Hotel Royal Plaza

Veniamo da Roma e abbiamo trascorso cinque notti in questo hotel sotto suggerimento della mia amica la quale è cliente. Posizione strategica al centro di Eivissa. Camere super pulite e molto grandi con grandi cabine armadio. Colazione ottima con orario fino le 11 vasta scelta sia salata che dolce e anche per noi che avevamo chiesto opzioni gluten free e lactose free. Piscina sopra non abbiamo usufruito ma era molto pulita e c'è una piccola palestra e spogliatoio. Stra consiglio sicuramente tornerò per il rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo staff è super gentile e ci hanno fatto il check out alle 12 e lasciato i bagagli in deposito per il nostro volo serale, dandoci possibilità di goderci la giornata ma anche di farci la doccia ed usufruire dello spogliatoio all ultimo piano. Che dire, grazie mille! Unica Not il parcheggio essendo al centro della città è difficile trovarlo, l hotel dispone di uno ma spesso è pieno giustamente e il parking vicino per un'ora si prende 9€. Quindi unica pecca servirebbe un parcheggio più grande o magari una convenzione con i parking limitrofe ma per il resto tutto eccellente!

Excellent location in Ibiza Town Centre and very nice and helpful staff. Lovely quiet rooftop pool area that is not too busy or overcrowded.

El spa funcionaba en horario muy reducido y temprano cuando el turista pasea. La piscina y terraza estaban cerradas

Tutto fantastico tranne la difficoltà a trovare un parcheggio. Dovrebbero convenzionarsi con il parcheggio davanti perché hanno pochissimi posti nel garage ed e’ anche scomodo fare manovra . Sarebbe peccato rinunciare ad un hotel pulito ed in ottima posizione con personale molto carino per la grandissima difficoltà del parcheggio costosissimo (4 euro all’ora)

Great location and very clean. Shame the gym isn't open earlier (opens at 10am). Pool was not in use at the time of stay. Bed very hard and uncomfortable. This hotel has lost its charm from when I stayed here previously. Also please bring back the club sandwich, limited room service menu this time.

Great hotel near all the action, but a few blocks away to keep the area nice and quiet. Martha checked us in and was very helpful throughout our stay. She was kind and professional. The rooftop pool is great. Love that they had a gym. Overall, this is a great hotel. Great staff all around. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel non nuovo ma tenuto benissimo. Posizione eccellente per tutto. La piscina nel rooftop, con lettini comodissimi, è un plus importante per chiudere una giornata.

La posizione è la pulizia sono sempre fantastici ma il l’archeggio e’ una tragedia. L’hotel ha meno di dieci posti auto senpre occupati. Dovrebbero fare una convenzione con il parcheggio davanti che e’ carissimo (4 euro all’ora) . Il personale e’ disponibilissimo, si arriva sia alla parte vecchia che a Marina di Botafoch a piedi ma non c’è’ una spiaggia vicino per cui la macchina e’ infispensabile e risolvere il problema parcheggio sarebbe fondamentale anche con un piccolo supplemento anche se il prezzo em già abbastanza alto .

The hotel was very nice, well-maintained, and clean. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Housekeeping did a wonderful job and was not intrusive.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Royal Plaza. The room was clean and spacious and we loved the balcony! We had a great time at the swimming pool and the views from the rooftop terrace are wonderful. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to port and bus stop as well as plenty of shops and amazing restaurants. Overall, we had a great experience and the staff was friendly and accommodating as we asked to store our bags with them while we explored during our last day until our evening flight. As it was our first time in Ibiza, this hotel will always have a special place in our hearts. Thank you for everything!

Ich habe insgesamt 8 Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht, Aufzug hat nie funktioniert und keine Entschuldigung dafür! Poolbar nicht geöffnet, zweimal Ameisen im frisch überzogenen Bett. Verstehe die guten Bewertungen nicht. Lage des Hotels sehr gut.

