Nourriture peu variee le midi, et besoin d etre rechauffee. Le soir plus de variété dans les plats mais moyennement bons. Acceuil tres agréable, personnel tres agréable dans tout l hôtel. Piscines superbes. Hotel bien placé avec plage à proximité et arret de bus. Sejour super a part la nourriture.

Pool area too busy and rowdy.

la picine principale près de la reception , places et transats trop serrés , picine très mal placée. Par contre la picine derrière le tennis, très appréciable, calme et bon espace

Tienen que mejorar sus instalaciones, hay mucha humedad dentro de las habitaciones. No hay buena ventilación dentro de la habitación, ya que ni el lavabo ni la ducha están cerradas del todo. Y entre eso y estar cerca del mar, las sábanas tienen siempre tacto húmedo. Además, el plato de ducha estaba desigual y la separación entre ducha y lavabo estaba rajado. En las piscinas nos costaba encontrar hamaca libre, ya que desde primera hora de la mañana se reservan aunque estuviera prohibido, pero no hay ningún control. El tema del todo incluido es igual, sin ningún control. Tienen una sala al lado de la piscina con todos los snacks y bebidas a lo que puedes acceder gracias al todo incluido. Entraba todo el mundo, con lo cual pagas por un servicio del que se aprovecha todo el hotel. Además, la carta de bebidas alcohólicas muy limitada y los refrescos son de surtidor. En cuanto al restaurante decir que la comida estaba buena, pero no variada. Los desayunos siempre son los mismos. Comidas y cenas son: guiso de carne, guiso de pescado y 2 opciones de verduras. En el show cooking repitieron el mismo plato durante 3 días seguidos. Y los fríos variaban pero pocas opciones. Lo positivo: la ubicación del hotel es genial para visitar las calas. Fácil aparcamiento. El personal del hotel, sobretodo el de recepción, agradable. Las instalaciones son correctas, aunque mejorables para ser un 4 estrellas. Resumen: he estado bien? si. Volvería? No

La animacion del hotel de los niños en el miniclub es bastante aburrida. Los ponen a pintar y poco mas y los sacan a la piscina y no miran para ellos. Pasan de hacerles juegos y actividades. Por el resto el hotel tiene buenas instalaciones

Personnel aimable mais pratiquement personne ne parlent français,majorité de touristes anglais et allemand dans l’hôtel,le buffet est très bien il ne manque jamais de rien même si vous arrivé en fin de service.l’hôtel est propre.Beaucoup de chaises longues mais un peu trop collées les unes aux autres à mon goût.possibilité de partir un peu plus tard de la chambre avec un petit supplément.A six Km du port de San antoni pour les balades en bateau.

Alles in allem hat das Hotel die Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Die Zimmer hätten etwas sauber sein können Staub Flusen. Was eine Verbesserung wäre, ist ein Fitnessraum

Super séjour en famille, hôtel tip top avec tout le nécessaire. Activité pour petits et grands variés. Propreté, ménage fait chaque jour. Chambre en rez de chaussée avec terrasse très agréable.

The pool was too deep for kids it was either too shallow or too deep. The food was terrible and the drink choice was poor

Buen sitio , con una excelente relación calidad precio, siendo su principal fortaleza el personal, la calidad de la comida es aceptable sin llegar a ser excelente, la mayor debilidad es el tamaño de las instalaciones de sin ser pequeñas , no son suficientes para la cantidad de gente que puede hospedarse (piscinas con demasiada gente, solo 2 vestidores en la zona común)

It's a fine stay, but the place felt cheaply built. The entire power socket comes out of the wall when I unplugged an electronic that was charging. The furniture in the room was water damaged. There was a foul smell coming out of the bathroom drain. There were ants in my room. Stains on the couch. Besides all of that - take advantage of the amenities. All of the food was good.

The hotel was noisy with dated brick pathways which made the cleaners trolley very loud every morning. The pool area was crowed, cups bottles left on the steps at night at the entrance. Our room was not clean, the wardrobe door did not close. Sofa bed filthy. The block areas echoed with noise and door slamming and looked and felt like prison blocks. Lastly the food was terrible! Definitely not 4star I would like a voucher refund to choose another hotel as I did not have a nice stay in this hotel very disappointed. I’m surprised this was even on hotels.com as I trusted your choice

Property isn’t clean and neither are the rooms

Rooms weren’t very clean, towels didn’t get changed. Advertised as a double room but it’s two single beds pushed together (not connected) so you fell down a gap in the middle of the bed in the night! Shower temperature changed Food pretty good for an all inclusive and pool area / dining area and communal areas were lovely. Nice for a relaxing holiday!

