WE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS RESORT! We went here for our honeymoon and we would recommend this resort for everyone! The food was amazing ( we did not have any dish that was not good, everything was very fresh and delicious) , rooms-amazing, and most importantly the service wow'ed us. We have never been treated so well at a resort. We have zero complains about this resort. Its in such an amazing location. Around Cabo you cant really swim in the ocean but in this resort they have a little lagoon, where you get to swim in the ocean on good days, which was such a plus. We wanted to give some shoutouts to certain people that made our trip 11/10! Carlos, Omar, Axbal, Jesus- THE BEST SERVERS, so kind and took care of you! Juventino- BEST CONCEIRGE (we did not have to do anything, he even booked us dinners and arranged everything for us without asking) This resort is 100% a 5 star resort, would recommend to everyone.

Staff were very nice and helpful, rooms were spacious and even had snacks with m&ms and chips/drinks. Cleaning staff kept the room very clean and even had turn down service. This property did not have hot tub or even a heated pool, I specifically filtered That option when booking. There are no activities during the day or music, not lovely at all.

This hotel was a 5 star in terms of service, personal concierge(amazing job Roberto),stunning location, beautiful rooms, and well thought out spaces. Rated it a bit lower for some inconsistency in food, gorgeous bath tubs that couldn’t be filled up with hot water, and a spa that wasn’t fully operational with no communication. Although the massages were top notch(Lilia and Paloma it is a bit disappointing to pay those prices and not have a spa experience.

Our concierge Cristina was awesome and helped with everything. The swimmable beach was fantastic and clean. Food was very good and service was excellent. Massage at the spa was excellent, however unfortunately the hydrotherapy and sauna were not available due to renovations in progress. We would go back again to this resort. Our stay was outstanding.

Stayed for 6 nights at the reserve. Beautiful property. You really feel like you’re in a desert oasis! The pool was fantastic and the swim up bar has delicious drinks. The beach has amazing views and is very nice to relax on. Food was top notch as well. Overall “partying” options (If that’s your thing) may be lower than other places but if you’re looking to relax I don’t know what else you could want!

The staff at this resort were so helpful and friendly. The food choices were wonderful and the beach nearby was beautiful. We saw many rays flying out of the water on multiple days. I did think the drinks were watered down and the pool was a little lacking.

Our group had a fabulous time! Pros: The property is very clean and well kept and the staff is very helpful. Definitely recommend The Reserve rooms as it comes with extra perks such as an extra pool that is heated, included airport transportation, extra lounge with premium liquor and snacks, and more. The beach is gorgeous. Plenty of cabanas and lounge chairs. Our room had robes and slippers for use, beach bag, hair dryer, coffee maker, fridge with included snacks and drinks replenished everyday. Cons: the main pool is pretty cold, but in the heat of the day once you get used to that can be refreshing. It was neat that they had a little “coffee shop” but for a resort of this caliber I would have loved to have better quality coffee, but that’s just me being picky. 🙂 Overall we loved our stay and would definitely recommend. Tips: Make sure you reserve dinner right away as availability is limited especially for a large group. Bring your cash for tips/excursions and such ahead of time because the ATM fees are outrageous. Bring sunscreen, it’s crazy expensive to purchase there.

Exceptional property and service all around! Great food and extremely clean facilities and pools. Easy beach access and they have nice toiletries, a beach bag, and sunscreen for your use so you dont have to pack them. My only complaint was a strong smell of mildew in my room toward the end of the stay; I'm sure that's no fault of the hotel, just the humid climate. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for your best Cabo experience!

The hotel overall is great staff is great professional and friendly. The fact that people leave their plates out in the front door hallway brings rats. We saw a couple of huge rats on the hallways at night.

Property was nice. The main pool was pretty dirty and cloudy. The Reserve pool was always fresh and clean. We made multiple requests to our concierge for items in the room and we never received them. The sushi restaurant had the best food in the hotel! Unfortunately, our waiter only brought us one correct item out of the seven we ordered. He was messing up the orders at all of his other tables as well so we just ate what we were given. Overall, it was nice for the all inclusive price but lacked in service in many areas. Very clean property except for the pool water.