Oct 24- building works opposite hotel start from 8am daily all day and are very noisy. The hotel is situated next to loud bars which have shouting in streets every night,all night night, one being a strip bar. The beds are very hard. I’ve never stayed in such an uncomfortable noisy hotel. The staff are decent, however a problem with bathroom tap was not addressed when reported. No coffee/ tea facilities, pool looked dirty so didn’t use. The 2 stars awarded are for housekeeping which was every day and to good standard. Council tax is to be paid on 4 star property and not made clear by Expedia. Would I stay again? NEVER

It's a nice hotel, bit dated but very clean and a great breakfast! All the staff is very friendly and helpful. 200£ was a good value for money especially in Ibiza town

Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Unterkunft sauber und ruhig. War alles super.

El hotel necesita una reforma en las habitaciones. No obstante, está muy bien situado y la limpieza es perfecta. Dispone de aparcamiento pero solo con poquísimas plazas, así que no es fácil que tengas sitio. El aire acondicionado es centralizado y no funciona correctamente, pasamos calor. Desde el balcón de la habitación se ve todo el casco histórico, la Dalt Vila, de Ibiza, así como el puerto y las montañas que rodean la capital de Ibiza. Es excepcional. El precio es de los mas económicos de Ibiza donde los alojamientos son carísimos.

I’ve stayed here a few times when going to Ibiza and the only thing that frustrates me that for a 4 star hotel they don’t have irons or ironing boards available for guests and only offer a washing ironing service which is expensive and takes 24 hours to get items back…. Please invest in irons and ironing boards guests can request

I’ve stayed at the Royal Plaza several times and it’s always very good. The room we had was spacious, with a good size balcony and very clean, plus the bathroom is big with space to put your toiletries. The only thing is, there are no tea or coffee facilities in the room The hotel is in a quiet area, but it’s only a short walk to the main town, with shops, restaurants and bars, plus the harbour is close by too.

I won’t call it 4 star hotel, maybe 3 star. They don’t have tissue, body lotion, air conditioner, tea and coffee facility in the room and not even a dustbin in the room. Room size is good and beds are comfortable. I wanted to use the gym, but it was open between 10:00am to 5:00pm and no drinking water in the gym. The bottle waters the provide in the room are small, 150ml. Staff at reception are friendly and helpful, but the cleaning staff entered our room two times on the day of checkout without permission. This was at 9:50 and 11:15am. Check out time is 12:00 noon but they were expecting the room to be empty and want us to leave as soon as possible.

Sehr gute Preis Leistung. Sauberes Zimmer. Allerdings zu heiss ohne AC, draussen war es oft frischer als im Zimmer. Betten eher Hart, aber dass ist subjektive Präferenz. Immer gut gereinigt. Check in und check out problemlos. Lage ein wenig ausserhalb, aber Hafen und Altstadt in paar Minuten zu fuss sehr gut erreichbar.

Just a short walk from the Ibiza Town Port, you will find the Hotel Royal Plaza. We'll situated for visitors to access the local shops and restaurants, as well as the ferries to travel to many of the Balearic islands. Guests are warmly greeted on arrival, and promptly checked in. The room had a balcony with partial view of the waterfront, a soft bed and good sized bathroom which included a bathtub and bidet. The continental breakfast was lovely, and the restaurant had a reasonable view , mostly overlooking a family play area. The hotel is in a fairly quiet section, which is great for those travellers wanting to take rest in the evening, to pursue a variety of activities and sights during the daylight hours. I would definitely return to the Royal Plaza, and give it a recommendation.

Very warm room temperature and full pressure shower water. The hotel itself is very good but a night club along the street was noisy till the early morning!

Reception staff went above and beyond to help in any way they possibly could My room was cleaned excellently every day Breakfast was good

This is our second consecutive year staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We especially loved the spacious, comfortable room with a breezy balcony view. Convenient access to tourist spots and nearby villages. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel, nice stay and good 6th floor facilities. Rooms are spacious. What I didn't like was that the check out was at 12, but I had someone knock on my door multiple times around 1130, only to tell me check out is at 12. It is known that check out is at 12 and if there needed to be a reminder it should have been a phone call. As a solo female it was unsettling have someone persistently knocking on the door until I answered.

