EVER

One of my two rooms smelled like smoke as soon as I walked in. I let Carla at the desk know yet nothing was done about it for the week that I was there. That same room had open/empty coffee packets and open coffee supply packets in the basket as if it had been put back that way as part of the cleaning. I left them sitting out on the counter for the cleaning people to see when they cleaned the room and they literally just left them there. My second room had an A/C malfunction causing the carpet in front of the window to be soaked enough to splash when you stepped on it. The manager’s recommendation was to have it shop vaced out but that the floor would unfortunately still be wet. He only switched it to a different room when I opposed staying in that room and expressed a concern for mold. The door on my room was so hard to shut upon leaving the room that it had to be slammed shut very loudly. Makes it kind of hard to not disturb neighboring guests at any time of day or night. This was not an overall good experience and will all be considered in future travel trips. But it’s not like writing this review will do or help anything.

Rip Off! I paid a $50 cash deposit at check-in, as per their policy. At check out, they REFUSED to refund it - saying the sheets had some stains. I went back to the room with the manager - the bed was already stripped, and there was not one spot on the mattress. Period! (and I took pictures) In addition, the manager was rude and condescending - very smug! I am 69 years old, travel frequently, and have NEVER been treated so disrespectfully

The place could use some upgrades. The elevator had a smell, not sure about their smoking policy but the cigarettes smell was strong in my room for one evening, noisy outside as it’s right in front of 69, tv remote did not work and had tape on the back, and the iron board was broken. On the other hand, it was clean, helpful and friendly staff, and the location was convenient.

It's really hard to find access to the hotel. On map, this property is located on a convenient location. In reality, I had to circle around three time to find the access road.

I would like a refund I didn’t know the quality of the place before I booked it. Reviews were good but we arrived w my newborn baby and it’s right off the freeway ppl driving around crazy loud under the highway. Random people keep coming in and out of the hotel. Smells like smoke and hookah and the second floor just is out of service or something all the windows were broken. Not safe at all!

Breakfast was decent (scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, fruits, yogurt, coffee) Just spend a little more and book somewhere safer.

Pretty close to downtown. Nice place to relax.

It's a very unsafe place to spend the night. The first night my friend's car was hit in the parking lot and they didn't help her at all. Another person's car was stolen from the same parking lot.

I got room the bathroom air extractor did not work, the female clerk offers me a spray for the bathroom, the male tall clerk refused to provide the spray for bathroom, the door lash did no have the plate to secure the door at risk to get robbed this place does not care about customers also the was rouches at the breakfast room... I would not stay there ever....The room smells because luck of air extraction. They need to make this repairs for the guest comfort.

Front desk check-in was very good. Hotel was clean in the lobby. The room wasn't too clean, the curtains had mildew on the bottom and the soap holder in the restroom was dirty or had mold I wasn't sure but I wasn't about to use it nor touch it. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Very good value for money. Breakfast and service were amazing. Plus it's in a great location. My room was clean and comfortable.

The rooms need to be remodeled with cracks in the bathroom ceiling and on the floor. The rooms smell molded and has a cigarette smell in the rooms. The breakfast area needs to be expanded. They serve eggs, sausage and waffles every day. No toaster oven for toasted bread available or hot cereal. Juice is not always available. The environment seems safe.

nice place, loved the snack area. Service front desk was attentive and kind. Breakfast in the morning couldve been a bit better. It would be nice to have a safety deposit box in the room as well.
