No shuttle, no coffe maker, NO LUGGAGE STORAGE. Really upset. We booked for these amenities no working TV . Cost us lots more in Transfers as we used public transportation and had to Uber to train station. Totally lied in hotel.com listings . Shuttle actually sitting on property.

the staff was overwhelmed but did thier best! always polite and patient even though i witnessed other guests being curt and unpleasant. as to the property- the tv didnt work in room and i wasnt sure the door was ever properly locked. the elevator made me very nervous but at least the sheets were clean and the room ac worked.

The door key didn't work properly. The vending machines don't work and there's no wash cloths in the room. Good thing is that it's close to the Airport and Dunkin Donuts and Popeyes are next door.

The checkin was good. Room condition was terrible, I came back to the counter, provided a different room, better. After 30 minutes I discovered that it is also dirty. I was in non-smoking zone, but cigerrate fags found, when closed the window, the smell accumulated. They did not change any more. Next day I got a 2nd change of room. Better. If I could I left the hotel. Microwave should be present, but actually not. Common use microwave in the first floor lobby is very dirty and the table and the area where it is placed is also very dirty. The lock card is disabled every day in the mid day.

600$ for two nights with broken phone, broken TP holder shower was boiling hot , no fitted sheep on the box spring bed. Furniture is from 1981. Needs to be updated. Lady seems to be living across from room 202 with a barking dog. Idk no airport shuttle. 2.2 miles from LaGuardia is a $25 charge. - what a rip off - New York is a dumpster fire !

Furnishings in very poor condition. Not dirty, just look literally like something you'd see on the side of the road waiting to be hauled away. Curtains hanging loose, toilet paper holder broken, the thingy in the shower that switches the water from bath to shower broken off so water comes out half spigot and half shower head. Stayed Fri - Sun, Sat morning airplane noise was unbelievably loud. Once at 3:30 am and then starting about 6 am every 5 minutes continually until I left the hotel at 10:30. Sounded like the planes were going to land on the hotel. Sunday they must have been using a different runway because I only heard one really loud one at 1:30am and then surprisingly quiet. I was worried a little about safety traveling alone, but never felt unsafe. Parking lot is well lit. Bus stops are very close, so that's nice. I just can't believe they charge $230+ a night! This is a <$100 hotel.

Unsafe Unsanitary Conditions!!! I recently attempted to stay at the Airway Inn near LaGuardia and was shocked by the unsafe and unsanitary conditions. The room had curtains falling down, bedding that smelled sour, and cobwebs in the bathroom. There was extensive mold on the shower curtain, dirty carpet, and a bedskirt that looked like it had never been laundered. The hallways were dark and felt unsafe, and the exterior of the property was filled with garbage and debris. The furniture was in terrible condition, and the entire environment felt neglected and potentially dangerous. We did not feel safe staying here and left immediately. No guest should ever have to experience these conditions. I do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

The most disgusting place i have ever stayed in, Im not able to call it a hotel, everything was disgustingly, the washroom sink was black all around it and clogged, everything in the top and washroom was covered with dirt, the walls, mirrors, doors full of dirt and the floor, the bed full of dust like an abandoned place; the curtain in the washroom had a strong smell of pee and was completely dirty all over, not to mention the elevator being all dirty, smelly and not working properly, the hallways were disgustingly filthy and smells like a garbage place. We asked other guests about their experience and they had the same experience as us. This place should be closed down, is not safe for People to stay there.

I would give zero stars if there was an option for it. As you walk in, the hallway smells like pee and definitely unwelcoming. Then I walked in to the room, it is the most filthy hotel I have ever lived in. There was a chunk of someone else’s hair as I unfold a towel. More hairs as I was lifting up the sheets from my bed. I could write with dust over the microwave. Overall I could not think of one item that meets standard hotels. I hardly write reviews specifically when it comes the negative side. Today I am writing this to prevent next victim falling in to this trap.

Everything about that place was HORRIBLE. My key NEVER worked. The bed was hard as a rock. The phone was disconnected. The tv barely had basic cable. No fridge. No microwave. The desk didn’t have a chair. The shower curtain was COVERED in black mold. The walls and ceiling had tape and questionable stains in numerous places. If I could rate this place a ZERO out of ten, I’d give it a -7.

The word “DIRTY” doesn’t do justice. The bed has actual dirt and stains on all the sheets. The blankets had moth bites and cigarette burns. The bathroom had trash in the bin and cream all over the counter. The ground had not been vacuumed and was full of dirt and trash. It should be shut down- there is no reason to ever stay in this place again. I had to check to make sure there weren’t cockroaches before I slept. The manager did not care to ensure its cleanliness when we complained, it’s clearly a scam for money. Will be reporting this place to the department of health for major cleanliness concerns.

Without a doubt, the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. We did an overnight for a very early flight out of LGA. It would be more sanitary to sleep on the floor at the airport than stay in this room or hotel ever again. You really should consider not listing them as an option for your site. See photos attached. I mean look at the graphite on the furniture, and the condition of the lampshades. We were terrified to leave our suitcases on the floor.

Very dirty. Sheets with no blankets, requested blankets and got more sheets. No cable on the tv only antenna with a couple channels. Room looked like it had not been thoroughly cleaned under the beds and couch in years. Was only given 1 room key for 3 adults. Cockroaches in bathroom. I could go on and on. Would not recommend.

