Food was suprisingly good to be an all-inclusive hotel. The gym though was a disaster!! Old broken equipment and missing weights! Complements to the staff (Uarda) for givning us Sparkling wine in a isbucket on my wifes birthday

OVERALL: This hotel is a CATFISH. I enjoyed the location of the hotel. You can’t get better than where it is. The aqua pool is nice but it’s “reserved” for aqua guests and the other pools is over crowded and old. The open bar for the all inclusive is a amzing I can’t complain at all. The food is absolutely disgusting so bad that we would go in try what they had that day and then leave to go spend money at a restaurant. The paella is gross. Security is top notch which takes away large gatherings of people not staying at the resort but is super relaxed with noise if your a guest. The staff are mostly super friendly especially our cleaning lady! However one of the front desk guys that takes care of the nights is extremely rude and unprofessional but all the other ones are amazing ! The front desk will order you taxis at no charge which was awsome!!. A tattoo parlor on site was cool to see. Vending machines for water and snacks that wasn’t overpriced. I do wish they would keep their bar open later seems wayyyyy to early to close at 11 pm and the food times are pretty good although I would have loved to have a extremely basic like snack table open all the time or something like that. The rooms are very old and outdated. Our shower head was broken when we arrived but when I told the cleaning lady she had it cleaned in like 10 min!! Very good if you make a request for anything (extra pillows bed sheets anything). Our bathroom smelled a little moldy but wasn’t bad.

Slowest check in ever. Had to queue up in the same slow queue to get pool towels or order a taxi. Had to pay a deposit for pool towels Rooms are basic and the shower was very dirty. The vending machines were useful feature. Breakfast was basic.

Hotel was good location if you want to go to clubs, and very close to beach and lots of restaurants. Nice pool, impressive range of breakfast foods. Rooms were clean but very old fashioned style. They are not well sound proofed which didn't bother us, but be aware if you aren't planning to go clubbing each night. Thank you to the staff for the bottle of cava for my birthday!

Rommet var i betydelig dårligere stand en de fremsto på bildene. Det luktet mugg og urin, var veldig lytt, og var tydelig fuktskadet. Vi hørte ALT som skjedde på naborommene. En blodflekk i heisen ble ikke vasket på 3 dager. Lunsjen var skuffende. Men frokosten var bra, bassenget stort og rolig med nok av solsenger, og drinkene gode, om litt dyre.

I don’t know what photos they’re using but the hotel looks completely different. The rooms are old, not the new stylish ones in the photos. The pool lobby area etc doesn’t look anything like the photos. It’s completely false advertising the standard of the hotel for the price you pay. Maximum should be £80 per night. It’s more of a youth hostel. The food is terrible, and don’t do all inclusive it’s not all inclusive the food again is horrendous. There is no towels or services at the pool. While your sunbathing men will whistle from the balcony’s and annoy you. There is a lady who works on the bar inside who is lovely. Such a nice lady. She made the trip. And the gift shop lady is nice too so is her shop. This is more of a youth hostel, party hotel then the relaxing clean hotel the pictures suggest. I would only recommend this to young party people. Not anyone over school leaving age.

No iron or fridge in the room. Great pool and great meals. Good location too, walkable to north and south. Watch out as some other hotels are on flight path!

During my stay at the hotel, I encountered a significant ant infestation on the fourth floor. The ants had been crawling over my personal belongings. I brought the issue to the attention of the front desk and requested an upgrade due to the discomfort and inconvenience this caused. However, I was informed that an upgrade was "not possible." I followed up with an email to the hotel staff requesting assistance or alternative accommodations. While they had previously responded promptly to an inquiry about the pool, they did not address my concern about the infestation until the day of my checkout.

Awful - not clean, shower curtain in the bathroom and the door didn’t close properly so some man just walked into our room when we were taking an afternoon nap. We moved to another hotel - not for me at all.

Todo excelente, instalaciones limpias, servicios de limpieza muy bien, desayuno completo, hubo un inconveniente con el aire acondicionado que se arregló de inmediato y nos dieron una botella de vino como compensación; hotel céntrico y excelente atención por parte del personal, justo en la puerta del hotel hay un sitio de taxis, lo recomiendo ampliamente

The room was significantly outdated and did not match the pictures; only body soap was provided as an amenity. The quality of the food was quite poor, making it difficult to eat. Furthermore, restricting the number of drinks at an all-inclusive establishment undermines the essence of the all-inclusive experience. In retrospect, I would have preferred to book only the room, as the all-inclusive experience did not meet expectations. On a positive note, the staff at reception were helpful and courteous, and the location was conveniently close to clubs, beaches, and restaurants.

We checked in very late at night, me and two others, and immediately the lady said the room was only for 2 although on my booking when I bought it, it said 3. Then she refused to help us find another room for someone else to stay and told us to go sit down and figure it out. She then was off her shift and left, giving us side eye as she did. We had to find another hotel for our 3rd person to stay at for the night. Upon entering the room it looked NOTHING like the pictures it advertises. Very musty, smells like cigarettes, weed, and mold. The view on the balcony looked out into a sketchy part of town, the toilet was dirty, and more. The pictures made it look like luxury but it really looked like a Motel 6. That night I was woken up at 6 in the morning to the people next to us partaking in intercourse, and because the walls are so thin you can here EVERYTHING!!! It was actually disgusting. Not only does this hotel advertise themselves terribly, but booking through Expedia made it worse because it doesn’t show the actual room you’ll be getting and makes it seem like you’re getting all inclusive access which you DO NOT! This hotel was so expensive and not worth the price. Very disappointed and will be sure to tell anyone i know not to stay here!

