If you fancy a rat race for the sun beds on a morning then this is the hotel for you… my views is the facilities at the hotel do not cater for the amount of guests they have, the pool is small, not even 90 is beds for a hotel that has 288 rooms, the restaurant was small and crazy busy, i hot drinks machine had to queue around 20 mins for a drink, same with breakfast.. rooms was ok, not how it’s displayed through pictures, beds comfy, air con was brilliant, quiet nosey on a night but not hotels fault that was just other guests

He estado cómoda, agusto, el personal muy atento y simpático, siempre con una sonrisa en la boca, la comida muy buena sobre todo los croissants de la mañana, animación buena, inconveniente, el todo incluido debería ser también para la bebida,sobre todo de la hora de comida y cena y el spa, solo iba el chorro grande y el jacuzzi, hace falta un reajuste para eso, sobre todo por el precio,y bueno la piscina y tumbonas quedan cortas para albergar a tanta gente en general le doy un 7,5

Piscine pas agréable du fait de la disposition des transats. Les gens fument sur les transats alors qu’il y a un espace plus loin. Les secouristes ne sont pas attentifs et constamment sur leur téléphone, la clientèle en majorité étrangère ne jettent rien et l’espace autour de la piscine est sale. Dommage

Nice stay, well located 10 min walk from beach. Pool area was nice. Areas for improvement: We stayed in suite which was nice but as it got hotter the smell of sewage from the bathroom was strong. Having to pay €7 per night for a baby cot is excessive when staying for multiple nights

Bajo nuestra opinión este hotel no merece para nada tener 4 estrellas, la comida es muy escasa en su variedad. El spa no vale el precio que piden es super enano. Hemos estado en muchos otro hoteles de 4 estrellas con spa que no tienen nada que ver con esto supercompletos cien veces más grandes y con un precio mucho más asequible. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Bajo nuestra opinión este hotel no merece para nada tener 4 estrellas, la comida es muy escasa en su variedad. El spa no vale el precio que piden es super enano. La puerta de la habitación con 3 dedos de espacio en la parte de abajo, tuvimos que poner la cobertura de la cama para que no entre aire, que no se vea la luz e intentar amortiguar un poco el ruido del pasillo, aunque eso era imposible, se escuchaba todo. Nada de insonorización. Las 4 estrellas no se las mereció ni cuando era nuevo para estrenar. Las camas horrorosas, aunque sean dos camas, nunca se separan de esa manera si la cama es de calidad, no es el caso, bailan simplemente por la habitación, colchón, almohada ni mencionar. Aparte de los productos de higiene, no puedo mencionar nada positivo. Eso no se puede decir que es un 4 estrellas. Servicio de Spa y gimnasio tienes que pagar aparte para utilizarlos. Comida, regular. Para el hotel lleno solo dos dispensadores de bebidas y cafe, haciendo cola para todo, una locura.

Food was cold had to use a microwave to warm it up I think the food is what they used for lunch for all inclusive for an eveing pool was dirty from things off the trees getting in only cleaned it on morning. Bit far out to beach if you got walking problems taxi charge what they want

Le personnel est vraiment très accueillant, gentil, souriant, c'est très agréable merci. L'hôtel est très propre et réguliérement nettoyé, c'est parfait. Formule demi-pension via Expédia, je recommande fortement. Repas excellents. Le site n'est pas trop loin de la mer (10 min à pied) mais il est très difficile de se garer, et surtout, l'hôtel n'ait pas de parking sous-terrain personnel comme certains hôtels voisins. Je trouve cela très étonnant que les chambres ne disposent pas de double vitrage pour le bruit, comment se fait-il que cela soit encore du simple vitrage en 2023 et pour cette gamme d'hébergement. Nous avons passé un très très bon séjour, encore merci pour le personnel au top !

This is a review of two halves, firstly let's cover the good. On arrival the reception was clean and welcoming with friendly attentive staff. The location is good just a short walk from the beach with pleasant cafes and restraunts nearby. Unfortunately this is where the positives end. The Noise!! The noise from the corridors in this hotel can only be described as 'haunting', heavy doors with overpowered self closing mechanisms just left to slam shut by inconsiderate guests at all hours. 1am... Bang bang bang bang.... 3am bang bang bang bang..... 6am bang bang bang bang... 9am bang bang bang bang... You get the idea. This is almost always followed or preceded by bellowing fog horn type shouting from the less desirable type of guests. Whilst I accept this isn't the hotels responsibility per se attempts should be made to advise the anti social among us to be or at least attempt to be respectful and considerate to other guests. Next up bed bugs! What else is there to say about this? We had bed bugs and subsequently bed bug bites... Wonderful! We had the breakfast buffet and whilst there was plenty of choice and everything nice and clean most hot food was unfortunately cold. We spent 3 nights here and on this occasion it was 3 nights too many!