This room was priced at 220, most of the hotels around the airport were around 400, which is a positive of sorts. The mattress is old and makes noise, the air conditioner barely gets the room to 80 degrees, the elevator is questionable, and the shower threshold will not keep all the water off the floor. If my company had a higher hotel threshold I would not have stayed here, but now that I know, I won’t when come back in 6 months.
This room was priced at 220, most of the hotels around the airport were around 400, which is a positive of sorts. The mattress is old and makes noise, the air conditioner barely gets the room to 80 degrees, the elevator is questionable, and the shower threshold will not keep all the water off the floor. If my company had a higher hotel threshold I would not have stayed here, but now that I know, I won’t when come back in 6 months.

Disgusting room. There was a used condom wrapper under the desk, the lamps didn't work, the room stank, and the key to the door didn't work. They refused to provide a new key. I left. Unacceptable.

the staff was overwhelmed but did thier best! always polite and patient even though i witnessed other guests being curt and unpleasant. as to the property- the tv didnt work in room and i wasnt sure the door was ever properly locked. the elevator made me very nervous but at least the sheets were clean and the room ac worked.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I got rear ended and was sceptical about leaving a car with a broken window there but they helped to patch it and make sure my car was by the windows. Hotel itself was very dirty. First night it smelt like smoke, walls were dirty and the shower curtain was hanging on by a thread.

The TV was not connected to any receiver or cable box, so was useless. There was no coffee for the coffee pot. Each day we asked for coffee and the staff would pretend to look for some then send us to the donut shop across the street. We had no maid service for four days. We had to go looking to find a maid to get more towels and toilet paper. When we said we needed the room serviced it never was. Half the buttons on the phone were missing, and the remaining ones were not labeled. The was no vent fan in the bathroom. We paid for all four nights at check-in, but routinely had to get new keys because our keys would not work. On the plus side, the refrigerator worked well, and there were no bed bugs.

Right from check-in the room wasn’t ready. We had to wait in the hallway for half an hour. It was a constant beeping noise from construction nearby until four in the morning. This is obviously a short stay hotel because people are coming and going and having loud sex until 4 AM and then nothing but the construction beeping., The only save for this hotel was the front desk staffing especially Tariq!! He secured my items that I left in the room until I was able to come back two days later and recovered them!! Trustworthy an excellent in person because of him I might return, but only for a short stay! Tariq, your boss should give you a raise!!

The property on picture looks brand new, but it is old and thirty, the staff is terrible, I asked to turn on the heater because the place was cold and I got a little heater instead, it never worked. Next day I also asked to change my trash bag in the bathroom and nobody did it. At noon when your time is over they come to your room to let you know you have to get out. Never this place again. I prefer to spend more money on a different place than staying again here.

We stayed here due to the computer outage which meant Delta cancelled our flight. It was the only hotel under $700 available that night. Close to La Guardia is its only true asset. To be fair the room was clean but very dated. Very dated bathroom but again clean. There even provided for all five of us in the family to stay in the sane room. 2 double bed and a sofa bed.

My wife stayed at this hotel based on its proximity to LaGuardia airport. She wishes she hadn't. The room was not clean, the television did not work, the area seemed unsafe, the walls were thin, and the staff seemed sketchy. Furnishings in very poor condition. Not dirty, just look literally like something you'd see on the side of the road waiting to be hauled away. Curtains hanging loose, toilet paper holder broken, the thingy in the shower that switches the water from bath to shower broken off so water comes out half spigot and half shower head. Stayed Fri - Sun, Sat morning airplane noise was unbelievably loud. Once at 3:30 am and then starting about 6 am every 5 minutes continually until I left the hotel at 10:30. Sounded like the planes were going to land on the hotel. Sunday they must have been using a different runway because I only heard one really loud one at 1:30am and then surprisingly quiet. I was worried a little about safety traveling alone, but never felt unsafe. Parking lot is well lit. Bus stops are very close, so that's nice. I just can't believe they charge $230+ a night! This is a <$100 hotel.

Pros: location is near the airport and they could provide a room with 2 beds for a flight arriving around midnight. Staff was friendly. AC in room was adequate. Cons: bugs- I saw dead ones stuck inside the picture on the wall plus a couple small ones in the bathroom. I didn’t really ever relax thinking about how many others might be there. No shuttle, no coffe maker, NO LUGGAGE STORAGE. Really upset. We booked for these amenities no working TV . Cost us lots more in Transfers as we used public transportation and had to Uber to train station. Totally lied in hotel.com listings . Shuttle actually sitting on property.

Just needed a room for myself to catch early morning flight at LGA. I’m not real picky so went cheap ($300/night after taxes etc.). 2nd floor Room didn’t appear to have even been vacuumed in a while. Thermostat on wall was non functional. Ran A/C unit in window on Hi the entire time and while it was putting out cool air, it did not cool the room. Window was open when arrived and when closed there was no way to lock it. It was 2nd floor, so someone could have come in through the window if they wanted to. TV was useless - online booking said breakfast included but that was not accurate. While the staff was pleasant, it was a very uncomfortable stay overall.

Upon arriving at the hotel, the main lobby door was broken and didn't shut completely. Wind and rain were entering the small check-in area. there was a sign at the check-in area warning customers not to bring food into facilities. We eventually checked in and went to our room. For starters the room had a foul odor. the bed was missing pillows and looked unclean. I didn't even sit on the bed in fear of bed bugs. the bathroom tub had mildew around the bathtub caulk. We left immediately. We stayed no more than 5 minutes and returned the door key to the receptionist. Stay here at your own risk!!!

Neither Soap nor Shampoo in the bathroom. The ceiling was shedding some white material, my phone was covered with it by the time I woke up. I found out shortly before leaving that the bed sheet I covered myself with had a dry blood stain. No breakfast.
