Das fünf Sterne Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Zu wenig Steckdosen im Zimmer. Die Dachterasse mit Jacuzzi hätte schöner gestaltet sein können; es fehlten auf jeden Fall Pflanzen. Leider ist die Unsitte, sich Liegen am Pool zu reservieren weiterhin voll im Trend! Das Personal macht nichts dagegen.

Nice holiday in Ibiza, hotel is beautiful but a little tired in places. Not expecting to fight for sun beds when you have the Presidential Suite (cold shower too). Pool service was not great but hotel very clean.

This is a lovely hotel situated a short walk away from the main town. The pool is big with lots of loungers and a nice cafe for light food and drinks, perfect.

Overall good. A couple of disappointments. The spa pool was luke warm at best both inside and out and overall the hotel could use some updating. The aircon in the room worked but not particularly effectively. We had a rooftop room with a hot tub which was enjoyable but you need to plan for use as you need to fill it up yourself which takes a good 30 mins + Excellent location and staff. Breakfast was superb. Thoroughly enjoyed the main pool

Excellent hotel in great location. Lovely walk along seafront to numerous bars and restaurants. Hotel is very well run and maintained. Rooms great and pool area really nice. Added bonus of the spa too. Very impressed overall with value and quality. Staff all very helpful and friendly.

Hatten uns den Urlaub in diesem Hotel anders vorgestellt. Für uns ist das kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Die Zimmer müssen dringend sehr dringend renoviert und auf den neuesten stand gebracht werden alle Armaturen wie nicht richtig funktionierende Duschen, Whirlpools (Hatten ein Zimmer mit einem gebucht und konnten diesen nicht nutzen weil er sehr große Mängel aufwies kaputte Düse da wo Licht war alles rausgerissen unter dem Whirlpool haben sich Biene oder Wespen bin kein Experte ein zuhause errichtet) Reinigung oder Ersetzung der Klimaanlage (roch modrig wenn man diese angeschaltet hat) die Liste ist fast zu lang mit den Mängeln. Die Liegen am Pool sind nicht genug ein richtiger Kampf um Platzbesetzung (mit dem Moto wer zuerst da ist). Dieses Hotel ist nicht direkt am Strand sondern ca.10min davon entfernt (der Strand ist sehr schön mit sehr vielen Bars, Liegen gegen Aufpreis aber erträglich).

We have been twice to the hotel. Is easy parking easy access to most of the island of driving and the hotel is clean and comfortable

Found all areas clean. Staff very welcoming however on leaving we were advised a courtesy room would be available as we were not leaving until 1630 hours. We did ask if this needed to be booked but advised no. When approached reception to check use of courtesy room advised not available and could use shower in lower area where toilets were. This was just a shower no hairdryer and actual changing facilities. We had to approach spa to see if we could use facilities in there. As hotel is due to close this coming weekend could not understand why a room was not available. If we had known no courtesy room available we would have planned our day differently

Definitely not five star standard. Housekeeping rarely frequented and a tissue left on the floor at the beginning of our stay was never removed. We had to have daily battles to replace complimentary water. Reception attitude hostile. Check-in was done without a smile or a greeting. Water pressure was low. A machine in the ceiling, keep the room noisy and disrupted sleep. Stay here if you want to be disappointed.

Me gustó mucho. Amplias habitaciones, hotel tranquilo, muy buen servicio, bien ubicado. Si bien la decoración es de hace unos años está muy bien mantenido. La playa cercana no es la más linda pero hay playas muy lindas a 10 / 15 min.

Have stayed here many years ago and doesn’t seem as good as it was , breakfast was bit chaotic on times and waited ages for coffee / tea . Rooms starting to look dated and no kettle in room .

What an amazing stay we’ve just had, we were absolutely over the moon on arrival when we’re shown to our room to realise we had been upgraded to the Presidencial suite. We enjoyed an afternoon in the spa during our stay which was lovely. All the staff are impeccably polite and helpful. Thank you so much, we will be back again soon.

10/10. I honestly can’t fault the hotel at all. We had the most amazing 5 day break last week and we will definitely be back. Perfect walking distance to the marina with lots of food options. Beautiful beach and clear sea a stones throw away and really reasonably priced sun loungers to rent. If you’re hesitating booking the do it, you won’t regret it!

Ein wirklich sehr schönes und absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel. Mal abgesehen vom Hotel selbst hat uns auch die Lage sehr gefallen. Ein kleiner Fußweg von etwa 5 min führt einen direkt auf den süd-/westlich gelegenen Beginn der (Strand-)Promenade. Der Weg dorthin und die den Rio überquerende Brücke sind ebenso wie die Promenade sehr schön angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Auch zwei Wanderwege führen direkt am Hotel entlang.

We stayed 8 nights in this great resort and we enjoyed every bot of it. Great facility, relatively new, friendly, attentive and helpful staff. The location is great too, close to the Santa Eularia passageway and the beach. Highly recommended and will definitely come back

We had a wonderful stay here and will certainly return. The hotel is old school grand and in a great location next to the sea and a short walk to many good bars and restaurants. The staff are amazing, super attentive and always on hand to help. One minor quibble is that the quality of products used at breakfast is not in keeping with everything else about the stay.