An amazing experience from the moment the hotel transportation picked us up from the hotel and back to the airport to head home to reality. Our group of 9 never had a bad meal once! The Cleanest facilities at a resort we have ever experienced Thank you Paradisus we will be back one day

This place is quite dated and interior space without the ac running smells like a mold and bacteria infested space. Didnt appreciate spending so much for a room that required upgrading (spending more) for a butler service room that essentially didnt utilize apart from booking dinner reservations. It was only for up to 3pm and then you are on your own! Everything else was thtough the phone in the room for any requests which totally defeats the purpose for a butler! The food for the most part was good and soon realized without the upgrade the food options you get have limited healthy options unlike the RESEREVE section of the resort. Some of the people were very friendly and some couldnt be bothered attitude. Overall id say Paradisus Resort is very overpriced for facility age, appearance and service. My worst part id say was being fooled by a bellboy looking man thinking he is going to guide us to our room and to show us around...at first he was nice but as i realized he was just trying to upsell us. His attitude quickly changed and turned around and walled away without saying good day, thank you or anything. Just walked away. The entire stay, when we crossed paths, he gave us weird looks. I wish i caught his name!

The cleanliness of this resort is the best I have seen. Excellent food and drinks. The staff goes out of their way to help and make you feel welcome. The rooms are bright and nicely decorated. Tonnes of chairs and daybeds at the pool and beach I could go on and on. We will be back. Staff who were particularly great were Carlos and Max at the beach and Julio the bellman who escorted us to our room. The nightly entertainment was also surprisingly great.

My husband and I recently stayed at this resort, and while there were some highlights, my overall experience was marred by several significant issues. To start, the refrigerator in my room was broken for two days, which was inconvenient and frustrating, especially in the summer heat. Management was not helpful until I noted the problem in my Expedia check-in review. Additionally, I was shocked to find that one of face towel provided smelled like vomit, and the pillowcase had a stain that looked like old blood. These cleanliness issues were unacceptable and made the stay quite uncomfortable. Moreover, the toilet room light wasn’t working, making it difficult to use at night, and the toilet cover was dirty when we arrived. These issues, combined with the unpleasant smell from the face towel and stained pillowcase, really detracted from the overall experience. On a more positive note, the Tokameku restaurant was fantastic—we enjoyed it so much that we went there twice. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. However, the same cannot be said for the other dining options. The food at Cielo was below average, lacking flavor and creativity. Capella’s food was okay, but the service was horrible, which ruined the dining experience. Skip the room service. I could not make such low quality dishes if I tried. Overall, while there were some positives, the numerous issues we encountered, particularly with cleanliness and service, make it hard to recommend this resort.

Stayed in a Reserve Room w/ swim up pool. The room was perfect and the concierge service a bonus but what makes these hotel shine is the excellent and friendly service by ALL the staff!! Loved that the beachfront has a roped area that allows swimming and has a lifeguard. The only disappointment we had was that the food served at the restaurants did not match the 5 starts of the staff and hotel. In my humble opinion, the food was only good/ okay, 3 starts. Most of the dishes looked beautifully plated and fancy but it only tasted mediocre. They need to focus on fewer dishes but make them great! If they improved the quality and taste of the food, the hotel would be amazing!
Stayed in a Reserve Room w/ swim up pool. The room was perfect and the concierge service a bonus but what makes these hotel shine is the excellent and friendly service by ALL the staff!! Loved that the beachfront has a roped area that allows swimming and has a lifeguard. The only disappointment we had was that the food served at the restaurants did not match the 5 starts of the staff and hotel. In my humble opinion, the food was only good/ okay, 3 starts. Most of the dishes looked beautifully plated and fancy but it only tasted mediocre. They need to focus on fewer dishes but make them great! If they improved the quality and taste of the food, the hotel would be amazing!