Pues la verdad que ha estado bien lo único que cambiaria sería la limpieza de las habitaciones por que solo hacen laa camas ni si quieran barren el suelo y de limpiar el baño menos todavía el personal de limpieza se ponía a dar portazos cuando limpiaban alguna habitación para despertar a los demás huéspedes me parece de muy poca vergüenza el baño pensábamos que lo habían limpiado pero no resulta que el baño olía a pipi la bañera igual sucia por que se me cayó champú y se seco y se quedó el cerco

Personnel au top ! Restauration au top La seule chose que j’ai pas aimé c’est le ménage dans les chambres, beaucoup de poussière sous les lit meuble ménage très mal fais. On a dû changer de chambre car sa sentais les égouts dans les wc et salle de bain ce n’étais pas propre !

Apparent, j'avais droit à des avantages, on ne m'a rien dit à l'hotel. En couple, nous avons eu le petit déjeuné qui était parfait. Il faut dire que l'on a passé une mauvaise nuit. Notre chambre face à l'ascenseur ne nous a pas épargné; bruit des discusions, des valises de l'ascenseur lui même et pour finir à 6h les balais qui tombe et qui tapent et les chariots des femmes de ménage. Avec la lumière du couloir exterieur qui éclaire la chambre. Pas fantastique du tout.

My higlight of this trip was the vip voucher as the spa was good. Good location Good dinner food Bad: Despide my vip status they did not offer me the late check out or the upgrade they did not know much about this services. Animation did not exist when we were there. Fridge not available in the room, they want to charge you for everything this was part of the things they charge. Sorry wont come back

Good location Good dinner food Bad: Despide my vip status they did not offer me the late check out or the upgrade they did not know much about this services. There was no guest parking with this hotel and we found it difficult to park our hire car. The car was towed away on one occasion due to unclear parking restrictions. Meal times were a little chaotic ... sometimes no tables are free due to lack of staff waiting on the tables. The food was varied and very good but we would have preferred some more vegetarian options. Coffee machine was awful.

Food was cold had to use a microwave to warm it up I think the food is what they used for lunch for all inclusive for an eveing pool was dirty from things off the trees getting in only cleaned it on morning. Bit far out to beach if you got walking problems taxi charge what they want

This hotel is in the quieter part of salou . The hotel is clean , food good choice, rooms good size and cleaned daily . Maids are respectful. Staff all very nice and welcoming on reception , always ready to answer any questions . Maria is good in the restaurant and is always welcoming to guests and also helps the canteen staff clear up . The rooms have excellent air conditioning systems that work well , fridge and a free safe A great hotel stay and a short walk to the beach

Hotel location conveniently located within walking distance to futbol salou grounds which was purpose of our visit. Also Short flat walk to beach area aound 5/10 mins. Food in hotel fine for short break. Good value for money.

Le personnel est vraiment très accueillant, gentil, souriant, c'est très agréable merci. L'hôtel est très propre et réguliérement nettoyé, c'est parfait. Formule demi-pension via Expédia, je recommande fortement. Repas excellents. Le site n'est pas trop loin de la mer (10 min à pied) mais il est très difficile de se garer, et surtout, l'hôtel n'ait pas de parking sous-terrain personnel comme certains hôtels voisins. Je trouve cela très étonnant que les chambres ne disposent pas de double vitrage pour le bruit, comment se fait-il que cela soit encore du simple vitrage en 2023 et pour cette gamme d'hébergement. Nous avons passé un très très bon séjour, encore merci pour le personnel au top !

He estado cómoda, agusto, el personal muy atento y simpático, siempre con una sonrisa en la boca, la comida muy buena sobre todo los croissants de la mañana, animación buena, inconveniente, el todo incluido debería ser también para la bebida,sobre todo de la hora de comida y cena y el spa, solo iba el chorro grande y el jacuzzi, hace falta un reajuste para eso, sobre todo por el precio,y bueno la piscina y tumbonas quedan cortas para albergar a tanta gente en general le doy un 7,5

This is a review of two halves, firstly let's cover the good. On arrival the reception was clean and welcoming with friendly attentive staff. The location is good just a short walk from the beach with pleasant cafes and restraunts nearby. Unfortunately this is where the positives end. The Noise!! The noise from the corridors in this hotel can only be described as 'haunting', heavy doors with overpowered self closing mechanisms just left to slam shut by inconsiderate guests at all hours. 1am... Bang bang bang bang.... 3am bang bang bang bang..... 6am bang bang bang bang... 9am bang bang bang bang... You get the idea. This is almost always followed or preceded by bellowing fog horn type shouting from the less desirable type of guests. Whilst I accept this isn't the hotels responsibility per se attempts should be made to advise the anti social among us to be or at least attempt to be respectful and considerate to other guests. Next up bed bugs! What else is there to say about this? We had bed bugs and subsequently bed bug bites... Wonderful! We had the breakfast buffet and whilst there was plenty of choice and everything nice and clean most hot food was unfortunately cold. We spent 3 nights here and on this occasion it was 3 nights too many!

Lovely clean hotel, food was decent for buffer style. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool area a little busy and cramped, not relaxing. We were in room 310 and the door wouldn't lock properly at times, additionally the hot water would go from hot to cold and then really hot again. The shower head kept falling down but someone fixed it. The tap in bathroom was too small for the sink and couldn't really wash hands properly. I think we may have been given the worst room in the hotel as we were two lads, often happens to men sadly thinking we won't mind. Good stay but probably stay somewhere else after this visit.