Alles top, außer die Sauberkeit der Zimmer. In der Dusche hat der Duschkopf geschimmelt. Beim Duschen ist das Wasser rausgelaufen und der Griff für die Tür der Dusche hat auch geschimmelt. Des Weiteren hat es genervt, dass die Betten in den Zimmern auf Rollen waren. Essen, Lobby etc war alles gut

Bel hôtel, assez propre. Très bonne literie. Personnel souriant et accueillant. Repas assez bons en revanche l'eau "potable" est imbuvable. Nous allions à chaque repas dans la supérette en face pour acheter de l'eau en bouteille.

Food options were good and change everyday, breakfast was very good , except for coffee which was awful. Rooms ok but need update. Staff friendly & accommodative Should have a premium drink package, recommended overall.

The rooms were not what I expected regarding no tea, coffee making facilities and I had to ask for the big shower towels which is usually expected at a 4 star hotel

Hotel looks better in the photos than in real life pretty dissatisfied with the rooms over looking each other not much privacy: reception staff are very slow and always a Q, plus point dining areas are spotless clean and wide range of foods we were only b&b , also disappointed that when trying to buy a beer from the bar at night they serve it in a small plastic cup not really what you want to drink your drinks from not much around hotel either need a taxi most places roughly 8-10€ ,, personally I would not return as I said above serving drinks in plastic cups is just not on for a guest,, would not return to this hotel or use the Barcello chain again,

Staff at the front desk was very rude… everyone acted like they were doing us a favor and were being inconvenienced. Loud throughout the day, palm trees being trimmed in front of the room before 7am. Walls were paper thin. Would not recommend.

They gave us terrible room which wheelchair and no hot water.

Not a four star in my opinion. Food and entertainment not up to the standard we experienced at another Barcelo hotel so we were disappointed. Staff were friendly though and beds comfortable.

We were disappointed in the hotel for a number of reasons: - drinks in plastic or paper cups all day, even in an evening (limited drinks included in all inclusive) - water dispensers available but limited. When you have young kids this is important - lots of ants in the room each day - some days there would only be 2 towels in the room for a family of 4 - service was inconsistent

Très bon établissement dans son ensemble. Si on doit donner des points négatifs, certaines personnes du personnel ne sont pas agréables et un effort à faire sur la qualité de la nourriture et des boissons.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, la chambre est parfaite. points négatifs : pas de savon dans la douche malgres plusieurs demandes , les boissons : eau, jus de fruits imbuvables. Sinon le buffet est sympa et varié, l’hôtel est vraiment beau avec des animations et situe près d’une magnifique plage.

Peak season, but even for that pretty expensive place. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was clean and chilled. It’s been quite but also far from most interesting places. There is a little, very picturesque beach close to the hotel. The dinner in the hotel was not good. I’m not very picky but they definitely have to improve that! I recommend to have dinner outside. Breakfast instead was okay. Again I have to emphasize how nice the staff was, even under these crazy circumstances of so many tourists

Das Hotel ist stark für die englischen Gäste bzw. Osteuropäer ausgelegt. Die Lage ist ok, wenige Gehminuten zum Strand. Nach Sant Antoni ca 10-15€ Taxi, Clubs 20-30€, all inclusive ist hier noch die alte Schule: schlechte Getränke und nicht jedes Getränk ist inbegriffen, die Mittagssnack sind ebenfalls nicht appetitlich. Getränke werden meist nur in Papierbechern serviert (wenige Gläser vorhanden), Mittag- und Abendessen ähneln sich sehr stark und ist "ok" und eher auf die o.g. Gästeregionen ausgelegt. Wer für wenig Geld nach Ibiza möchte und nicht sonderliche Ansprüche an Speisen und Getränke stellt, sowie nicht ständig in andere Städte möchte (dauerhafte Taxifahrten werden teuer, da die Busse unregelmäßig und nicht zu verlässig fahren) der fühlt sich für 5-10 Tage dort wohl.

Qualità prezzo ottimo, ideale per chi vuole visitare le calette come cala bassa, vadella, tarida ecc restando fuori dal caos.

The hotel staff is very friendly and I cannot recommend this hotel enough to friends and family, the only downside I can share is the fact that the fresh fruit buffet offer is not that big, but all food is good.