If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing spot, this is the place. This was a short trip (4 nights). I booked a Reserve room and it was worth it. I had an ocean view room which had views of the water between the palm trees. Room - Clean with comfortable bed. Fridge and snacks were stocked daily and had plenty of water. Loved the welcome package - mezcal, rose (from Expedia), fruit and macarons. The turn down service was a treat. Restaurants - I ate at the International, Asian, and Steakhouse. My favourite was the International and highly recommend it. Asian was good, but not a standout - I eat sushi twice a week, so my standards are high. The Steakhouse is included in the Reserve package. It was my least favourite meal and found the steaks at the International much better. Bars - The Reserve Lounge was a standout. The views from the balcony were incredible and the service was amazing. There were great snacks, both sweet and savoury. I loved their signature drink - it was sweet and smoky. I must've drank this at least 2x each day. Concierge - Grateful to Julian for taking care of everything I needed. He was quick to respond via WhatsApp. He helped make my holiday as relaxing as possible. Pools/beach - I stayed at both pools, and liked the quiet of the Reserve. Enjoyed the beach, but was too far from facilities. The beach was swimmable sometimes. Overall enjoyed the resort. Will come back if given the chance.

They apologized and proceeded to tell me that was in fact their ocean view. If I walked to the patio, stood in the very right corner, and turned my head to the right, I might be able to catch a glimpse of the ocean. Beware when booking that room categories are not as described! I do hope Expedia takes note of this and reevaluates room categories listed by Paradisus. After dealing with the rude front desk person upon returning from the garden room, we were finally able to speak to management who eventually made it right and gave us the room we thought we were getting. After an unpleasant start, we did enjoy the resort.

This is a very pretty hotel with good food and nice staff. They have a decent coffee and gelato shop and beach access. The bar/entertainment area is nice but wish there was another one. The only complaints were the air conditioning in the room is very loud, there were various areas under construction, when we asked for an item they wouldn’t deliver it, and the towels are old.

The room was also lacking it felt out of date compared to the hotel lobby and pools Etc. overall I personally would not stay again due to the outdated rooms and lack of fun .

This a beautiful property and well-maintained. There are several restaurants to choose from; most the the food was good, but lacked variety. The only two exceptions were Malva for breakfast, and Agua Marina for lunch. The food, the staff, and the margaritas (at Agua only) were exceptional. The room was clean and well-maintained. The only compaint would be a lack consistent entertainment at night. The two exceptions were an amazing guitarist, and a family band, with a 15 year old vocal sensation (everyone around agreed she should be on The Voice). Overall, we had a great time at this resort...and really appreciated the exceptional people who work there.

We stayed in an upgraded "VIP" master suite room. It was very spacious, and our check-in process was lovely. We had a great view and enjoyed the amenities in general. The food throughout the entire resort was excellent, as was the service. Our private butler got us hooked up with whatever we needed. The only few complaints I have are that the furniture in our room needed replacing or a serious cleaning at best. It was all white and very dirty, plus not overly comfortable. Also, our shower drain did not work well and the shower needed a good bleach scrubbing. Lastly, we prefer a quiet resort--while this place was not overly loud or obnoxious, there was a lot of DJ type music at the pool most days, along with evening weddings, so it was hard to enjoy peace on our balcony away from all of that. Overall I would say the resort is a good value for the money, but is not a 5-start experience, so to speak.

As a frequent and seasoned All Inclusive Traveler, I must say that the Paradisus is an excellent resort. The service was far and away the best I've experienced in Cabo. Special shout out to Carlos at guest services who helped us secure a last minute reservation and arranged a cab to deliver our bag that we left in the hotel lobby after checkout! Edgar, at the pool, was very attentive throughout our stay and provided excellent service. The designated swimming area at the beach was a game changer and completely separates this property from most in Cabo. In comparison to our previous trips, we found this resort to be limited on pool activities and nightly entertainment (other than cover bands), but the trade off was little to no hustle and bustle to reserve lounge chairs and beachside daybeds. The pool never felt crowded despite a large wedding party, and there was always adequate staff at restaurants and bars. I can't overstate how gracious and welcoming the staff was from start to finish. Overall, the food exceeded our expectations in both variety and quality and we appreciated the premium liquor selections. The rooms were modern with less wear and tear that is typical of most beachfront resorts. The turndown service was consistent with options to change the bedding daily and frequent replacement of towels, robes, and of course the inventory in the mini-fridge! I rarely leave hotel reviews, but felt compelled to show appreciation for an awesome stay in Cabo!