An okay stay, the hotel is veey funky in reception but rooms are old fashioned. Did not realise it is an 18-30 type hotel, so not my cup of tea, but did the job for 2 nights.

Waiting 1 hour to check in coz our room was not ready, my room was clean and comfortable, the hallways were quite the opposite – dirty and unkempt. The food left much to be desired, lacking in quality and flavor. Worse restaurants ever! Additionally, the staff were not friendly or helpful, which was disappointing and detracted from my overall stay. I expected better service and amenities for the price.”

This is a really big hotel but well staffed so very efficient. Instant check in , good size room and we had no impact from noisy neighbours so slept well in the comfy beds. Breakfast was a busy affair but limitless choice done well and again well managed. The pool is great , the bar and reception areas have a relaxed feel. Good location to stroll to playa en bossa (5mins)and Ibiza town(35 mins) or circa 10euro taxi. All in a great stay. Thank you.

I liked it was close to airport. I did not like the check-in receptionist. She stared at me. No welcome greeting. Asked me for my itinerary. Luckily I had printed one, gave to her and it stated clearly 3 rooms meaning room to accommodate 3 people. I recalled when I booked on Expedia I chose a room based on the price for one bed compared to 2 it was cheaper promotion for the 2 beds. Expedia screwed up my reservation and I will deal with them. The check-in receptionist tried to be pleasant but overplayed being nice and muttered in both Spanish and little English and I gathered she gave me a single room on the second floor and then told me she was doing me a favor checking me in before 2pm but I had to return at 2:30pm for the room. She made me pay for a token to go for drinks at the bar (I booked All-Inclusive). I will have to return the token to get my 2 Euros back. If lost, too bad for me. I was exhausted and after getting to the room I took a brief rest and then all came back to me what room I had booked so I returned with all my personal belongings and met a nicer girl who passed me on to a supervisor who was pleasant and who printed my itinerary proving to me that I booked a single room with one bed. If I paid 200 Euros they can upgrade me to a room with 2 single beds over the swimming pool - that was a downgrade and a worse room and the bathroom tub was unclean. I declined of course. I did not enjoy my stay and regret wasting the money and choice I made.

We had a terrible time at this hotel. The pool and lobby may look nice and the location is fine. But be aware this is a party hotel with unfriendly staff. The rooms didn’t look anything like the pictures on the website. They were outdated, the bed was uncomfortable and the airconditioning barely worked. Maybe that is a good thing since they don’t provide blankets. Next to that the walls are made out of cardboard. We actually left the hotel early after already swapping rooms because of people partying in the rooms next to you all night long. You can literally hear every word of their conversation. And if you call the hotels security they get annoyed with you and do anything about it. I would recommend everyone to look for a different hotel. Even if it was half the price i wouldn’t stay here.

We stayed here as a group of 6 couples for an Ibiza getaway, and it was great value for money. The location near Bossa Beach was perfect—close enough to the action but peaceful when we wanted to chill. The space comfortably accommodated all of us, making it an ideal base for both fun and relaxation. Would definitely return!

Enorm vriendelijk personeel. Cocktails bij all-inclusive zijn lekker. Snacks zouden wat uitgebreider mogen. Kamers zeer netjes. Loopafstand van clubs en het strand. De hele dag een relaxed muziekje met een goede beat. Maaltijden zijn vrij uitgebreid en redelijk goed gemaakt. Zeer goed hotel en aanrader!

Absolutely spot on!!!! Perfect location for those who want to go to Ushuaia and Hi Ibiza (just 10min walk), very close to the beach, shops and restaurants, bus stop in front of the hotel fir those who want to go to the city center or harbour, great atmosphere inside the hotel , young beautiful people all around, very clean and perfumed reception and common areas, posh pool on the 1st floor with live djs, great variety of food for breakfast and lunch and everything was so delicious, staff always ready to help you...An unforgettable experience!

We found the facilities to be lack lustre, the rooms are definitely outdated but we’re not too bad. My view backed onto a building site which wasn’t the best but my friends had a “sea view”. The snack bar for All inclusive was absolutely vile, food was over cooked and very disappointing. The only best thing about the hotel was the breakfast which had lots of variety. My friend got sick & had to cancel her bookings that night. The roof top pool wasn’t that bad but having bar staff not cleaning when everything needed a wipe down would have been better and more hygienic as the dj deck area looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a long time. Dj’s only on certain days not all the time due to weather permitting & which day it is. As my friends were checkout “both women” the security guard came up behind them & cut the all inclusive wristbands off. They need to learn some class & manners in customer service. Also the drinks in the all inclusive bar was under all critic. Super bad.

Quarto espaçoso mas com cheiro de mofo, banheiro horrível, fui com um grupo de 10 amigos e todos pagamos pelo “all inclusive” e não conseguimos beber nada no hotel pq as bebidas servidas eram muito ruins e de péssima qualidade tendo que inclusive comprar água após um determinado horário porque nem a água era de fácil acesso e após o horário só pagando mesmo.

For an all inclusive hotel the drinks and food are below average. Much rather stock up on drinks from the liquor store. They don’t offer any free water which is ridiculous and anything you need like towels or ironing board you have to put down a hefty deposit. Beds are extremely low quality. Overall it’s below average!
