End of season sunshine. The hotel at this time of the year is I assume much quieter which suited us as this was our second visit. We were upgraded to Signature Level at check-in and welcomed by the same receptionist as last year with warmth. The food is more than satisfactory in the main restaurant, there really should be no problem finding something you like, the quality is also very good. The Gaucho steakhouse was excellent and we really enjoyed lunch at the food truck. Staff were friendly and attentive. All said a job well done TRS Ibiza. Oh, and hands down the best place to see the sunset - The Gravity rooftop bar!

In the advertisement they wasn’t specific about all exclusive package. When I purchased all exclusive package im thinking all drinks was included but it was not. Also I thought room service was included to order food just because I had all u can eat all exclusive but no room service was included. They AC went out in the room I was in even tho they gave us another room that was cool. But overall my money was not worth it unsatisfied. Also was not able to get in the pool 7 days because it was dirty. Also we requested towels and toilet paper for 24 hours they keep telling us they would bring us some but never did until next day. No room service terrible. Couldn’t even get partial of my money back do to the circumstances.