The overall experience was average but not worth the price. The resort is short staffed, which caused long wait times in the restaurants or bars. Overall many of the staff made us feel like we were an annoyance. There was a lack of follow up on requests, except for Franco who was very friendly and responsive. The overall experience was very odd because the resort was pretty empty during the stay.

Push time sharing or reserve points, said it would take 45 minutes but took 1 1/2 hours. Had reservations one night for dinner but restaurant was closed when we arrived. Maids were good, would attend to our room twice daily.

I absolutely love the Paradisus chains and Cabos adults only did not disappoint! The food was amazing, the service was A1 and all the staff were very, very friendly!!! I’d like to give a special shoutout to Servando! He was sooo helpful our entire stay and truly made our stay much more special!

We booked this Reserve Oceanfront trip 5 months ago through Expedia. We were on the opposite side of the resort from the Reserve and our view was of the top of the Gabi restaurant. They told us Reserve is an experience, not a location. It's hard to EXPERIENCE something when it isn't convenient to get to it. Also, Oceanfront is a LOCATION. Concierge told us to book our own reservations for anything off-property due to liability. Told us to call room service for honor bar requests. We could do that on our own. Beachfront area is bombarded with vendors who approach you every 5 minutes. Property (itself) is pretty but any upgrades (especially double upgrades) aren't worth it!! Will go back to Grand Fiesta Americana where they know how to treat guests (even without the upgrades).

I can't express how accommodating and attentive this staff are at the Paradisus! I was looked after ever so profoundly with my biggest request being moved to the MÉ (sister hotel) because I ended up alone on the trip (unplanned). Yes, they accommodated my request while also providing daily credits. I can't tell you the level of over the top service that Manuel the general manager provided. If you end up staying here, select the Reserve option as the private pool and exclusive restaurant are worth the extra fee! The food is divine otherwise.

WE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS RESORT! We went here for our honeymoon and we would recommend this resort for everyone! The food was amazing ( we did not have any dish that was not good, everything was very fresh and delicious) , rooms-amazing, and most importantly the service wow'ed us. We have never been treated so well at a resort. We have zero complains about this resort. Its in such an amazing location. Around Cabo you cant really swim in the ocean but in this resort they have a little lagoon, where you get to swim in the ocean on good days, which was such a plus. We wanted to give some shoutouts to certain people that made our trip 11/10! Carlos, Omar, Axbal, Jesus- THE BEST SERVERS, so kind and took care of you! Juventino- BEST CONCEIRGE (we did not have to do anything, he even booked us dinners and arranged everything for us without asking) This resort is 100% a 5 star resort, would recommend to everyone.

Wonderful adults only resort. Not a ton of activities but more a relaxing/chill vibe. Beautiful beach with TONS of whales right in front of the resort. (Jan/Feb) Only 30 minutes from airport. And about 15/20 minutes from San Jose and Los Cabos.

Loved our stay at Paradisus. The size of the resort was perfect (not too big) easy to get around. Has a great little private cove beach you can swim in although its a bit of a walk to get there..just stop at the beach bar to get a delicious pina colada before you head down :) They do also have beach service. The drinks here were delicious, fresh ingredients..not cheap mixer crap...and the booze was quality brands. Only restaurant that wasn't great imo was the Japanese one..other than that food was great...even the room service. Easy check in and check out...only strange thing is there were not any tvs in the entire place except for the rooms..which is a good thing but we were wanting to watch some march madness games and there wasn't anywhere to watch! So we got room service and watched in room. I just had never been to a resort without a bar that had tvs. For the moms--f you are traveling with young kids..i don't know if this is the resort for you. I did not see or hear anything about a kids club and they didn't have a kid pool with slides or anything like that. Some places are packed with this kinds of stuff but this place does not. They did have water volley net and a ping pong table pool side and also a sweet lady doing pottery painting and hair braids..just FYI. This is perfect for adults and older kids that don't need the little kid stuff ( i went with my 16 yr old) I never review a place but i really loved this resort...i will be going back for sure.