We were arriving from another area in Ibiza so arrived at the hotel prior to check in time. The desk clerk on reception ignored us, cursed and signalled to the baggage boy to tell us we were early and unable to check in until 4pm. We confirmed we knew we were early but asked if our bags could be stored until check in. The young lad was helpful and assisted us, whilst the manager continued to curse and continued to ignore us. We returned at 3pm due to the high temperatures outside. Another desk clerk was alongside the ignorant clerk who welcomed us warmly and advised that as our room was ready we could check in. The ignorant clerk reluctantly slid the card key towards us and spoke to the other clerk mentioning about the check in time yet again. The clerk that dealt with us stated that our room was ready so he would allow us to check in. Breakfast was poor. No hot food on display, although there was a sign stating hot food was available. No menu to choose from and the lady with curly hair who checked guests into breakfast told me when I asked what hot food was available she said 'no speak English'. I asked for eggs and that's all we had for the 3 days. She was helpful to all Spanish guests but was ignorant and non responsive to us. Very limited selection on offer and not worth the money. Some guests had pool towels however we were not given any advice or details on how to access these. Overall the hotel was dated but clean. No modern facilities.

Generell sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter, insbesondere im Restaurant, waren aber mit allem sehr überfordert. Die Situation im Restaurant war eine Katastrophe. Der Rest war in Ordnung. Achtung beim Auschecken. Hier wurde versucht uns Geld abzuziehen!

The morning staff was good. The night staff for 29th of December was horrible. The guy in the reception barged into my room at 21:00 asking if I brought 2 other people into my room and was asking me to pay up for extra two people. I said I was on my own. That staff really needs some racial discrimination training as he was accusing me for something I haven’t done. That’s not a way a staff treats a paying customer

We stayed here twice as it was perfectly located for the ferry to Formentera. Whilst the hotel itself is a bit dated, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Ibiza town is walkable and there are lots of decent restaurants close by. The roof top pool is the gem of the hotel. It’s quite small but a great place to spend a few hours relaxing and taking in the ibizan sunshine.

Very disappointed that there were substantial roadworks and building works ongoing directly in front of the property. We were not informed about this on booking or in advance of our arrival. This made access difficult and initially on arrival very unclear - we circled the building to find a way in. The hotel itself is fine but very old fashioned in decor and service. Breakfast was ok but could be better. They didn’t willingly offer eggs or coffee. It’s all help yourself. A bit disappointing for the price.

The “Royal Plaza” across the street is under construction and a constant noise all day for the foreseeable future. When completed, I’m sure it will be a positive enhancement. Until then, Hotel Royal Plaza is a well located, affordable, high end facility with great staff.

The hotel is not bad. But it's tired and our taxi driver dropped us off so we had to carry our luggage across a closed road on a building site and i genuinely believe that the hotel was closed for business. No notices or signs to give us a clue. But once we were in it was ok.

Nicht ganz zentral gelegenes Hotel allerdings fußläufig alles sehr gut erreichbar (Castell, Hafen, Altstadt) Die umgebung ist ertmal etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber geht noch. Das Personal ist sehr höflich. Frühstück ist ok allerdings fast 17€/p.p. Das gesamte Hotel ist sauber aber recht veraltet. Sonst alles ok.

Amazing staff, great beds and bathrooom, good breakfast. Allowed us to add a guest on the spot. Only thing is that when there are thunderstorms, the street floods completely and there is no transportation options. However, staff were very helpful in providing help, towels, and exit options. Would highly recommend staying.

Nice hotel well located close to the ferries to Formentera. Pool on the 6th floor. From my room on the 5th floor I had a wall just in front of my window. The breakfast was also disappointing with no option for warm food. Normally a hotel of this level would offer at least eggs and bacon, but there were a lot of cakes and sweets for breakfast.

Las habitaciones están bien. La zona no es tan bonita, pero se camina poco para llegar a las zonas comerciales y turísticas. El desayuno es excelente. El personal del comedor no es todo amable, pero la mayoría sí.