Excellent choice centrally located between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo! We loved the beautiful grounds, pool area, many restaurants and breakfast buffet, private beach and gorgeous views! It was quiet, clean and elegant with a Zen-like feel. My only suggestion would be to heat the pool and upgrade the room furniture which was a little worn. Otherwise outstanding hotel resort that did not disappoint! So glad we chose Paradisus! Highly recommend A !! Thank you for your hospitality!! 💕

What we liked about the property is the fact that it is one of the few all-inclusive resorts in Cabo that allows you to swim in the adjacent oceanfront. Even though it is a roughly 1-2 minute walk down to the beach, water accessibility was huge to us. The overall condition of the property is pretty good. When it comes to the rating, for a five star rating two things were missing a bit: The gym is definitely way to small. Two treadmills (one of them being broken at that) is definitely not nearly enough. Once 6-7 people were inside the gym, this tiny room was at definitely full capacity, so you will be at the mercy of your workout timing. The other fact was the dinner service. Since there is no buffet option (which is totally fine, since made to order tastes much better and is more fresh), restaurants are booked out way in advance. You should either increase capacities, add a buffet as a safe haven option, or, as a recommendation to the guests, book your dinners a week or two in advance of your trip. The food itself is amazing, the staff is fantastic, especially in the reserve area you are being constantly treated to a server taking your next drink order or dishing out small bites and treats. This hotel is a great option for a shorter trip up to seven days if you, like us, don't leave the hotel during your all inclusive trips. You will have great food, water access, a long beach to walk, great service and a clean hotel. The size of the hotel will feel too small after that.

You should either increase capacities, add a buffet as a safe haven option, or, as a recommendation to the guests, book your dinners a week or two in advance of your trip. The food itself is amazing, the staff is fantastic, especially in the reserve area you are being constantly treated to a server taking your next drink order or dishing out small bites and treats. This hotel is a great option for a shorter trip up to seven days if you, like us, don't leave the hotel during your all inclusive trips. You will have great food, water access, a long beach to walk, great service and a clean hotel. The size of the hotel will feel too small after that.

I would love to go back friendly people beautiful place to go recommend this to everybody. Quiet staff are wonderful. Couldn’t ask for a beautiful place to go. Beach was beautiful. Staff was wonderful. Definitely would be a 10 Star definitely felt really safe. The food was fantastic. Music was great. The pool was wonderful. The drinks were great. The beach was beautiful. I would highly recommend Paradisus Los Cabos! The property is beautiful and quiet! It was a perfect space for relaxing and spending time with friends. There are so many food options to choose from that are so good! The property and rooms were very clean. The staff were very kind, helpful, and friendly! I did not want to leave!

I found this hotel incredible, the location is one of the best .. the people who work for the hotel are very hospitable, friendly and always want to help in everything! I think it's one of the best options if you visit Cabos, if you can take the "the reserve" option it's great because it's worth it! I recommend renting a car for the trip and being able to go out and get to know the hotel

Paradisus gave us the most luxurious experience ever! The concierge service was amazing. The Reserve Lounge was a great touch to elevate the experience. The food...THE FOOD! This was the best food we have ever eaten at an all-inclusive resort. Drinks were top shelf. The rooms were great and if I had a "boo" on this trip, it would have been even better! ;) We are looking forward to returning. First time in Cabo, but not the last time at Paradisus!

Nice property and decent rooms. Wonderful staff. Issue is the food. Asian is quite terrible and some of the worst sushi I’ve ever had. Italian is barely any better. Mexican was closed. Steakhouse is not included. Need to vastly improve the food quality

The resort is beautiful and overall service was excellent, with the exception of our last night. Breakfast at Malva was amazing—fresh, flavorful, and a great start to each day. Unfortunately, the rest of our dining experiences were inconsistent. We had lunch at Aqua Marina, which was just okay, but the drinks tasted artificial. Dinner at Tokimeku was the standout—delicious and consistently good. On the second night, we tried Sante. The sole was well-prepared, but the prawns were mushy, disintegrated, and tasted old. On the third night, we dined at Capella. Again, the drinks tasted artificial. The spaghetti aglio e olio portion was tiny—child-sized—and the chicken piccata with mushrooms was so salty it was inedible. On our final night, we planned to dine at Cielo, but it was unexpectedly closed. With limited options, we returned to Sante. This time, everyone ordered the sole and salmon, which were both good. We ended the night at Tokimeku for dessert, but the service was noticeably worse than our first visit. While the staff was generally wonderful and the grounds stunning, the beds could have been more comfortable. The resort should also improve food quality and drink options across venues, and notify guests in advance about restaurant closures—especially when planning meals around them.

This was a last minute booking for me for the week after New Year's. To say that I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. The restaurants and the service at this resort were absolutely top notch. I cannot recall a vacation with a more attentive staff. For dinner, the restaurants were all Manhattan quality. Breakfast and lunch where your typical resort fare. There were some nice-to-haves including ice cream and coffee bars located outside of the main lobby. The resort had a beautiful pool. Beautiful views. It's located about 10 mi from Cabo San Lucas which equates to about a $40 cab ride each way. This is much quieter than Cabo San Lucas. Tours and excursions will pick you up directly at the hotel. I do recommend booking in advance. It was an overall fabulous experience and very reasonably priced. I would come back here again in a heartbeat. The staff spoke English better than most Americans. Speaking a little Spanish and tipping really went a long way.

We had a great time staying here. The transportation to the hotel was seamless, and the accommodations and staff were excellent — they were always on top of our requests. The restaurant was okay, though the food choices were limited. The activities and entertainment were decent, but I’ve seen better options at other all-inclusive resorts. Overall, it’s not a bad place — the pool is clean, and the property makes for a nice getaway.

Food costs are high in Cabo so we elected to stay all inclusive, but the food was not good. The italian restaurant was the worst by far. Mexican was just ok, go figure. Japanese was probably the best. The international was not good either. Taco truck by pool was great as was pool service, but pool was freezing, not heated. Drinks were decent, as was liquor selection, but beer choices were limited. Only dos equis or tecate, no modelo or pacifico. Breakfast was good everyday, especially the mexican cooked to order on the back patio. The concierges were great and very helpful. Whale watching excursion booked through hotel was excellent. We would not go all inclusive again, the food is just not up to par.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel for a short vacation post wedding. The staff are absolutely wonderful and make the stay. Specifically our concierge Carlos and waitress Jasmyn. They made us feel so special the whole trip. The food at this hotel is incredible. We were expecting to have subpar food the whole time but we were really shocked with how high quality it all was. Specifically the breakfast, poolside nachos/chicken sandwich and the Asian restaurant and steak house at night were fantastic. I highly reccomend booking the reserve package. You get a private lounge, access to top shelf alcohol, a private concierge who takes care of all restaurant and activity booking and you get to enjoy the steak house free of extra charge one night. You also get access to the relaxing cabanas for free. It was completely worth it and if you are going to stay here you should absolutely go with this package. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Only reason i would probably not return to the resort. Was the limited dining for an all inclusive. Food options were limited and food was mediocre. I only looked forward to the breakfast buffet. Also the juices they used for drinks had this awful after taste, like fake sugar.

We had an amazing stay at Paradisus Los Cabos and would absolutely come back! The swim-up room was the highlight of our trip. Having our own pool just steps from the room, combined with an incredible ocean view, made it the perfect place to relax any time of day. Waking up to the sound of the waves and being able to step right into the water was an experience we won’t forget. The staff throughout the resort were outstanding. Everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, making us feel valued from the moment we arrived until checkout. Their attention to detail and excellent service really elevated our vacation. The restaurants were also very good, with plenty of variety and consistently delicious food. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, we always found something we enjoyed, and the service at each restaurant was excellent. Overall, Paradisus Los Cabos exceeded our expectations. Beautiful accommodations, fantastic service, great dining, and a relaxing atmosphere made for a perfect getaway. We highly recommend it and are already looking forward to our next visit!
